• dicheva (9/5): - A very spacious and comfortable place with amazing location. Perfect for young adults who like to travel. Location is grate with numerous cafes shops and everything you need really. Checking in was so easy. This could be my ocd talking but the fact that the entrance of the building is with a code made me feel paranoid about how easy it is for somebody to break in. We didn’t have problems with this tho. For the apartment itself i would say the only problem was we didn’t have soap and enough toilet paper for the whole stay

• Adriana (1/5): - Ubicación lo único Sucio a la llegada era en un 5to piso 2 escaleras no avisan Sofás manchados Ruido imposible de dormir a cualquier horario desde las 22 hasta las 4 dr la mañana imposible Calefaccion no funcionó la primera no pudimos dormir de frio noche nadie respondía segunda noche se soluciono pero no habia forma de regular la temperatura Quisimos cancelar y que nos cobren 1 o 2 noches de penalidad porque nos quedábamos 9 noches y no lo logramos y bookinn recién al 5to dia respondió

• María Isabel (7/5): - Lo céntrico y bien situado. La limpieza en el bañó puede mejorar los rincones. Se veía suciedad acumulada.Me falta cosas mínimas, azúcar, café, paño para secar las manos en la cocina, tostadora, bueno se puede mejorar.

• Gustavo (7/5): - La ubicación, justo al frente del metro Embajadores, el apartamento es pequeño pero muy bien distribuido y tiene todo lo esencial para tener una buena estancia. El ruido, se oye prácticamente todo, las escaleras son de madera y suenan demasiado, es bastante incómodo, sobretodo para dormir. Al ser apartamentos turísticos tienes personas que vienen y van a cada rato, por lo que descansar o simplemente dormir bien es muy difícil. Además no tiene aparcamiento, a pesar de decir que sí tenía en la descripción de Booking.com.
• Lourdes (6/5): Agradable estancia con amigos - La ubicación es bastante fácil de localizar y cerca de Atocha, y del Rastro. Quizás el hecho que fuera con vistas interiores.
• Antonia (8/5): - La limpieza, la ubicación, camas muy cómodas y grandes y habitaciones muy amplias. El ruido del edificio y que no dispone de congelador. El acceso un poco complicado si vas con carrito porque el ascensor es muy pequeño y para acceder al piso interior hay que usar escaleras
• Yan (9/5): - Me gustó mucho este hotel. Era uno de mis hoteles favoritos en los que he estado. Me encantó la ubicación, que estaba enfrente de una estación de metro. Era muy conveniente moverse por Madrid. Además, había una farmacia justo debajo del edificio. El barrio era muy animado durante el día, pero bastante tranquilo por la noche. Si pudiera, me gustaría quedarme en este hotel otra vez. La ventana de una habitación no se podía cerrar; sin embargo, en general, las instalaciones del hotel eran muy modernas.

• Asimakopoulou (9/5): Recommended! - Spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Great location. The elevator broke down fir a few hours, however on complaining, was quickly sorted out.

• Ciro (1/5): Very disappointing - The location There was a cabinet right on top of the wc, very dangerous my wife bumped her head couple times. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, a dirty sofa, broom and other cleaning equipment left in the bathroom from which a very bad smell was projecting all over. A drawer in the kitchenette wouldn’t open because stopped by the wall. Very noisy property, with stairs made of wood, you could hear every step. Also from the floor above, every step sounded like a drum.
• C (1/5): regrettable accommodation for Spain! - I don't understand the ratings for this location. the bedroom window did not close, being broken and very old, stained bedding and of very poor quality! the owner did not answer the phone even though he was called countless times! We chose to spend our vacation at a clean and warm hotel!

• Elshad (3/5): Poor - The only positive thing is that it is close to the metro and bus stops. The apartment has been renovated and the beds have good mattresses. But I can't say anything else positive. The building where the apartment is located is old, the elevator is inconvenient, any noise from the neighbors can be heard in the apartment. Everything that the neighbors cook in the kitchen can be smelled in the apartment. There was no wifi in the apartment when we arrived and it was restored only the next day. There is no washing machine in the apartment, the small refrigerator is very noisy. This apartment is not suitable for people who cannot stand noise and are sensitive to smell. It is also not suitable for people who have difficulty moving. The stairs in the building are old and wooden, and after leaving the elevator you have to go up and down them. The coffee machine does not have capsules and you have to buy them yourself.

• Anastasiia (5/5): Lovely place but with only one AC unit I won’t recommend staying there when the weather is too hot. - Great location, easy check in, nice looking property, clean and ready on time. Only one AC unit in the living room/kitchen/hallway area. It was very hot in Madrid at the time of our visit, and with only one AC even on the lowest temperature setting it was extremely hot in both bedrooms, we struggled to sleep both nights that we were staying at the property. There was shower gel and shampoo provided in the bathroom, but shower gel bottle wasn’t refilled - we would have bought our own gel but because we saw it in the bathroom we didn’t, and ended up not having any as it was empty.

• Georgios (6/5): Pleasant - The location was very good, central and exactly at a metro station and bus stop. Beds and bathroom were comfortable. Apart from the bedsheets and the bathroom, the apartment was not clean. Floor was only slightly swept but not properly cleaned, dishes were dirty (we had to clean them ourselves when we came in, same as the floor), the couch has stains on it and we would not use it. We reported this to the manager per message upon our entrance, who did nothing but only say that they would inform their cleaning service to do better in the future! (thanks... not really helpful for us) The lift of this very old building was sometimes not working or not stopping at all floors. On our arrival, we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs to the 5th floor! One night, the neighbors made excruciating noise until 3am, like we had their party in our heads. Conclusion: It was not worth the 150 euro/night that we paid at a low season period.

• Trevor (7/5): Central Madrid - Apartment was clean. Location was great with parking near and only a 10 minute walk from most attractions. Communal areas were very tired and a bit dirty. It was noisy.... not from traffic, but from people shouting. We were expecting a smart apartment in a smart block. This wasn't it. If you don't do tech, don't bother.

• Polina (10/5): Would absolutely recommend! - Exactly like on the pictures. Small but enough space for 3 people, spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, big TV. Everything is new and clean! Also, the location is just superb, <1 minute to metro, a bunch of bus stops around and also we walked 20 minutes to every city center landmark. Several grocery shops are very near. The check in is very smooth - I’ve never seen a host and everything is automated. We could hear other people coming to their apartments, or singing songs in the small yards from the bedroom windows.
