• Mayumi (6/5): Unresolved Deposit Refund (Under Review) - I stayed here for 4 nights over the New Year holidays in January. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-located, and I had a pleasant stay overall. A $100 deposit was required at check-in, and I was informed it would be refunded after my stay. However, as of now, it has not been returned. I have contacted Booking.com support, and their team is currently handling the case. I hope this will be resolved soon, but I would recommend that future guests carefully confirm the deposit policy and refund process in advance to avoid any potential issues. Due to this experience, I would advise caution when booking this property.

• Hegazy (1/5): Un très belle appartement pour un hôte très désagréable - L’appartement est très bien situé très propre et agréable très reposant dans une tour sécurisé de la Paz les équipements sont bon avec une douche agréable et télé ainsi que cuisine et frigo L’hôte est très désagréable ne fait pas d’effort de communication vous demandera un payement via Revolut et payement de caution la veille de 100 euro encore une fois via Revolut pour que vous ne puissiez pas vous retourner vue que c’est au dernier moment et si soucis il y a soucis que d’ailleurs ils inventera ma envoyer une photo d’un bouton de shampoing cassée en me demandant ce qu’il c’était passée ayant la garantie en otage vous vous retrouvez bloquée de plus des demandes très précise pour le Check out l’appartement doit être encore plus propre qu’à votre arrivé sinon il précise bien que la caution sera gardé

• Victor (9/5): Appartement très confortable - Appartement très bien situé sur une artère principale, entre le centre ville historique et Sopocachi. Il y a un hypermarché pas loin et pas mal de restaurants vers Sopocachi. A 20min en taxi du terminal de bus. L'immeuble est sécurisé avec gardien en bas et il est facile de prendre un taxi au pied de l'immeuble. Bien que dans une tour au bord de l'avenue l'appartement est plutôt calme. Très bien équipé, très propre et nous avons très bien dormi. Il y a de la place et des grandes armoires de rangement. L'accès est facile et Arthur nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour tout faire fonctionner. Eau chaude facile à régler et bonne pression, ce qui après 50 jours de voyage en Bolivie et Pérou est la meilleure douche que nous ayons eu. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour le tourisme ! A moins que nous ayons manqué une partie de la description sur Booking, je recommanderais de préciser dès le début dans l'annonce que les paiements (loyer + dépôt de garantie) doivent se faire assez rapidement et à distance par un lien plutôt que sur place comme c'est souvent l'usage lorsque le paiement n'est pas pris en charge par Booking. Ce n'est pas très agréable de se faire relancer plusieurs fois dès la veille, même si je comprends que cela permet de se prémunir des no-show. Cependant le système de paiement mis en place par Arthur est très efficace et sécurisé, et permet de payer en USD. Le dépôt de garantie nous a été rendu rapidement après le check out.

• terrazas (10/5): - La tv y la iluminación es ideal para disfrutar en el depa, la cama y sillón super cómodos, una velocidad de internet alta, y una muy buena zona con restaurantes y actividades, una estadía más que cómoda, recomendadisimo. El depa es un poco frío pese a tener estufa, sin embargo no es impedimento para disfrutar del ambiente

• Jordan (10/5): Bien situé, propreté impeccable et accueil très pro. Rien a redire - La localisation, l’accueil rendu très facile grâce aux conseils d’Arthur et l’appartement en lui même qui est très sympa, font de cette location une très bonne affaire !

• Joyce (1/5): PRICE SCAM / extra charges / wrong exchange rate - If you choose to stay here, be prepared to pay more than the price you booked. The host of this accommodation makes up his exchange rate. For a 6-night stay, I had to pay 94 Bs / $13.61 EXTRA than the price in my booking confirmation. Why? Because I paid in local currency and not in USD, although my booking confirmation said I needed to pay in local currency anyway. But instead of using the (one and only) official exchange rate, the host made up his own, backed by unofficial newspaper articles. My opinion: if your country’s currency is crap, that’s not the customer’s problem. If want extra money, you should increase your prices. This was a total PRICE SCAM. We felt betrayed and couldn’t do anything because, by the time we found out, our booking was non-refundable.
