• Paul (8/5): - Good location in the Maladana district. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. The apartments living space was comfortable and the beer and pillows comfortable. Spiral staircases is treacherous but necessary to get to the bedroom and bathroom. There is a powder room and toilet on the main living floor but it makes airplane bathrooms look spacious!

• Gema_sanchez (10/5): Para repetir - Lo que más nos gustó es la ubicación y el estado general del apartamento. No le falta absolutamente de nada, espacioso, moderno y el edificio muy cuidado. Lo que menos nos gustó fueron los sofas cama. Están ya desgastados del uso y podrían ser mas cómodos. Si mejorasen eso sería perfecto.

• Marina3K (8/5): Muy bien para estancias cortas - La ubicación es ideal y para pocos días tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. El acceso con app móvil también facilita mucho las cosas. El aseo de la planta baja es minúsculo.

• Jenny (10/5): Wish we had a longer stay, really nice place and felt very comfortable - Great location, really clean and host was really helpful, Gunter went out of his way to help us find parking as we had a big car and needed a large parking facility. Not the properties fault at all but we had to park a taxi journey away and it was difficult with 4 children and a dog but that is the rules in Madrid

• Mark (9/5): - Excellent location. Quality soundproofing, ideal for sleeping. Very spacious with comfortable furniture. Good air conditioning. Thank you again Günter, for being so helpful in extending our stay by 1 hour, due to our late flight departure. Nothing comes to mind, I would definitely stay here again.

• James (9/5): Superb - Only two real issues, we did not receive check-in instructions until we no longer had access to WiFi (we had problems with mobile data on our trip). We spent 30 minutes trying to find the apartment only to discover that we didn't have the complete address or know how to check-in. This would have been a non-issue if we'd have had normal mobile data access. Our other minor issue was that 1 of the 3 beds was not comfortable.
