• Bert (8/5): Een fijn, lekker Spaans, hotel midden in het centrum voor een heel goede prijs. - Dit is een prettig hotel in het centrum van Ronda, zonder opsmuk en met een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit. Wij hadden een heel stille (interior) kamer. We konden met voorrang gebruik maken van de nabij gelegen parkeergarage, waar we ook onze electrische auto konden bijladen. Geen specifieke dingen.

• Gundula (8/5): - Die Lage, die Zimmer (wir durften uns eins aussuchen!) sind einfach aber gut ausgestattet. Ein riesiges Bad, mit allem was dazu gehört, ist auch dabei. Man wohnt ca 500m von der Puente Nuevo entfernt. Noch näher ist es in den Park, mit Ausblick über das weite große Land... herrlich. Es liegt sehr ruhig, was wir genossen haben. Das Durcheinander von Hotelgästen und Straßengästen beim Frühstück.

• Margit (9/5): - Es war ein nettes kleines Hotel direkt an der Altstadt und nah zu vielen Attraktionen. Zum Ausladen konnten wir vor die Tür fahren. Wir haben in der Nähe einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Ansonsten gibt es vom Hotel zugängliche Parkplätze in den Bezahlparkplätzen. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, was für eine Nacht ging. Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet.

En 2 minutes et quelques envoi de documents nous avions toutes informations sur notre logement mais aussi Ronda. Nous avons pu prendre notre chambre relativement tôt et avons pu laisser nos bagages à la consigne. Les chambres sont toutes uniques avec une décoration unique (tableau typique de Ronda). Beau bâtiment Tout le nécessaire de toilette (savon, etc.) En version écologique. L'emplacement est parfait. Calme, dans le centre, proche de très bons restaurants, à 10 minutes à pied des gares routières et ferroviaires. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix/ service. Rien

• Jane (10/5): Charming and thoughtful hotel. I would happily stay here again. - The bathrooms are very well decorated and practical at the same time. We also both had tables and sockets at each side of the bed. The hotel is well decorated too and all of the staff were very polite. It’s in a walkable location. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. My sister found it quite loud at night, there may be a bar close by. I managed to sleep through.

• paloma (9/5): - La verdad que me encantó todo. La ubicación, la cafetería...muy limpio, tranquilo y acogedor. Y pudimos llevar a nuestro perro, lo cual se agradece. El baño de la habitación no tenía puerta y eso de no tener intimidad es un poco incómodo. Aparte solo había media mampara de ducha y cuando te duchabas se encharcaba medio baño.

• Dahlman (7/5): - The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel is decorated with art by a member of the family who owns the hotel. It is close to a park with an incredible view and is easily walkable to sites in town and the train/bus. The breakfast-to-order was reasonable in cost in a nice space. The hotel shows some wear with time and could use repainting of rooms. The toilet needs updating. There were no outside windows, so the room felt confining.

No probamos el desayuno peor olía genial. Que solicité una cama doble, y que me dieron dos camitas individuales. Pero lo demás todo genial.

Is wat verouderd, maar kamers waren netjes en schoon. Goede geluidsisolatie voor geluid van buitenaf. Eigenlijk heb ik maar 1 klein punt van verbetering. Als douchegel en shampoo geven zij kleine, papieren wegwerp verpakking. Veel te weinig en erg gebruiksonvriendelijk. Ze geven wel bij als je vraagt, op zich geen probleem.. Ik vind hervulbare flesjes in badkamers veel aangenamer. Verder geen opmerkingen.

• FLORENTINO (3/5): Un hotel donde el cliente no vale un pimiento - El hotel tiene de bueno que esta bien situado y se ve que lo han reformado no hace demasiado aunque no tiene parking y aparcar en la calle puede ser difícil. Sobre todo el trato del personal, solicitamos una habitación con cama de matrimonio a la hora de hacer la reserva ya que la opción de booking ponía que había habitaciones con una cama y con dos y resultó que nos dieron una habitación de dos camas, al preguntar en recepción a la hora de hacer el check-in de por qué no respetaron nuestra petición a la hora de hacer el booling de muy malas formas nos dijeron que el hotel responde automáticamente que no se puede garantizar la petición y que habíamos pagado una habitación de interior, nunca les reprochamos el tema de que la habitacion fuese de interior, lo que si queríamos es una cama de matrimonio, nosotros hicimos una reserva con mucho tiempo de antelación y si ellos hubiesen querido nos podrían haber acomodado en una sin problemas, pero hoy en día el trato al cliente brilla por su ausencia, además nos sentó muy mal el retintín del comentario del tema de la habitación de interior nos pareció que nos estaba menospreciando por haber pagado una habitación un poco más económica, que de económicas no tienen anda, me da que pensar que o no informan correctamente de que las habitaciones de interior son todas de dos camas o simplemente es que les dan igual sus huéspedes. Fue una situación de muy mal gusto, otro tema es el de las camas, el colchón es lamentable me desperté con dolor de espalda y para colmo desde bien temprano se escuchaba gente corriendo, gritando y pegando golpes, en fin un desastre de estancia.
