Jennifer (10/5): Perfect spot to stay in Rome, clean, well equipped & quite. Would come back again. - The property is perfectly located near the Vatican (Prati) and everything can be done by walking, bus or even metro (4 minutes). We felt safe & building was well maintained & clean. The apartment itself was very clean, very quiet (6th floor) & spacious (especially with children). The kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped for cooking, it even had a dish washer to use. Everything was provided, from soap, to toiletry box, to many towels, bed linen, coffee/tee. We even had some cookies & water at arrival, which is very thoughtful of the owners. The bed & pillow were also very comfy, something I normally struggle with at Airbnb’s. The wifi was good. The owner was very warm & welcoming and very helpful. Eugenio was in touch with us via WhatsApp and very responsive. If I would come back to Rome, I would stay again here! My daughter didn’t want to leave :) Thank you so much!! There was a smell in the toilet while raining. But went away when it stopped raining. For me tough not a big deal, as it is quite common in older buildings.

The host was very friendly, and the apartment was clean. However, there were some issues with the drainage in both the shower room and sink, which caused constant bad odor. The water pressure in the shower was also very low, and the WiFi connection was poor. Katarina (10/5): perfect location, great apartment - the apartment is nice, spacious and very clean. perfect location, more or less everything is accessible by foot and if you don’t feel like walking, you can take the metro, which is 4min away. the owner is delightful as well. i strongly recommend!
