Accès direct à la plage dommage.

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations set by the online photos and descriptions. Upon arrival, I was initially directed to the wrong room. After this was corrected, I was then assigned a room that was not properly cleaned and required additional attention before it could be used. Furthermore, despite informing reception, my room did not receive any housekeeping service for the following three days. This lack of service significantly impacted the quality and comfort of my stay. Given these issues — including the inaccurate representation of the room, the check-in problems, the cleanliness concerns, and the absence of housekeeping — I believe this stay fell far below acceptable standards. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for my stay. I trust you will take this matter seriously and look forward to your prompt response.

• Ad (7/5): Het verblijf was zeker goed en is voor herhaling vatbaar. Gemis: (klap)stoelen op onze kamer. - Personeel bij het inchecken zeer betrokken. Restaurant met buffet is ruim en overzichtelijk. Ontbijt is zeer gevarieerd en goed. Het park is zeer mooi ingericht en ademt sfeer uit. Het zwembad is ook mooi gesitueerd met uitzicht over zee en ruim voldoende bedjes. Onze kamer was zeer sober vanwege het gemis van een paar stoelen. Als je iets langer op je kamer wilde blijven was alleen het bed een optie om op te gaan zitten. Een paar klapstoeltjes was al prima geweest. Er stond wel een site-table die te verplaatsen was en samen met een paar klapstoeltjes zou je even aan tafel kunnen gaan zitten om te lezen of een spelletje te doen. Van het diner hebben we 1x gebruik gemaakt maar dat viel tegen. Ik heb bv iets gegeten wat door moest gaan voor tomatensoep maar daar was geen reuk of smaak aan en geen tomaat te bespeuren.

Het huisje was erg vochtig waardoor je de hele dag een klam gevoel had. Alle kleding was een beetje dampig en ook het beddengoed. En geen toiletdeur is echt niet fijn.

Отель не соответствует фотографиям . 2. Не убирают номера 3. Нет горячей воды в бойлере . 4. Ужасными средствами уборщицы обрабатывают номера , как -будто бы травят от комаров или тараканов , запах стоит жуткий и едкий .

• Sparfell (1/5): Niemals wieder - es ist ruhig, zumindest bis die Renovierungsarbeiten in der Früh wieder anfangen - zimmer sehr schmutzig, vor allem die Betten, ein absoluter Graus - Verarbeitung in den Zimmern mangelhaft - Tiere wie Asseln und Ameisen im Zimmer - sehr beissender Geruch nach Lack - keine Möglichkeit das Fenster in der Dusche abzudunkeln, jeder kann von aussen beim duschen zuschauen - Frühstück nicht gut, Kaffee aus einem Billigautomaten, Käse und Wurst liegt seit stunden dort, wir sind geflüchtet und ausserhalb in ein Cafe gegangen - die ganze Anlage ist nicht schön, totale Fehlkonstruktion, Wege mit Koffern schwer zu bewältigen, Hotelmitarbeiter sind in kleinster Weise hilfsbereit. - für das Geld welches wir gezahlt haben eine absolute Frechheit - maximal ein 2 Sterne Hotel - es gibt keine Türe zum Bad / WC

Die anlage hat einige Mängel man merkt dass es noch nicht wirklich fertiggestellt ist . Es sieht zwar alles schön aus ist aber nicht gut durchdacht ( keine Verdunklung im Zimmer möglich , Tür im Badezimmer kaputt , Schimmel auf der Wand )

El hotel está en una zona tranquila. El personal del pool bar es agradable. Primero indicar que elegí hotel Fergus, porque el año pasado me hospedé en el Fergus Style Tobago y tuve una buena experiencia, pero esta vez no ha sido lo mismo, creo que tiene mucho a mejorar este hotel. 1. Creo que el personal del hotel, debería de acompañar con las maletas a la habitación asignada, encontrar la habitación con una explicación de un minuto en un hotel con el tipo de instalación como la vuestra, facilitaría el no perder 15 minutos arrastrando una maleta, dando vueltas sin encontrarla. 2. La limpieza de las instalaciones y habitaciones, entiendo que tener pinos no ayuda pero que mínimo que llegar a la habitación y ver la entrada recogida no llena de suciedad. Respecto a la limpieza de la habitación creo que únicamente hacen la cama y ponen la toalla limpia, el segundo día no quitaron el plato de la fruta de bienvenida, lo sacamos nosotras, ese mismo día al ir a ducharme no teníamos gel de ducha, al día siguiente fui a recepción y lo informe, eran aproximadamente las 8:45am, llegué a las 16:00pm del hotel después de pasar el día fuera y seguía sin gel, volvimos a salir a buscar a alguien del personal que estaba alrededor, desconozco si la de recepción lo notifico. 3. Para los que no bebemos leche animal o vegetal, estaría bien tener zumos naturales porque los zumos del desayuno de la jarra (zumo de brick) y como el de la máquina bebida acuosa azucarada con sabor a naranja son desagradables. 5.El café no es de calidad, diría torrefacto, actualmente en el mercado hay empresas que usan café de grano de calidad/ precio mejor que lo que ofrecen. 6. El desayuno es básico, nada que destaque. 7. Lo espacioso que es el baño y tienen que poner la salida de la ducha pegada al lavamanos. 8. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, decoración minimalista. 7. Por favor, poner cortinas o protector que tapen la luz.

• Demi (4/5): - ALGEMEEN: 8 dagen in dit hotel verbleven. Hele fijne plek en mooi en opgeknapt hotel. Echter tijdens het boeken was het nog niet duidelijk dat het hotel nog niet af was. Minimaal last van gehad maar er werd nog volop geklust. Heel leuk is dat je op woensdag de Hippiemarkt in het hotel hebt. Een hele ervaring en echt heel gezellig. KAMER: De kamer is mooi, grote kast, koelkast etc. De badkamer is NIET afgesloten van de kamer, dus het toilet ook niet. Iets om rekening mee te houden. De kamer bevatte een hoge mate van luchtvochtigheid waardoor alles wat je wilt laten drogen, niet goed droog wordt. Ook heb je geen balkon of buitenstuk waar je spullen kan laten drogen of even kan zitten, dat is wel jammer. Wel airco, werkt prima. Verder geen last van geluiden vanuit airco/koelkast. Top. ZWEMBAD: Zwembad is erg mooi met top uitzicht. Echter niet kindvriendelijk. Mocht het hele hotel volgeboekt zijn, vraag ik me wel af of er voor iedereen ruimte is om te liggen. Er zijn lang niet zoveel bedjes als kamers in dit hotel. Om 08.00 uur gaat het zwembad open maar om half 10 toen wij aankwamen, lagen de parasolletjes nog op de bedjes en stonden er nog allemaal bekers. Geen personeel te bekennen en bar dicht. Ook was het bij ons niet mogelijk om bij het zwembad iets te eten te bestellen, behalve chips. ETEN: Ontbijt is top. Voor ieder wat wils. Alhoewel de kwaliteit minder wordt als de drukte toeneemt. Halverwege de week werd het drukker en dan merk je dat er dingen laat worden bijgevuld en/of op zijn. Personeel is niet onvriendelijk maar ook niet vriendelijk. Ze doen wat ze moeten doen, dat is het (zelfde geld voor schoonmakers en ander personeel). Avondeten niet in dit hotel gegeten, dus niks over te zeggen. Niet elk restaurant is af en open. LIGGING: Het is fijn dat je vanaf dit hotel makkelijk naar het centrum van Es Canar kan wandelen waar meerdere restaurantjes zitten. Altijd prettig om even een wandelingetje te kunnen maken.

• Karishma (7/5): Beautiful, but needs some improvement - Such a beautiful place. I think the pictures dont do this hotel justice. It is much more beautiful, cute and charming in real life. We saw some complaints about the bathroom online. We had no problems with running to the room, but there is no ventilation in the bathroom. The room was very humid. On day 3 and 4 we could no longer deny it, there was something wrong. The bed, our clothes. Everything was humid and it was really not ok. Some papers we had felt wet as well

Propreté de la chambre à améliorer grandement , il serait bon qu'une personne responsable s'assure de l'efficacité du nettoyage! The food both breakfast and dinner looks good and restaurant is kind of cute looking.. just like any buffet.. it’s kind of every day the same and not of very high quality. The park looks cute with all the cute little houses, but.. My had has a mobility problem and they let us walk with our suitcases by ourselves to the room which was on the other side of the park. They just gave us a map to go find it. Not really good service. Especially because the hotel wasnt that busy. The room was very dirty. Especially the bathroom. It had Brown tarnish everywhere in the shower. The room was also very very very humid. It smelled horrible. The bed felt damp. When I went to the reception to complain about this she told me it’s normal and that housekeeping will pass by. They passed by, handed us a perfume spray and left. Also there wasnt any doormat on the door so all the leaves sand etc came in the room easily. The room didn’t even look like the room on the picture. It was the Fergus style room.. the middle type 20m2 without the terras. The superior one is much better. My parents had that room.. no humidity and there were a few steps to go in the room so no leaves, stones etc came in.

Chambre lugubre , peu d ouverture sombre . Parquet déjà gondolé , robinetterie déjà oxydé, literie raide ( mal au dos le matin ) plaisir de retrouver mon lit pour un 4 étoiles ce n est pas normal . Fuite d eau dans la chambre . Pas de place de parking , obligé le soir de faire plusieurs mètres avant de trouver une place Hôtel récent mais fait malheureusement a la va-vite

Verder is de kamer enorm gehorig, gaat de boiler meerdere keren in de nacht loeien + licht van de boiler gaat aan en is de kamer slecht verduisterd waardoor het überhaupt niet donker is 's nachts. Verder is de minibar heel luidruchtig en lekt de minibar. Er lag een grote plas water in de kamer de volgende ochtend. Enorm blij dat we hier maar 1 nacht sliepen. Snel uitchecken en wegwezen.

Trotz dem - Pool - das Essen war weder morgens noch abends gut - alles scheinbar „neu“ jedoch alles sehr schäbig, schludrig und nicht gut verarbeitet - es gibt abends keine Bar o.ä. Wo man den Abend ausklingen lassen kann - sollte das Hotel ganz ausgebucht sein, zu wenig Plätze am Pool - Check-In muss man trotz des Preises selbst am Tablet machen - Service-Personal am Abendessen sehr unaufmerksam was die Getränkebestellungen angeht - Essensbereich nicht sauber, ständig fällt etwas runter und zerbricht - Türen sehr undicht und Geräuschdurchlässig -Abfluss in der Dusche funktioniert nicht, Bad steht unter Wasser und ist immer feucht - Gym sehr sehr klein und spärlich

• NATALIA (8/5): TIPICO IBICENCO Y TRANQUILO - el complejo es precioso , tipico ibicenco, muy tranquilo. El recibir dos botellas de agua x dia se agradece. No estaria mal que hubiese hervidor de agua para hacerse un cafe o te pues las terrazas invitan a sentarse y relajarse con un cafelito.....pero no hay.Muy buena variedad en el desayuno. el Wifi no funciona apenas. Cargar el Gmail tardaba minutos y enviar correo imposible. No digo ya intentar navegar por interner....imposible. Dificultad para encontrar aparcamiento. Nunca entendi porque siempre me quitaban las toallas del baño a pesar de estar colgadas y me las colocaban dentro del armario de la habitación, incluso la de las manos....

The photos online don’t truly capture the calm, positive energy and authentic vibe the property has — being there feels so much better in reality. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive, delivering a level of service above what you normally find in Spain. The food was excellent as well, adding to the overall experience. One of the highlights is that the hotel hosts Ibiza’s largest hippy market every Wednesday — a cultural must-see that brings the island’s spirit right to your doorstep. I also appreciated the atmosphere created by the guests: mostly 30+, respectful, and laid-back, which gave the whole place a very tranquil and elevated feel. If you’re looking for the perfect balance in Ibiza — a space to unwind and recharge after the island’s famously busy party scene — this hotel is exactly where you’ll want to be.
• Julia (9/5): 10 stars for location & facilities, good breakfast! - We loved the location of the hotel, close to the beach and the harbour side! It’s very modern and comfortable. Hipster market was a pleasant surprise, right outside the hotel! We’ve only stayed for 1 night, but hoping to come back next year and book it for the entire stay! Our room was on the ground floor and I was woken up in the middle of the night from very loud noice just outside our window, as they were setting up the market for the following morning. Would’ve been good to be informed in advance, as I thought that someone is trying to break in 😅

• Jörg (8/5): Preis und Leistung passen zu 100 Prozent - Das Frühstück ist wirklich ein Traum. Hätte keine Verbesserungsvorschläge. Was mich stört sind die offenen Toiletten / Nass Zellen . Das keine Türen verbaut sind. Wenn man wie in meinem Fall mit der Tochter unterwegs ist, ist das sehr unangenehm das habe ich aber leider auf Ibiza in mehren Hotels schon so gehabt. Ich habe das Hotel / die Anlage bereits weiter empfohlen Wie beschrieben, Türen an der Toilette / Nass - Zelle

• Christopher (8/5): Séjour - Court séjour d’une nuit, la chambre est spacieuse et très propre, cependant il n’y a pas de volet aux fenêtres qui donne directement sur les allées de la résidence et les stores ne sont pas occultants ce qui est très gênant pour la salle de bain par exemple.. et l’éclairage des véhicule la nuit. Egalement, dans notre chambre nº3204 il est impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder toute la salle d’eau, nous avons été obligé de camoufler le seuil de porte pour éviter la catastrophe malgré nos précautions car le carrelage fraîchement rénové n’est pas suffisamment pentu, nous avons donc les pieds dans l’eau pour accéder au WC et lavabo ce qui n’est vraiment pas agréable et dangereux avec la prise de courant à proximité. Pour les points positifs, l’espace piscine est vraiment magnifique et bien entretenu et le repas servi est d’une grande qualité nous avons beaucoup apprécié, il faudrait juste revoir les horaires, la fermeture du buffet à 21h30 et précipité. Néanmoins, nous reviendrons, l’accueil a été très agréable et le service de manière générale est top !
• Nicolas (4/5): Attrape touristes - Rien Literie désastreuse, ménage laisse à désirer, le sol rempli de poussière et plein de sable le jour de notre arrivée sans parler de l’état sous le lit , pas de porte entre la chambre et les toilettes , aucune possibilité de faire sécher les serviettes de bain , grand complexe sans âme , ni écoute quand à nos demandes multiples de ménage ou de changement de serviettes.
• PS (8/5): - Das Resort ist großzügig angelegt und hat einen schönen Platz zum essen (Frühstücken). Die modernisierte Anlage hat eine schöne Pflanzenwelt. Insbesondere Abends mit den vielen Lichtern wirkt es romantisch. Unser Appartment war etwas feucht, obwohl wir viel gelüftet haben. Die Bettdecken und die Klamotten waren dadurch immer klamm. Wir haben sie auf der Terasse versucht zu trocknen. Insgesamt war es aber in Ordnung, da man i.d.R. unterwegs ist.

• Lenaïc (4/5): Séjour extrêmement désagréable - La piscine et le petit déjeuner « Très mauvaise expérience » Chambre inacceptable : l’eau coulait partout car il n’y avait aucune évacuation dans la douche, J’ai dû mettre toutes les serviettes par terre, ce qui rendait la salle de bain inutilisable. L’odeur était insupportable et l’ensemble de la chambre très sale. Séjour extrêmement désagréable. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

Nadeel was dat onze kamer geen wc/ badkamerdeur had Geen wc in de badkamerdeur en als je later komt ontbijten, wordt het niet zo goed bijgevuld

• IRIS (7/5): Hotel bien ubicado y tranquilo. Buen trato y almuerzo. Habitaciones con aspectos a mejorar - El desayuno en calidad, variedad, higiene y cantidad. Lo mejor. El servicio muy atento y amable. La ubicación y zona de piscina muy grande y bonita. La habitacion sin sitios para colgar o tender toallas y bikinis. Sin puerta en el baño. Ducha con poca presion y se inundaba. No tenia zona exterior tipo balcon, no daba el sol. Parking alejado, en camino sin asfaltar y sin nada de luz por la noche.
