Jennifer (6/5): Great location and spacious. - The flat was only one flight up. There was a good amount of room to spread ourselves out. 3 BR and 2 bathrooms. The flat has really uneven levels. You need to be aware moving from room to room. There are at least 7? Different step up/downs within the flat. That was fine for our almost grown family. Bathroom #2 is functional, but really as tiny as you can get. It was great to have another toilet, but no one used the shower in there. There was a tv in the kitchen, but it was small and not a relaxing place to watch a movie. The decor was old and tired as well as the bed linens.
Rebecca (1/5): Not a good experience. :( - Location was good 5 mins walk to Duomo. The hosts istay were very kind and responsive. No elevator. One of the bedroom door wasn’t closing. The windows were jammed shut and weren’t able to open making it suffocating to sit or sleep. Only one toilet and bathroom for a family of 5. Not a city view from the window. The floors were creaking in the hall way.
