• Karine (8/5): Petit logement idéalement situé en centre ville - La situation géographique est idéale : en plein centre, à deux pas de l'Alcazar. Le lave linge est pratique. Les chambres sont petites et aucune table de chevet ni chaise n'est à disposition dans la plus petite des chambres. C'est gérable à 4 personnes mais pas vraiment à 6 personnes. Il n'y a pas de table de repas, seulement une table basse. Les peintures ont ete abîmées à certains endroits ( sous la climatisation).

• Bujaldón (7/5): - Situació inmillorable. No hi ha taula i només hi han 2 cadires. Molt incòmode dinar o sopar 4, 5 o 6 persones.

• julissa (7/5): Family vacation - The property was located close to cathedral No parking, if you wash clothes then you can not take shower because there will be no hot water. Also beds are not queen so they are small.

Can't recommend this unit - The location is excellent near the Alcazar . 1 .There was some miscommunication on arrival and where the information for getting into the apartment was. I had many stays in Spain and someone always met me at the apartment to orient me, this place did not and did not tell me that they would not meet me, and that I would be using a lockbox. I wasn't initially upset about the miscommunication but then was upset as the host seemed less than gracious about it. She basically chided me for not looking in the right place to get my information. Biggest issue: Did not answer the phone number she gave me as a contact , I waited for 1 1/2 hours for a response to get into unit. 2 Owner also chided me when I asked if there was a small table somewhere I could use to eat , said " all the information was on the site" and I should know that no table in unit. There are not any pictures of a table but guess I assumed a unit with a kitchen would have at least a counter to eat at . 3.We felt we were the only ones in building during our stay. The area empties out at night , ghostlike ;there seem to be no locals living around her at all. When we left, I was told to leave keys in unit , but the street door needs to be unlocked to get out. Apparently there is a button in the lobby you can press to open the street door but she never told me about it. 4 Garbage trucks make noise starting very early. 5 Washer has strong moldy smell.
• Sara (10/5): El apartamento mas bonito, limpio, comodo y sevillano de Sevilla! - Absolutamente TODO. Inmejorable!!! Y para la anfitriona solo tenemos agradecimiento. Sin duda si volvemos a Sevilla, volveremos a su casa! Estar solo dos dias, jaja!
• Erica (8/5): Very accommodating when we locked ourselves out on accident and we loved the location! - You could not get a better location! We were literally around the corner from the Cathedral of Seville. The bathroom was on the complete opposite side of the apartment making it difficult to get to in the dark at night and very likely to run into furniture or injure yourself unless you leave lights on.
• Hyunwoo (8/5): - 방도 넓고 시내 한가운데 있어서 여러모로 편리한 숙소입니다. 3층에서 엘리베이터 문을 잘 닫지않아서 작동하지 않는 것을 나중에 알게되었습니다. 지상층에 안내문 부착이 필요합니다. 새벽부터 마차 발굽소리와 옆에 식당에서 준비하는 소리가 생각보다 크게 울리기 때문에 민감한 분은 불편할 수 있습니다.

Plenty of things to do around the area and we didn’t find ourselves needing to venture far off for entertainment, food, shopping and history of Seville. The apartment was the perfect size for 3 people. Clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Maria was a great host.
• Alkass (10/5): Exceptional - Location, styling mixing old and new, automatic blinds, bathroom, laundry, toiletries, elevator, canr leave apartment with the keys Main bedroom bed is not comfortable. 2nd bedroom a/c was leaking water down wall and over floor. Did not see cloths drying rack (unless i missed it).
• Narinder (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a fabulous city - Very clean. Recently refurbished. Great location. Cathedral and the Real Alacazar a 2 min walk away. Fabulous shower. Comfy beds. Strong Ac which is essential as it reached 38 on the first day. Seville is a beautiful city. Bedroom 1- the street gets noisy as they clean the streets at 1am.
• Nawinda (10/5): Amazing location! - The apartment is very nice and clean, very true to picture. More spacious than expected, especially in such a great location. The host was very sweet and helpful to us despite not speaking the same language. Definitely would recommend!
• Daniel (8/5): Glowing reviews on booking, did not meet expectations - Location is great, beds are comfortable and apartment was fairly well furnished and quiet. Washer and dryer worked well. Landlord had strict reception hours. My wife and I were arriving too late, my daughter was arriving too early. We agreed (I thought) that the landlord would meet my daughter at the place at 2 pm, the start of the checkin window. But apparently the landlord simply wanted to withhold the lockbox code until 2 pm so the place could be cleaned. He emailed me about the lockbox (and sent the code) while I was traveling, unavailable to receive the message, so my daughter had to kill several hours to show up at 2 and then found nobody there to meet her. She called the number, and a woman who answered was confused that anyone was arriving that day. It took a while to get her in; and for completeness I should mention that she was sick and really did need to get in promptly. That’s strike one. Strike two? The refrigerator wouldn’t get cold. Told the landlord on day 1, and he promised a repairman but only brought some ice bags over on day 3. Reviews left by earlier guests revealed that this was not a new problem. The freezer worked fine, so we froze some big bottles of water and cycled them through the (un)refrigerated section, but refrigeration is a basic requirement highly rated apartment in the hottest city in Europe. The second bedroom is quite small. There’s no room for end tables by the bed.
• Martin (10/5): Wonderful 4 day break, Seville is a magical city - Fantastic location, between Cathedral and Real Alcazar, quiet pedestrianised street, cafe 20 meters away for breakfast, very comfortable, clean and modern apartment, super shower. Beds a little small for my friend, he is 6ft 4ins….
