• Javon (9/5): Nice hotel for budget stay - The room was nice and clean and really affordable especially among many tokyo hotels that were a lot more expensive. The toilet facilities were good, and it also has a bathroom heater/dryer/ventilation system to dry your clothes or towels or even as a heater room if you feel cold. Washing machine was working too. Thank you! The instructions to get into the room was a little hard to understand, especially as the turn lock to get the key took a few tries to open it. The room was also pretty small and compact, but expected given the low price point. There was also no lift making it difficult to carry heavy luggage up. The TV had Netflix and Disney app, but I couldnt sign in to it, I think this could be fixed. The pillow was a little too flat and did not have much support.

• Jonathan Shea (10/5): With a great travel hub nearby and so many amenities, I'll be booking this place again. - This was a great stay, a lovely host, and a perfect location. Instructions were clear, everything was in good shape when we arrived, and it was great to be able to store some groceries and cook during our stay. Having a 24-hour 7/11 nearby, a lovely cafe, and easy access to train stations and buses where we were at makes this a really good spot if you're looking to explore Tokyo. Next time we're in Japan, we'll probably be booking this place again. I would recommend updating the pdf that has the instructions with a few reminders of where things like the wifi code and the door lock code are at the beginning of the arrival section. It's easy to forget after a long flight that it's in the check-in website.

• Nikolaos (10/5): - Everything fine, very nice, relaxing, neighbourhood! So nice to come back to, after going around in the city. Im not a fan of everything being highly digitalized and automatized. And there was quite a number of QR codes to scan in order for the whole process to work. Lucky for me i had my girlfriend with me that knows how to get around with these things, but I can imagine that a lot of people would find it difficult and frustrating.

• mohammad adil (7/5): - The apartment had all the facilities no doubt about that. Extra blankets and pillows were also provided. Wifi was good. Location was easily accessible to the station. Collecting and placing back the key was quite a hassle. Apartment size was narrow perhaps not suitable for 4 people.

• Angel (8/5): I very correct apartment for a short stay in Tokyo. - The apartment is ok in most of the aspects of what someone will look for a stay of 9 night in Tokyo. Clean and correct. The landlord, even if we have some difficulties with language, was communicative and answering all the time. The kitchen need to be better equipped, in particular there were no knives. For us, occidental Europe knives are essential in the kitchen.

• Talgat (4/5): No way - Close to railway station. Very quiet area. I found unpacking condom under the bad. It's clear, that this apartment is mainly used for intimate encounters. There is no any rags for floor cleaning. So I bought it by myself. By the way the at don’t have change of bed linen. So for long stay you should think about it. the kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, etc.) are very worn out!

• Pascal (9/5): - The location is lively with locals and has a bunch of restaurants and two convenience stores. You need around 30 minutes to the centre but the transport network works really well. You get the check-in instructions prior to your stay, just follow them. The flat looks quite new, and has almost everything one needs. I personally liked that there was a vacuum cleaner. We did not find the WiFi passwort so we wrote a message on booking. The respond was there in less than 10 minutes. The kitchen missed a simple knife; the double bed has just one blanket. The flat might be tiny, especially for tall people or a lot of luggage, but if you know the space problem in Tokyo, you are already kind of prepared to something like this.

• Michael (9/5): Good value for money. - The unit that we got have a separate living/kitchen and bedroom(in a basement type setting) so makes it more spacious. Only drawback is that you have to cary your luggage down the stairs which can be a bit tricky speciallly for the Large capacity ones. Close to the station and have access to almost all the major lines. if you don't mind the transfers, which I think one way or another you have to do anyway regardless of how close you are to the station. Plenty of local food shops around. also 7 eleven is close by.
• Scott (10/5): Exceptional - We particularly liked our room on the 5th floor. It was spacious, very clean and bright, comfy and clean beds and all amenities we needed. The sofa bed was an excellent pull out, perfect for one person. The community is so charming with great access to Nogota train and lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.
• Eunice (7/5): Good - The location is near plenty of restaurants and shops and, most importantly, very near a train station and several bus stops! It's a little out of the city, but perfectly accessible. I didn't think I was going to get the property with stairs separating the living and bed rooms :( I would have preferred the slightly bigger apartment, and the stairs here were steep enough my parents were a little worried. I thought had reserved the bigger place, but nevertheless, the stay was indeed cozy.

The property very basic. It’s very cold at night even we had to heat up.
