Hebben gedurende 8 dagen 2 keer een handdoekwissel gehad. Hele kleine kamer, schimmelige, stinkende badkamer en zagen op de laatste dag een kakkerlak lopen. Op de site staat dat he met pin of creditcard kan betalen maar dit bleek problematisch. Alleen cash werd geaccepteerd.

Camere nella norma, ma funzionali. Staffa gentile e disponibile Alcuni dettagli nelle camere potrebbero essere migliorati o sistemati. Anche la terrazza, dalla quale si ha una bella vista sulla moschea potrebbe essere sistemata meglio.

- Zoe (8/5): Very helful personnel, Seddam is the best! Great location and view from top floor - Seddam, the receptionist is so helpful, kind and sweet person! He made our arrival and stay in Istanbul so lovely, he was always ready to help us with giving us the easiest transportation ways to the sightseeings apart from google maps, and he helped us with carrying our suitcases to the top floor and again on the way down, without us even asking for it. He even made sure also to fulfill our during-booking-process requirement and gave us the room with stunning view at the Blue Mosque (floor 5) and let us check in earlier than it should! The Kurdish cleaning lady also changed our bedsheets immediately when we told her to, cause they had some stains. Overall, id say that its the people of this hotel that made the stay better, and ofc the stunning view. The location is very central for the 3 main sightseeings, Blue Mosque- Hagia Sophia - Grand Bazaar, but to say if its the ideal location for you or not, it really depends on what type of traveller someone is. This part of the city has a more traditional local authentic vibe with its ups and downs. More messy, careless drivers, lower social class, more raw Eastern vibe. On the other hand Taksim area is more tourist-friedly (shopping, nightlife etc). I lived in both and i cant really choose. Even tho the hotel has this amazing priviledge of the best view of Blue Mosque possible (even better than luxurious hotels), its really a pity that its so neglected by its owners. The cleaning of the linen and floor must be better, the stairs moquette must be changed immediately, and the terrace mess should turn into an enjoyable usable place for the clients, cause now its only for taking some photos and leave.

Гарне місцерозташування - Айя Софія у пішій доступності, як і багато інших цікавих локацій. Номер хоч і малий, але дуже чистий. Вид з вікна - дійсно красивий Наш номер дуже відрізнявся від фото і не в кращу сторону. Під вікнами з понеділка по п'ятницю кричали діти - шумоізоляція (принаймні на 5 поверсі) взагалі відсутня. Дуже круті сходи, ліфта немає - враховуйте цей момент.

- Raghad (1/5): التجربة كاملة سيئة جدًا وما تستاهل أبدًا. - ولا شي للأسف للأسف كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا ولا أنصح بهذا الفندق. الغرفة صغيرة جدًا، المكيف والسخان خربانين، وما في أي اهتمام براحة النزيل. تعامل بعض الموظفين سيئ وغير متعاون، خصوصًا وقت الخروج. آخر يوم من الساعة 9 الصباح إلى الساعة 2 بعد منتصف الليل والمويه مقطوعة بالكامل، وهذا شيء غير مقبول أبدًا. الشباك على الشارع مباشرة والازعاج شديد جدًا، نسمع كل شيء، ولا يوجد مصعد. كذلك خدمة غسيل الملابس سيئة جدًا، الغسيل كان وصخ وكل ملابسي رجعت مخربّة وبعضها قصير. بصراحة من أسوأ وأقذر الأماكن اللي سكنت فيها. الحسنة الوحيدة الموظف حمزة ، إنسان محترم ومتعاون ويتقبل الشكاوى ويحاول يساعد قدر الإمكان

- HOSSAM (7/5): - The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sultanahmet, and just a few steps away from everything you might need. The place is a studio, not a hotel. The rooms are a good size and clean, and the bathroom is decent. Honestly, you get exactly what you pay for—don’t expect luxury hotel services. At the same time, don’t worry; you’re not being scammed or taken advantage of. If your goal is a nice place to sleep and enjoy your trip at a good price, I think you’ll be happy staying there What I didn’t like is that there’s no kitchen or microwave—neither in the room nor in the property itself. So you’re literally forced to eat everything outside. I hope they provide a small kitchen or at least a microwave, so if you buy food from outside you can heat it up or prepare something quick.

- Khamassi (6/5): Vu incroyable mais pas très propre - Emplacement exceptionnel, au cœur du quartier sultanahmet. Nous avions 3 chambres dont une avec une vue INCROYABLE sur la mosquée bleue. Ce n’est pas très propre, et pas très bien entretenu, ma chambre avait quelques cafards, la femme de ménage ne passe que sur demande pendant le séjour.
- Lynn (5/5): You get what you pay for: it's a budget hotel close to main tourist sites. - Can't fault the location - it's just round the corner from the Blue Mosque, and it's a few minutes' walk to a tram stop. It's also cheap (which I didn't clock when we made the booking - I thought Aurora Eco was a reference to its green credentials - clearly it means it's an economy hotel!). So... you get what you pay for. The reception area is tiny but open 24 hours a day, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. One of the reasons we booked was because the listing said there were fridges in the rooms. Great! We're British so we like a cup of tea with fresh milk in the morning. My friend's room was tiny with no TV or chair. The glass in her window was cracked. My room was bigger and more comfortable but the door handle didn't work and there was no fridge. Apparently it was being repaired - and to be fair, the staff resolved the problem by 'borrowing' a fridge from another room. Neither of us had the balcony or terrace that the listing mentioned. The shower rooms are tiny and dated but functional, although there was no hot water one morning. I stayed for 5 nights and my room wasn't serviced in any way - bins not emptied etc. So it's not luxury, but we didn't spend much time in the rooms. It was fine for a few nights, but if I go back to Istanbul I wouldn't stay there again.

We found a cockroach in our room, and spoke to the hotel staff and they said they would clean the room, we had to ask twice and it still wasn’t cleaned to a deep clean standards. E.g. no checking for other cockroaches in the room. ( under the bed and furniture).

The staff was very friendly and helpful in everything required. They will help you with booking any tours/packages required for a discounted price. Hamza, the staff at hotel, was very very helpful and friendly. Would recommend just based on location. Very close to few attractions (2-4 minutes walk), close to metro station and Bazars as well.
- blandine (4/5): Un hôtel bon marché, bien situé avec un personnel dévoué, ce qui rattrape la médiocrité - Sa localisation, très proche du tram et des principaux sites touristiques L’état de vétusté, l’odeur d’humidité incommodante et une propreté très moyenne, un frigo en panne
- Samer (8/5): جميلة جداً - الموظفون ودودين للغايه اعجبني انه قرب جامع السلطان احمد وقريب من المواصلات والمطاعم والكافيهات ومحلات الملابس والاسواق التجاريه جيد للامانه لكن شيء واحد يزعج لا يمكنك ترك النافذه مفتوحه لان صوت السيارات عالي ولاكن كل شيء جيد جداً
