The AC did not work properly. The room was dirty. There was no safe. There was a huge fight happening in the hallway that made us all feel unsafe and there was no phone in the room to call concierge!

C’est sympa d’avoir une bouilloire, par contre les tasses en plastique c'est pas top, de plus elles n’ont pas été changées ni lavées durant tout notre séjour.

Not safe at all since where on the first floor and facing the street. They are misleading the guests with those details.

The staff were always kind and friendly. found the room very old fashioned and basic. not the cleanest of rooms even if asked to make up every day. there were stains on the hallway carpet and on the headboard of the beds. Just could do with a revamp and a fresh paint. Just a slight modernisation could go a long way.

• Amy (5/5): Was okay but I would not stay again. Unless the staff in the buffet room get some training in basic manners and customer - It’s very clean. Has 2 large pools and plenty of sun loungers. Nice vibes during the day and in the evening with music and different entertainment. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. While the hotel itself had some lovely aspects, the experience in the buffet area was consistently disappointing. The ladies working there were extremely unfriendly, never smiled, never greeted us, and made no effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. They snatched plates from our table without a word, didn’t ask if we enjoyed our meal, and often ignored us even when we said “thank you.” For a role that involves constant interaction with guests, a basic level of friendliness and courtesy should be expected. It’s not about over-the-top service but just a simple smile or acknowledgment would have made a huge difference. Instead, we were left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome each time we entered the dining area. In fact I really didn’t like going into the dining area.

Special mention to Ismael who kept us all entertained with a range of activities. Couple of tiles missing in kids pool, steps in/out of pool are very loose. Bit of a danger hazard.

La moquette vergognosa è sporca e mai pulita, sembra quella di un hotel abbandonato. Le camere sono trascurate: lavandini intasati, capelli sulle lenzuola già al primo giorno, finestre e porte-finestre rotte che non si chiudono. Anche il cibo è pessimo: qualità scarsissima e pochissima scelta sia a colazione che a cena. Nota positiva per lo staff che è piacevolmente gentile, ma tutto il resto è ridicolo

Las limpiadoras se metieron en nuestra habitación sin tocar y nosotros estábamos dentro. Los vecinos de al lado molestaron todas las noches hasta altas horas de la madrugada, llamamos a recepción y no hicieron nada.

Dit hotel is geen vakantieparadijs. 300 euro per nacht is een belachelijk hoog tarief, kwa ligging verdient dit hotel 2 sterren, meer niet.Shame on you Booking.com dit hotel mag niet aangeboden worden.

Colazione deludente, merendine del supermercato e poco per la colazione italiana, inoltre prima di arrivare al soggiorno avevo chiesto un frigo e mi è stato detto di chiederlo quando si arrivava in struttura, la risposta? Non ci sono disponibilità dopo averlo richiesto 1 mese prima. Disorganizzazione totale per quel che si paga

Des douches ainsi que des serviettes propres sont mises à disposition pour se rafraîchir avant de partir. L'accès aux affaires personnelles dans la consigne est illimité et direct, ce qui est très pratique. Le buffet à volonté est une très bonne chose. Il y a de la nourriture pour tous les goûts. Il y a plusieurs formules, à vous de choisir la vôtre. En sachant que les prix à l'extérieur sont assez élevés. On a passé des très bonnes vacances. Merci à toute l'équipe !
• Joanne (2/5): Disappointing Stay – Not the Coral Star I Remember - The location of the hotel was excellent. I’ve stayed in this area many times, and it continues to impress. There are plenty of bars and places to go, but the atmosphere is more family-oriented and relaxed—unlike the busier, more intense vibe you get closer to the West End in San Antonio. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to unwind. The room itself was clean Where do I start? Unfortunately, our recent stay at the Coral Star was a major disappointment and not at all reflective of the great experiences I’ve had here in the past. We arrived as a party of four with two rooms booked. I had specifically requested one family room to accommodate us all, but there seemed to be complete confusion at check-in. The receptionist appeared unsure and allocated us two separate rooms, which weren’t even close together. One room slept three (a double and a single), while the other—unbeknownst to us—was a larger room with an interconnecting door, which we only discovered later that evening when we asked about moving closer together. We were told it wasn’t possible and advised to speak to the manager in the morning. The next morning, around 11:00am, while I was getting ready, I was called to reception and informed that the interconnecting room was needed for another family checking in that day. When I questioned why we couldn’t remain in the room, I was told it wasn’t possible and that we had stayed in a more expensive room than we’d paid for—implying the fault was ours. I found this frustrating and unfair, as the error was clearly on the hotel’s part. Given the inconvenience, I asked whether anything could be done as a goodwill gesture, especially since we were considering upgrading to all-inclusive. Eventually, and somewhat begrudgingly, we were offered a free lunch and dinner for one day, along with a bottle of wine. Overall, I found many of the staff to be dismissive, though a few were helpful. Cleanliness throughout the hotel has noticeably declined since my previous visits. The hotel is looking tired, and I was particularly concerned that for the number of pools and guests, there were only two lifeguards—one of whom spent more time on his phone than watching the pool. • joanne (6/5): We only need a two night stop over so it was adequate for what we needed as we only slept there - Every where was kept clean, very friendly, helpful staff. Room and hotel is very dated but clean and adequate. Price reflected the hotel so if you want luxury you will need to pay a lot more money for the area. The only real unpleasant part of the hotel are the state of the carpets and hallways walking to your rooms, they are not a pleasant sight. Staff friendly and hotel is kept clean

It was not 100 kind of food, but everything for eating (not for watching ), coked wit LOVE. If I could write the menu, I couldn't guess that perfect menu for me. • Nikki (9/5): Good for families - Clean and comfortable room with everything you need. Staff were really helpful. Would be great for families but wasn’t a good fit for us due to so much noise from screaming children - not the hotel’s fault but something to be aware of if you’re not looking for a hotel full of kids. The location is a good hour’s walk to San Antoni; there are buses but it’s not super convenient. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.
