No entry to Hard Rock hotels unless you have a resto reservation

Daarna viel hij weer uit. 2Douches waarvan er één niet bruikbaar was. Weinig water. Toiletbril kapot. Waskranen kapot. Kakkerlakken in app. Onhygiënisch. Met moeite eenmaal schoonmaakploeg kunnen krijgen. Geen informatie hoe apperatuur werkte. Geen TV kunnen kijken. We zijn een nacht eerder vertrokken. Vervelende ervaring. Zou graag geld terug willen vragen. Doe anderen dit niet aan.

Es un apto donde me - El apto está muy lindo y acogedor , su ubicación es muy buena , de las instalaciones el acceso a la piscina , las zonas verdes , el club de playa me encantó . Está en una zona segura y tranquila para descansar. La pronta atención y respuesta en el chat muy buena. Me parece que el cajón de llaves necesita mantenimiento o cambio porque se dificultad sacar las llaves. La grifería de baños y cocina también está para cambio , está oxidada , no da buen aspecto en un apto tan lindo . En una de las habitaciones, Creo que el ventilador también parece que le falta mantenimiento porque suena como si se fuera a caer . Son pequeños detalles pero son cambios necesarios.

• Ingrid (1/5): Pesadilla en estos departamentos - Nada , en absoluto. Estaba sucio cuando llegamos lleno de polvo con utensilios , ollas , oxidadas la luz se iba a cada momento no había internet. La bañera no rodaba y el Baño tapado fue una de las peores experiencias que hemos vivido en punta cana No les recomiendo este lugar si quieren pasar unas lindas 😕vacaciones las de nosotros fueron un infierno en este lugar y para ya terminar no había ni agua caliente si llevas niños llorarán toda la estancia 😢😢😢 Nos dañaron nuestras vacaciones familiares es un engaño nada de lo que publican es verdad. Los departamentos que ellos ofrecen no están listos para ser alquilados , una persona se comunicó con nosotros tratando de ayudar ella trato de hacer lo posible pero no se pudo las incomodidades iban más allá no estaba listo para ser alquilado y no fue un solo departamento eran 3 y los 3 tenían el mismo problema problemas de luz de agua de suciedad Espero que este mensaje les ayude a las demás personas Y no les pase lo que a mí y mi familia gracias .

• Pricsi (8/5): - Que la piscina está serca. Que la playa es privada , la piscina dejaba residuos blancos al bañarse de pintura y que habían muchos mosquitos
• Cardoso (4/5): Decepcionante - estaba bonito visualmente Me dieron una habitacion sin aire acondicionado, tuvimos que mover todo incluyendo el supermercado hasta otro edificio, luego llegamos y el cuarto nuevo no tenia internet (nunca tuvimos en toda la estadia), se iba la luz todos los dias.
• Mireya (7/5): Nice, affordable, but inconvinient - Apartments were very nice and property around it was very cool 1. Supermarkets or restaurants were far and hard to get to. 2. The way the power works for the apartments was not clear from the beggining leading to constant power outages. They pay for a specific amount of electricity and if you consume it they cut the power until they make another payment to get it back up.
• Maria (1/5): No se si les daría una segunda oportunidad para hospedarme ahi - Nos cancelaron la reserva a ultimo momento , el día antes como a las 9 y pico de la noche al principio sin dar explicación alguna tuve que preguntar para saber que pasaba. Lo que me molesto realmente fue que no vi la atención que esperaba en un caso como este ya que no les importo si conseguía otro lugar o no Nisiquiera me dieron opción de moverme de unidad ni nada por el estilo y mucho menos sabían si ya estaba o no en punta cana. Realmente tenia muchas expectativas con el lugar el señor que manejo mi reserva fue siempre muy amable y dispuesto a responder mis preguntas e inquietudes pero como manejaron toda esta situación me dejo mucho que desear.

• Flavio Cade (7/5): mediano.. - o apto eh espaçoso e possui uma bela vista. ha disponibilidade de comprar itens via o aplicativo local. você eh totalmente dependente de carro.. para fazer qualquer coisa. faltou um forno para aquecer comida, havia apenas o micro-ondas. a piscina que eh o principal fator do aluguel, estava fria. o apto esta localizado dentro de um complexo em construção, talvez daqui a uns anos se torne algo adequado para turistas..

O visual é bonito, mas o restaurante local, Ventana, é super custoso. Falta muita manutencao e cuidados. Tirei fotos para demonstrar. Nao está como nas imagens. Havia cabelo na toalha, ha partes descascadas, espelho e cadeira quebrados, sofa e cadeiras descascados, ar condicionado com fita isolante. Outro detalhe: o chuveiro sai pouca agua, e nao é muito quentinha. O da suite está um pouco pior. Enfim, falta cuidado

The atmosphere was peaceful and problem-free, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was ideal — close to everything yet quiet enough to enjoy total tranquility. The staff were professional and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Cana Rocks to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and peace in a beautiful setting. I will definitely stay here again! Nothing

• Socrates (1/5): Horrible vacation in a very dirty and not functioning property. - Family time despite the many challenges the property created for us. Dirty apartments , insects , leaky roofs , electricity going down on numerous occasions , dirty filthy jacuzzi not clean , roaches in coffee maker. They moved us four times different rooms since the property had so many problems. Pls see above. Terrible experience.

En mi experiencia lo recomiendo 100% y guardaré los datos porque ya ese es uno de mis lugares favoritos y super completo La distancia entre el restaurante y el apartamento pero se resuelve con vehículo.
