In 5 adulti ci siamo trovati bene Purtroppo il boiler dell'acqua calda non è assolutamente adeguato, non si riesce a fare nemmeno 1 doccia calda (senza shampoo) Siamo stati per Natale, il riscaldamento non serve però in casa bisognava vestirsi abbastanza
• Marita90 (10/5): - Casa de construcción nueva, en la mejor zona de Agaete, muy cerca de la playa, las piscinas naturales, restaurantes y supermercado SPAR. Los dueños son muy amables y nos recibieron con dulces y plátanos y nos ayudaron durante toda la estancia, dando excelentes recomendaciones locales. La casa tiene dos pisos, con 3 dormitorios independientes en la parte de arriba. Las camas son nuevas y cómodas. La cocina está bien equipada. La terraza es ideal para desayunar al sol de la mañana. El garage está en el subterráneo de la urbanización y asegura siempre una plaza para el coche. Muy recomendable!

• Tomas (2/5): very disapointed - location We have traveled to many places, but this is the first time we feel compelled to write a negative review. Unfortunately, our experience at this property was far from pleasant. The owner of the property was extremely rude and unhelpful. Communication was almost impossible unless you speak Spanish. We tried using a translator, but she wasn't very willing to assist us, which made the situation more difficult. We had booked the entire house, but mistakenly listed only two people in our reservation. The price, however, remained the same whether for 2, 4, or 5 people, since we booked the whole house. Unfortunately, we didn't realize this error until we arrived. When we tried to explain, it became clear that communication was a huge obstacle. The owner told us she would call Booking.com, and we did the same. We later found out that she was asking for us to pay the full price one more time. Thankfully, Booking.com was very helpful and found somebody who speaks spanish, and negotiated for us a discount, so we ended up paying €200 less than originally demanded. The next day, the owner sent a message to give us some forms to fill out and discussed the money (cash) issue again. However, since we had already resolved the payment issue with Booking.com, she neither provided the forms nor followed up with us. The day before we left, we received a message from both the owner and Booking.com, stating that they would return €200 to us. Again thanks to booking, because booking site reinvestigated the issue, they talked with the property. In the end, we only paid half of the original amount they wanted. After this incident, the owner changed the booking policy, so now the only option is to book the entire house with no alternative. And this change happend the first day of our staying. As for the property itself, it was clean and big, but the towels were cheap and uncomfortable. They didn’t dry properly and left lint on everything.
