karin (9/5): Prima locatie. - Ligging lekker centraal. Parkeerplek voor de deur. Aardige bijzondere host die ook een prima ontbijt voor ons maakte. Als je er door de week logeert en wil uitslapen neem dan een kamer aan de achterzijde. Het ligt tegenover een grote school waar al vroeg de kinderen worden afgezet op scooters etc. Nogal wat lawaai.

Una persona davvero speciale, che ha contribuito a rendere memorabile il soggiorno. 7 of us stayed at this hotel for two nights. The excellent location, the cozy and traditional atmosphere, and the hearty breakfast would already be great reasons to choose El Reloj Casa Hotel. However, what impressed us most was the friendliness, kindness, and warmth of the manager, Diego. He is a truly special person who helped make our stay memorable.

Ana (5/5): Lo encuentro caro para lo que ofrece - La ubicación, está a 5 minutos de la plaza central. El desayuno estuvo rico y abundante. No tiene sentido que la única ventana de la habitación de justamente al pasillo. Obliga a encender el ventilador o mueres de calor porque abrirla y quedar al descubierto no es una opción. Estuve prácticamente sola en el hotel porque habían pocas o ninguna reserva. Viaje sola y no me sentí cómoda/segura.
Katia (7/5): Good small hotel in perfect location - Simple but functional hotel with kind, attentive staff. Clean rooms, safe location, and just a short walk to the main street. Breakfast was fresh and tasty — a great start to the day! Comfy base for exploring the area. The room only have wooden Windows..meaning that once you have closed them there is no natural light.

Giorgio (7/5): The hotel is nice but room isolation is terrible and it becomes too noisy - The hotel is nice, has a very good location in the town centre of Filandia, at walking distance from the main square and all attractions, including restaurants and bars. The isolation of the room we stayed was terrible, you could hear everything, like if you were in the street. Fortunately enough Filandia is quiet at night but in the early morning it was already very noisy.

Maloney (10/5): Great value, would stay there again. - The included breakfast was good. Plenty to eat and served by friendly staff. The location within the pueblo was great. The rooms and bathrooms were updated/ modern and the hotel was very clean. The check in clerk (only person on site at the time) answered all questions and was efficient. He fulfilled requests, but his personality was cold. He was not rude, I would say he was an introvert and not overly comfortable with human interaction. This did not adversely affect our stay though because again he efficiently fulfilled all request and we had an wonderful experience. His personality was actually something memorable that made the experience unique.

Nancho (9/5): Miss you already Filandia - We had a great stay at the property. It's very well kept and maintained. The room facilities are modern. The staff was outstanding. The property is only a few blocks away from the "Calle del Tiempo Detenido" and the main plaza. Filandia is a town to wander and get to know the friendship and cordiality of its people. We had a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

Teresa (7/5): Good - The room was nice to stay one night. Good size bathroom and good location, close to central square. The room window is in a corridor where everyone can see you. If the option is available, it’s better to take the one that has a balcony. The breakfast was not great, not a lot of choice, croissants were really hard, there was no bread option and the arepa was plain and unsalted, very average eggs as well. We didn’t have hot water when we wanted to have a shower at night, so we had to complain and it was fixed. The staff that welcomed us was not a great host although the one who was there when we left was really nice. The place is a bit expensive in comparison to other in the area for what it is.

Timo (7/5): Good - modern room, nice service there are two types of rooms, facing the courtyard with no day light or the ones with balcony. we chose the latter one, but these rooms also did not have a window, just a wood door. it was extremely noisy, there were cars and scooters all day/night long and given there was no glass, it felt like sleeping in the street. there is also a giant construction side across the street, starting work at 6.30am

Aida (1/5): Bad - located in a good area the receptionist did not speak English and I was using google translator. He was not welcoming at all There was hot water to take shower ONLY for first day! The next 2 days I didn’t have hot water. I let water running for 15 mins get hot water and it was still super cold!!! that area was cold and there was no air conditioning system in the room, imagine also taking a shower with cold water!!! I told him about water right away and he just came to my room with attitude and let the water running and left, he came back after 15 mins and said yes and didn’t do anything else! I told him again on the last day I was there and the last moment like 30 mins before my departure, he told me that I can use the shower in another room! also he didn’t offer me to have buffet for breakfast on my last day because other travelers left! which doesn’t make sense!

Michelle (10/5): Very nice hotel in Finlandia - Diego was the nicest host. The location was great with lots of nice restaurants and shops in proximity. Very nice bathrooms with plenty of hangers and storage. Nice showers and toiletry. Snacks on demand. Breakfast was delicious. TV turned on CNN directly Windows head towards the inner corridor, so you can't get any natural light unless you open them. Room can feel a bit claustrophobic for those who like natural light.
