The house has everything you need even a spacious garden to spend some time away from the crowds. Loads of extra touches which were appreciated and excellent communication with owner, even a parking permit if needed We couldn’t find any extra duvets for air bed apart from that no issues

Lovely place, everything we needed, good showers, lovely garden. Parking options behind and by permit in front of the house but also £15 overnight secure parking at the end of the road if you need extra security. Will be back! Thanks Greg and team. All good:)

It's a little far from the tourist locations. But this is something I like. As a bonus, we had a Fox, a squirrel, and young kittens in the garden during breakfast

I mentioned to the owner that I was planning a Valentine’s Day surprise for my girlfriend, and they went out of their way to set it up beautifully for us. Such a thoughtful touch! No room closes, no toilet closes, you can't have your privacy either in the room or in the toilet or when you shower. The walls and ceilings are worn and moldy, the kitchen furniture is deteriorating due to the abundance of humidity. Wifi in the house is very bad, and there is no signal in the garden at all. The owners are rude who asked us for a deposit of £400 after we paid money on booking, and tried to pressure us to keep the £400, with invented reasons that we had to do a general cleaning of the house after we left the property. They scolded us for having a barbecue in the yard, when in the advertisement on booking they boast about the barbecue they have. Both the bathrooms, the living room, and the bedrooms are very very small, compared to the pictures on booking, which were probably made using some special techniques to change the accents. The kitchen was not prepared for any cooking , just old and dirty saucepans and old cups and dirty ones. The house is very old and dirty , the matrases are not confortable at all and there is no space at all in the bedrooms. They made pictures the house to show very big but its very small and old and dirty. • Adtyrrell123 (9/5): Superb - Very comfy beds, nice kitchen. Free drinks and snacks provided, although the lager was Foster, so I didn't drink any, not a big fan. Free parking. Nothing really other than the choice of beers. We had an issue with the TV and the WIFI but this was fixed in minutes.

• Sel (10/5): Lovely, convenient place to stay - Decore and facilitates were lush! Beds and pillows were soooo comfortable and the garden was lovely!! Parking isn't great but that can't be helped given that the property is in Wembley and the traffic wardens are vultures. Other than that if you require a permit, the owner is more than willing to provide additional permits for your stay.

It is a great location for anyone going to Wembley Stadium and the facilities were all clean and tidy with a lovely garden to relax in. Parking was easy right outside of the property thanks to the great support from the host. Beds were comfortable and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Nothing. All positive!

The house was very clean and the garden was a little bit of calm in a busy city. It was quiet and although near to the station I didn't hear a single train. The host was so lovely and helped me to sort out a couple of issues with parking which was great.

Thank you for the complimentary drinks and snacks. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy stay. 7 mins walk from Wembley central underground, 30 mins to central on underground. • Elizabeth (10/5): MOST ENJOYABLE STAY - Greg is very professional and communication is excellent. The property is very well located for wembley stadium about 15 minutes walk. Also 5 mins walk to Wembley central station. Where you can find lots of shops and places to eat. The property is very clean with comfortable beds .Also has beautiful rear garden area. Everything you could need is provided for cooking . Plenty of cooking utensils and crockery,microwave, dishwasher.washing machine even left us some goodies to munch on and a few beers and some wine. Massive 4k TV and Bose sound system. All in all everything you would have at your own home. A perfect place for us to stay while visiting London . I would have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation.

Only 35 min tube ride to Westminster/ London Eye. Complimentary refreshments, including mini bar. Lovely outdoor space. Parking permit included in price ( arrange with Greg the owner if required). Fantastic communication with Greg-(owner). Few minor issues during the stay, but Greg ensured they were rectified as soon as possible. Nothing not to like! Would definitely stay here again in the future l.
• Bowdler (9/5): Fabulous stay - Beautiful and clean house, good facilities and wine fridge with drinks kindly left for us. Perfect location for a visit to Wembley. Beds were big and super comfy, excellent TV and coffee machine. Lovely host and replied quickly to messages. We struggled a few times to open the back bifold door. We had to ensure that the middle part was thoroughly closed and held to be able to open the left door.
• Jasna (1/5): Do not stay in this facility under any circumstances! - Do not stay in this facility under any circumstances! Please don't repeat my mistake as I feel ripped off from an ad for a "luxury" accommodation that was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The biggest scam about it is that the house doesn't have 3 bedrooms, but 2. The third place to sleep is in the kitchen on a sofa, which is not a bed, but the host instructs you to inflate a plastic air bag yourself and use the bedding to make a bed in the kitchen. There is only 1 shower for the whole house, the bathtub from the picture is unusable for quick cleaning because it does not have a shower. As soon as you turn on the water, a loud pump or similar device is turned on, which hums throughout the house. In addition to the lack of utensils (the kitchen cupboards are full of repair tools) there is not a single dish in the house for preparing meals. On the picture there is only pan in the whole house, burnt of course. Wi-fi doesn't work. The walls are full of moisture and with a bunch of scented sticks placed around the house, the air is terribly smelly. The garden is full of animal droppings and it is impossible to use the garden. There are no wardrobes in the rooms (everything is locked), and in the kitchen, where sleeping on an air cushion is assumed, there is not a single surface for storing clothes. The host requires you to pay him an extremely high deposit as a condition to leave the keys to you, after you have paid the full price of the accommodation. The neighbourhood where the house is located is dark and suspicious, the house is at the end of a dark street next to the railway. After a bad experience staying in the house, I looked in detail at the reviews that gave it a high rating - they were all left from the UK without argument with a rating of 10, which is very suspicious. Please don't repeat my mistake as I feel ripped off from an ad for a "luxury" accommodation that was the worst I have ever stayed at.

Right behind Wembley Central, could see the stadium from property and it’s less than ten mins walk. Everything was immensely clean and everything was hassle free, beyond what I was expecting. • Ahmed (10/5): Luxury home stay in London - Beautifully appointed property with excellent facilities and exceptionally clean. Plenty of space to accommodate a fully family stay, this is an excellent base to explore London or attend nearby events at Wembley stadium. The recently renovated garden was also a lovely oasis to relax after a day exploring the city. The kitchen and living area had all facilities in great working order. The beds and linens were setup for supreme comfort and we all slept very comfortably. The host was super-responsive, polite and very efficient. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The host made extra efforts to make us feel welcome. I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Nothing, it’s well maintained. Booked to be close to activities in Wembley so bear in mind the location proximity.
