• Ward (8/5): Overall I enjoyed myself at Aris Square and would recommend it. - Quiet. Location was good starting point for daily walking adventures in Rome. I personally found it difficult to find when I first got to Rome. However, the front desk staff were extremely helpful, as was the breakfast staff person.

• Juan Antonio (10/5): - Limpieza, colchón y cabeceras cómodos, amabilidad de la chica que está en el comedor y de las camareras de habitación es lo que resaltaría. Se está muy cómodo, primero vas a hacer el checkin en un edificio (donde está el comedor) y las habitaciones están en otro enfrente. Las habitaciones están en una 3ª planta, en la que estuvimos nosotros (2 personas) estaba climatizada, tenia secador y bidé, no se oía demasiado ruido, baño propio y todas las comodidades posibles. Está a 3 minutos andando de la estación de tren "termini" (donde termina el tren que te lleva del aeropuerto a Roma) y a otros 3 minutos de la estación de metro "Castro Pretorio". Lo que mas lejos pilla andando es el Vaticano que está a 5km andando

• HALİSOĞLU (10/5): I strongly recommend this hotel. - Very friendly staff working in this hotel. Located close to Roma Termini by very silent location. I didnt have any noise at night and slept well. The room was so clean. Kettle, small bisciuts, tea and coffee options were avaliable in the room. Breakfast was good.
• Lisa (4/5): Prima locatie maar verder geen aanrader - De locatie, dichtbij station Het ontbijt was erg karig. Alleen zoete broodjes en een klein zoet yoghurtje. De badkamer was erg klein en de douche was kapot waardoor er overal water kwam. Het personeel groette je niet en was niet vriendelijk.

Tienes cerca las termas de Diocleziano,Santa Maria la Mayor, plaza de la República... las habitaciones están reformadas,pero necesitan algún que otro retoque,pero bien. El desayuno incluido,aunque solo había posibilidad de dulce...la amabilidad del personal . Cama cómoda y habitación bien equipada Quizás un poco caro para lo que ofrece . Si no te gusta andar o depender del metro, este no es tu hotel. En mi caso,que quería patear la ciudad a fondo,bien en ese sentido. Que el desayuno solo fuera íntegramente dulce. Poca variedad,pero suficiente para coger energía por la mañana .

• Yulia (8/5): I recommend the hotel - Difficult to find at the first time: there is no sign with the name of the hotel on the building. they should write more clear instructions here on booking how to find a hotel . Look for Cambridge hotel sigh and go up the third floor. I looked for entrance 15 min, I waited for 15 min until a receptionist came ( I called him in WhatsApp). But everything else is good I will come back to the hotel: all is clean and looks new. Room has all you need : the cattle and fridge. Staff is nice, especially sweet Miriam who always smiled and explained to me the possible routes I should take in the city. She is the worker that you should keep and raise a salary. :) Hard to find, wait to open

Fridge was very useful as I had some fresh food with me. Plenty of sockets to recharge my mobiles/tablet, two complimentary water bottles (really much appreciated with the heath of those days).

Zum Frühstücken muss man in ein anderes Gebäude, dort waren auch zu wenig Sitzplätze für alle Gäste, es war sehr eng und man konnte sich kaum bewegen, außerdem war die Auswahl beim Buffet sehr dürftig, es gab kein Brot und das Besteck wurde währenddessen die ganze Zeit mit der Hand vom Personal abgewaschen, weil es zu wenig gab.

El baño era muy precario, la ducha estaba rota y perdía agua por una manguera, se tapaba el desagüe y salían pelos de huéspedes anteriores, la tapa del inodoro estaba rota y se salía a cada rato. La heladera no funcionaba
• Mathilde (7/5): decent location + price - clean room, comfy bed, fair price. good proximity to the station. we had booked a triple room (1 double + 1 single) but when we arrived only the double bed was made. i went to ask for bedding for the single bed and was told it would be brought up but it never was. disappointed as we paid extra to have the two seperate bed and then couldn’t use both. the shower also was semi-broken. it was useable, but water spurted out at all directions and didn’t make for a pleasant experience.

• CHRISTOFOROS (5/5): - Το θετικό ήταν ότι βρισκόταν κοντά σε μετρό και έτσι είχαμε πρόσβαση σε πολλές τοποθεσίες. Το μπάνιο είχε υγρασία και πολλά σπασμένα πλακάκια. Το κάθισμα της λεκάνης ήταν σπασμένο και το καζανάκι έτρεχε και δεν είχε καθόλου καλή απόδοση. Από τα είδη που έγραφε ότι είχε, υπήρχε ένα σαπούνι χεριών χρησιμοποιημένο και ένα σαμπουάν μισοτελειωμένο. Η τιμή ήταν δυσανάλογη με τις παροχές που έδινε! Λυπάμαι.
• Guest (5/5): Muy poca o ninguna atención al cliente. - La ubicación del hotel, muy céntrico y cerca de la terminal de trenes y buses. Viaje con mis hijos, al llegar no había nadie en la recepción, de otra oficina llamaron a la encargada, ya en las habitaciones, una de las habitaciones no le funcionaba la luz del baño, informamos en la recepción del hotel sobre el asunto de la luz, a la joven que estaba en ese momento y salimos a conocer la ciudad, mi hijo dejo en su habitación el teléfono celular y al regresar ya no estaba. Durante nuestra estancias nunca más vimos a ninguna persona en la recepción del hotel, o sea no pudimos quejarnos sobre el asunto porque no había nadie para atendernos. Lastima, el hotel esta bien ubicado. No creo volver o recomendarlo.

• Sergei (8/5): - Of course it's not the best hotel I've ever been to but I believe it's one of the best places with this price when you can sleep after sightseeing of the beautiful Rome. Perfect location in 5 minutes from Termini station where you have A, B metro lines, buses and trains to airport, sightseeing buses and so on. Also, in 15-20 minutes on foot you can reach interesting sights and the heart of Rome. Although I stayed only for 3 night personnel cleaned my room every day. Breakfast is light - only bakery, yougurts, fruits, no eggs or sausages. Please keep in mind that check in is in the opposite building in Alex hotel. Wi-fi has 300mbps speed, which is brilliant and unusual for the hotels! Employees are very friendly and ready to help. Recommend!

Las ropa blanca muy bien, el baño estaba nuevo y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto. La señora del desayuno fue muy amable siempre. El edificio no era muy lindo, un poco antiguo. Es un edificio donde hay varios hoteles o departamentos de alquiler en diferentes pisos de distintas empresas. Fue un poco confuso eso al llegar.

• Kareen (1/5): Mala - Me parece insólito que publiquen 4 estrellas para un hotel que sólo alcanza para 2, la puntuación sobre 8 no corresponde bajo ningún concepto, incomprensible para la instalaciones que tienen, las piezas estaban en un edificio enfrente de la calle donde está la recepción con un nombre de hotel distinto, nos pasaron llaves comunes para abrir un hall de acceso y luego la de la habituación, además los baños antiguos, malos desagües, no cabe una persona, el lavamanos menos de 20 cm, la ducha sin tapón y se salía el agua de la mampara, horrible. Lo único rescatable fue la Srta encargada del desayuno Miriam, esforzada en atender pesar de faltarle insumos y el Sr de recepción un fue muy amable para tratar de explicar, por qué debíamos ir a otro lado de la calle para ir a nuestra habitación. No aplicaron los impuestos y luego volvieron a la habitación para decir que faltó pago, nos cobraron dos veces y nos quedó muy en claro, que estaban confundidos, esto se puede comprobar con los cargos adicionales que nos hicieron a la TC. En definitiva nos sentimos vulnerados entre la elección y lo que obtuvimos . Falso lo que publican, no corresponde a la realidad.

El baño era muy pequeño y antiguo, el desayuno era muy escaso y con poca variedad y en la recepción no habia nadie para atender teníamos que esperar mucho rato para que nos atendieran.

• Natalija (9/5): Zelo zadovoljni - Soba je ustrezala opisu, le kakšen prostor za perilo smo pogrešali, saj je le ena ozka omara, čeprav bi ga težko dodali glede na prostor. Vsak dan so nam pospravili sobo, postlali postelje in zamenjali brisače. V sobi so nas pričakale drobne pozornosti - copati, voda, delujoč hladilnik ter grelnik za vodo s čajem in kavo. Osebje je izredno prijazno in ustrežljivo. Dali so nam seznam, kje nam priporočajo, da jemo in smo bili zadovoljni z njihovim izborom. Malo težav smo imeli z iskanjem recepcije. Recepcija je v 2. nadstropju, piše Hotel Aristotel. Pokrov stranišča ni bil dobro pritrjen in se je premikal, ko smo sedeli.

• Juan Sebastian (9/5): Super Recomendable - La ubicacion es muy buena, cerca de ROMA TERMINI (350-400m), la zona tiene varios bares cercas y algunos restaurantes con buena comida y relacion precio calidad. Para realizar turismo esta muy bien ya que estas en el centro de ROMA y todo es accesible caminando. El metro tambien te queda cerca ya que esta en ROMA TERMINI. Es una zona tranquila El desayuno esta muy bien para arrancar el dia y la persona que lo atienede es muy amable y te cuenta qeu poder visitar y como. La recepcion del HOTEL esta en frente de donde te hospedas y no esta bien señalizada (talvez hay qeu poner un cartel mas grande). En un mismo edificio hay 4-5 recepciones de hoteles, estar atento a esto.

• Jekic (10/5): - Cosy room with a bathroom, more than enough for an active vacation I had with my mom in Rome. The breakfast was a time saver for us, we, could easily start our day very early. The lady that serves breakfast was very friendly, the person behind the Aris Booking account very responsoive, which was very important to us. As someone coming from Serbia, a sweet breakfast every morning was not something we accepted easily. Maybe include some salty food as weel (boiled eggs, ham, cheese).

It looks like its nearly renovated but they forgot something-its small things, for example hooks in the bathroom were missing etc .The staff was so kind. Tínhamos de sair do edifício e entrar num à frente para tomar o pequeno almoço. O pequeno tinha pouca variedade, havia pão mas não havia fiambre nem queijo.

• Giovanni (3/5): That is not a hotel! That is spread bedrooms obtained from old apartments refarbished someway! - Close to Termini railway station Hotel is not a standard hotel. The reception, all the bedrooms and the "breakfast corner" (do not dare to call it "breakfast hall" or "room"!) are spread across separate buildings and different floors. Hotel is clearly obtained from rearrangement of former apartments. People could have been living there up to short before. The upgrade into hotel facility was very very poor and it seemed to be in pretty old family apartments. Reception was at groundfloor in a building. The bedroom was at 4th floor in another building across the street. Breakfast corner was at 5th floor. The lift was very old and small and it moved up and down a rusty cage spiraled by stairs. You could not enter the elevator on a wheelchair! And definitely all the hotel facility is UNFIT to disabled people! Reception endowed me with 3 keys: one for the building (the big door was closed at night), one for accessing the (used-to-be) apartment at 4th floor and the last one for entering my personal bedroom. Last but not least: the WC in my bathroom. You should have pushed the water 4-5 times for making the toilet paper and the rest disappear. The flow was very poor. Ridicolous to offer such accommodation at such a high price (more than € 120 per day)! Rome is always the right city not only to cheat tourists, but also to offer expensive accomodation and poor quality services to travellers there for work! City tax € 7 per day is also a robbery!

• Snezana (5/5): - Osoblje je bilo ljubazno. Soba je bila cista. Kupatilo je bilo u veoma losem stanju. Tus je bio samo na zidu i prskao je na sve strane. Na kraju su ga zamjenili. Slivnik koji se nalazio u hodniku se zacepio i voda je usla u sobu. Prijavili smo ujutro problem i nisu ga rijesili taj dan. Nismo mogli koristiti kupatilo.Tek su nas sledeci dan prebacili u drugu sobu.

There was a lift which was very handy and a great location close to the train/bus station and many good restaurants. Special shout out to Miriam and her lovely pistachio pastries. There was nothing we didn't like

• David (7/5): - la ubicación y la habitación, Miriam nos atendió muy bien el ascensor no funciona a veces, las zonas comunes y no hay wifi
• Noy (7/5): - מלון זול, למי שנטו צריך מקום לישון. קרוב לטרמיני בהתחלה הייתי בחדר 36, השירותים לא עבדו טוב ולא הצלחתי לישון מרוב הרעש של מכונות הכביסה בחדר כביסה ליד. העבירו אותי לחדר 31 שהיה טוב יותר אבל לא היה מושב אסלה. בתור מטיילת יחידה היה כדאי לקחת מלון במקום מרכזי יותר כי זאת סביבה פחות נעימה בלילה במיוחד לנשים.

• Antonella Bonifacio (7/5): Un po' delusa - Posizione Il personale che non parlava bene italiano e non si poteva nemmeno chiedere informazioni sui percorsi da fare!

• Agata (8/5): Polecam, bardzo fajne miejsce, przemiły personel, pozdrawiamy panią od śniadań przemiła i pomocna kobieta :) - Dla nas super opcja, lokalizacja fajna, sam pokój bardzo wporzadku duże łóżko, telewizor również z YouTube, śniadanka klasyczne włoskie, dobra kawa i przemiła i pomocna pani od śniadań, robi całą atmosferę tego pobytu :) Na początku ciężko nam było trafić bo zameldowanie jest naprzeciwko trochę dalej w innym hotelu i skarpetki po innych mieszkańcach pod szafką :/
• Nikola (5/5): Nie polecam!! - Lokalizacja blisko dworca głównego, codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników w razie potrzeby. Standard pokoju jest inny niż w ogłoszeniu na booking. Naszego pokoju nie ma nawet na zdjęciach w ogłoszenie, prawdopodobnie dlatego, że dostaliśmy pokój należący do Hotelu Alex Square (tam nas pokierowała obsługa recepcji) Pokój jest stary, zniszczony, brudny i występuje w nim pleśń w łazience. Wymaga gruntownego remontu. Niestety zawiodłam się na tym pobycie, ponieważ w rzeczywistości wyglądało to całkowicie inaczej niż na Bookingu. Nie polecam.

• Dénes (10/5): - Segitokesz szemelyseg. Vegtelen kedvesseg. Nem volt ilyen.
• Isabella (7/5): - Das Personal war sehr sympathisch (besonders Miriam). Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Nicht so viel an Auswahl, aber reicht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Der Bahnhof Termini ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Etwas störende Geräusche aus dem Badezimmer. Klopapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt.
• CHU-HSUAN (6/5): - 員工很親切、人很好，二話不說讓我們換房，還幫我們收拾行李到另外一間房，真的非常感謝！有早餐提供，離車站距離近，很方便！ 圖片的房間跟實際住的完全不一樣，讓我們住的房間很老舊簡陋，讓我們有種被騙的感覺。 熱水不熱而且水柱很小，洗澡會洗到生氣。 後來我們反應後，有答應幫我們換房，所以住的比較新一些。
