• Hussein (10/5): The best in Rome - The hotel was right in the centre of Rome and almost near to all of the tourist attractions. The rooms were clean, quite big and affordable. Everything was perfect

Our room was left unlocked by the cleaning staff one day. They also didn't replenish the coffee. The bathroom sometimes had a sewage smell. The bar across the street was loud until quite late at night.

• Cora Cristina (1/5): Foi péssima a experiência. - O quarto é confortável e limpo. O prédio é horrível, difícil localização, pois fica no segundo andar a recepção. A recepção não é 24 horas, tive que fazer o check out de madrugada, sai do prédio às 2 da manhã, tive que atravessar a rua e ir ao hotel em frente, e pedir para chamar um táxi. Me senti em um Airbnb, sem total assistência por parte da recepção. Sem contar que quando fui para o meu quarto que ficava no andar que não tinha recepção, só me entregaram a chave que tinha uma senha eletrônica, fiquei em pânico entrei no prédio e depois não conseguia sair. Ninguém da recepção me explicou nada, teriam que ter um funcionário que fosse conosco no andar de cima e explicasse o funcionamento daquela porta. O prédio está em reforma, muito sujo. A porta principal fica aberta, com uns latões de lixo, sei que o prédio está em reforma, mas teria que no mínimo ter uma recepção 24 horas no 1 andar. Espero nunca mais ficar hospedada em lugar assim, me senti muito vulnerável.

Lo único fue que llegamos fuera de la hora de recepción y fue un poco complicado las indicaciones para ubicar la habitación! Pero cuando vimos las condiciones de la habitación quedamos satisfechos!! Nos gustó la ubicación y la habitación super limpia y comoda! La relación calidad precio está muy bien!

Venho nesse espaço descrever situações constrangedoras quw passamos nesse Hotel Domus Rome: Denúncia sobre o Hotel Domus Rome Ao chegar ao Hotel Domus Rome no sábado à noite dia 27/09/25, após uma longa viagem em família, tínhamos reservado um quarto casal e um quarto triplo. O atendimento foi feito por um funcionário recém-contratado. Logo na entrada da minúscula acomodação, percebemos problemas de higiene: havia, além das toalhas deixadas para nós, uma toalha usada e suja pendurada. Na sequência, minha esposa começou a observar melhor o ambiente e encontrou cabelos na banheira. Para nossa surpresa, ao lado do frigobar havia uma embalagem de salame com rótulo oriental, ainda com restos no interior. Recebemos duas águas minerais de cortesia e, ao abrir o frigobar para guardá-las, encontramos algo ainda mais grave: uma marmita virada de lado, escorrendo no interior do eletrodoméstico. Conversamos com meu filho, que estava em outro apartamento, e ele relatou também precária limpeza no quarto, cabelos na banheira, mau funcionamento e odores vindos do ar-condicionado. Diante disso, fomos à recepção. O funcionário disse ter conversado com alguém (sem se identificar) e garantiu que no domingo, às 8h, a gerência estaria presente para resolver a situação. Compareci nesse horário, mas a recepcionista que estava de plantão desconhecia completamente o caso e sequer sabia da suposta presença de um gerente. Perdi toda a confiança no estabelecimento e obviamente não poderia permanecer em um ambiente tão inóspito que não havia sido limpo para aproveitar meus dias em Roma. Solicitei o reembolso das diárias restantes pagas pelo Booking, mas a resposta do hotel foi de que eu teria inventado argumentos para deixá-lo. Pergunto! Alguém ficaria num hotel recebendo as habitações nessas condições? Imaginem o controle de qualidade deles! Após uma dificil pesquisa na plataforma do Booking consegui um outro hotel que reservei através do mesmo.

The hotel’s location is with walking distance to everywhere. The room was so clean. Personal was so kind and helpful. I wanna come again in Rome, definitely I will stay this hotel again. Thank you for everything. No have breakfast. This is some negative feature. But we was know this so not problem like that much.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights here and will definitely recommend this place to everyone. We loved our room, the bed was comfortable and decor is nice, we also had ac that worked. Our room had a balcony and it was super cute to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The location is perfect, walking distance to multiple restaurants, historical sights, and shopping. We want to come back one day and will be staying here again!

The first room I was given had a terrible AC smell, and when I asked to be moved, the front desk staff seemed annoyed rather than accommodating. While I was out, my belongings were removed without notice and left unattended behind a divider in the lobby, which felt careless and unprofessional. I was then sent to another room with the wrong key, only to discover the AC there was broken and leaking, before being placed back in the previous room. The repeated room issues and, most importantly, the mishandling of my belongings made this stay far below expectations.

Siamo stati 3 giorni e al rientro abbiamo sempre trovato l'aria condizionata spenta e la finetra aperta con una temperatura esterna di 35/38°.

• Giannis (7/5): Όμορφη διαμονή στη Ρώμη σε budget τιμή - Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, πάρα πολύ κοντά στο Σταθμό Μετρό Repubblica και με σταθμό λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από την πόρτα του, σημείο ιδανικό για επίσκεψη στα κυριότερα αξιοθέατα της Ρώμης και γεμάτο με μαγαζιά, σουπερμάρκετ και εστιατόρια. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στο πέμπτο όροφο με εξαιρετική θέα, άνετο κρεββάτι και γενικά, ήταν καθαρό και ευρύχωρο. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και βοηθητικό σε κάθε μας απαίτηση. Μια συνολικά ευχάριστη εμπειρία διαμονής! Το wi-fi στον πέμπτο όροφο ήταν αρκετά ανεπαρκές, είναι σχεδόν αδύνατον να στιμάρει κάνεις οτιδήποτε. Επίσης, το κτίριο που στεγάζεται το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα σε μια πολύ θορυβώδη pub, με καραόκε κάθε βράδυ και πολύ θόρυβο εάν επιλέξετε να μείνετε με το παράθυρο σας ανοιχτό.

Camera nella media, tranquilla. Qualcosa da aggiustare in bagno (box doccia fa usvire acqua da sotto, portarotolo carta igienica staccato), pochi ganci per asciugamani e superfici di appoggio in bagno.

• Raquel (4/5): Obra aquí obra allá - Estaba en una buena calle. Para empezar, la entrada es muy rara porque están dos hoteles en el mismo portal. Luego, las habitaciones son amplias pero anticuadas. El baño no era cómodo, la ducha muy pequeña. El aire funcionaba muy bien, tan bien como sonaba, porque era imposible pegar ojo con el ruido que hacía. Pero sin duda, el peor ruido fueron las obras que estuvieron haciendo de 8 de la mañana a 8 de la noche sin parar de lunes a sábado, sumándole a eso que se escucha todo de la calle y la guinda es el pub que tiene música en directo hasta las 12 de la noche todos los días. Por último, nos pareció bastante inseguro porque en el bajo podías coger el ascensor y subir directamente a cualquier planta sin pasar por recepción y sin necesidad de llave, podría entrar cualquiera a tu pasillo. Mencionando el ascensor, también comentar que es muy estrecho, cabe una persona de ancho, dos personas con maletas caben difícilmente. Si por 50€ más tuviera otro hotel en mente, cogería el otro sin duda.

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü Binaya isteyen herkes girebiliyordu. Odanın kapısı ufak bir güçle kırılabilecek gibiydi. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde banyoda ağır bir koku vardı.

Nos permitieron dejar los bolsos mientras se hacía el checkin y el día de regreso también, y si vas con una persona mayor es de gran ayuda. Está muy bien comunicado, metro y autobús y andando unos 15 minutos ya estás en el centro. Cerca de Termini Si es cierto que por la noche hay un poco de ruido, pero como se llega tan cansado no fue problema

The soundproofing was not great, you could hear anyone in the hallway. The bathroom had a leak. And the AC was very loud, you could not have it turned on during the night.

• Aragon (8/5): Très bien :) - Bon hôtel, bon rapport qualité/prix. Très bien situé, en plein milieu d’une rue principale de Rome, à proximité des métros/bus/magasins… Tout est faisable à pied. Personnel très gentil. Malheureusement, l’insonorisation laisse à désirer. Les cloisons étant très fines, on entend facilement les bruits du couloir et parfois même ceux provenant des autres chambres. Quant aux fenêtres, donnant sur une rue passante et animée le soir, elles laissent également passer le bruit extérieur. (Mais on est pas en vacances pour dormir LOL).
