Sally (5/5): $1,000 extra bond required, one key, student accommodation, not for business travel. - The accommodation was within walking distance of the purpose of our visit to Melbourne. The shower pressure was great. The surprise of a $1,000 bond paid by Payid before you can get the keys. This information was hidden in the 'additional information, under all the old covid details in Bookings.com. Susan spent 15 minutes firmly telling me of this on the phone just before our arrival. She also wanted photo id of each of the guests, questioned me about smokers before we got in the lift and then jumped out the lift on her stop to let us find the room ourselves. You get one key, and a lecture when I asked for another, stating people lose keys and that is the only spare key, and there would be another charge. The couch is a bed, there was some toilet roll left on the holder and no spare. Not sure if the shampoo in the shower was someone else's. There was a small amount of food in the freezer. We found the iron on the last morning - it's behind the blankets on the top shelf of the main bedroom.

The deposit fee is so high and I didn’t expect that it a private property and I thought it was like a company managed. The room was not so clean as on the carpet a lot of hair and also facilities of kitchen was too old like pot, pan and rice cooker etc

Teena (9/5): Superb - The location. It was central to everything, and family were across the road, which was ideal. The view from the 44th floor was also amazing. The size of the apartment met our needs for the 5 nights. It was clean, tidy, and no noise. Will definitely recommend and would stay again on our next visit. Just a small thing - it wasn't the apartment that I chose from the options when booking. Only having 1 key and lift fob made it difficult at times to be able to come and go. A 2nd set would have been better.

I booked an apartment with balcony but given one without a balcony with no explanation from the property manager. Location was bomb.overall I find it to be expensive as you can find hotel stays for this amount and here you had to clean nicely as per property manager before you leave the apartment.

I didn’t like how dirty things were. Also I asked for late check out, which they said would be fine, but 20 minutes before check out people opened up the door and were quite rude, asking us to hurry up. I contacted the property about this, and they offered no apology, and instead just an excuse that they didn’t confirm it so they didn’t know.
