• Anna (6/5): Lägenhet med bra läge som behöver en uppfräschning - Mycket bra läge med nära till allt och metron runt hörnet. Stora och luftiga rum. Fint med franska balkongen och ganska tyst i lägenheten med tanke på läget. Inga bilar på gatan. Stort badrum. Bra med köksporslin och annat. Enkelt att hämta nycklar. Orkar du inte gå uppför flera våningar i en smal trappa så ska du inte bo här! Även om det är en bra lägenhet så kan den inte beskrivas som i annonsen som lyxig. Det var den kanske en gång i tiden. Ytterdörrens handtag är löst. Hål i kakelgolvet i köksdelen. Kylskåpet högljutt och öronproppar kan behövas på natten om stora bäddsoffan ska användas. Myror i köket runt smutsig spiskant. Ena toalettdörren går inte att stänga till. Låg gammal tvätt med strumpor och kalsonger i tvättmaskinen vilket inte kändes fräscht. På sovrumsdörren hänger en påklistrad list löst. Den lilla bäddsoffans tyg såg smutsigt ut men vi la ett överkast över den. Bor du i många dagar behövs det mer toapapper (även om det står att det ingår) och du behöver tvätta dina lakan (som hemma).

• Francesca (10/5): Mi sono trovata molto bene in questa struttura, se dovessi tornare a Barcellona la risceglierei senza dubbi. - Struttura moderna, pulita e accogliente. Posizione eccellente, vicina a tutte le attrazioni. Casa divisa benissimo per 3 persone, dotata di tutti i comfort per passare giorni tranquilli e sereni.
• Kevin (10/5): Modern and spacious - Incredibly spacious, very modern apartment in a great location. I liked the light coming through the window, and how modern the bathroom was. Its located on the fourth floor of a building with no stairs, and the walls are a bit thin

• Robert (10/5): - Nicely modernised apartment , plenty of room... lots of good ceiling lights and side lights to choose your preference of also nice and spacious. Very quiet road but so close to loads of things to do/eat/drink and transport options. No issue with 3rd floor as long as you are OK with stairs as advertised. Kitchen layout works well. Very good and responsive communication with Marc. Easy key collection very close by. Nothing really ... all good.

• Alan (6/5): Good but certainly not “luxe”. A number of things could be improved with t - Location is great, in the middle of the action but still peaceful. Bathroom is good except the shower floods the floor a little and there is black mold around some of the tiles. Nice to have a washing machine. The bed is terrible One of the worst ones I have experienced in a short term rental. I actually ended up sleeping on pillows on the floor, which is not what you expect for €200 per night!

A escada para subir é bem estreita. Difícil de subir com mala grande, em especial frente aos 66 degraus. Um azulejo da cozinha no chão está quebrado.
• DMITRY (10/5): Все было супер! - Апартаменты полностью соответствуют описанию и фото. Очень удобное расположение на пересечении Diagonal и Passeig de Gracia. В шаговой доступности все достопримечательности, в то же время в стороне от толп туристов. Очень тихо и спокойно. Кухня полностью оборудована всем необходимым. Апартаменты чистые, качественное постельное белье. Мы приехали в 12 часов дня. Сервис леди как раз убирала апартаменты. Марк разрешил нам оставить багаж. Сервис леди сразу отдала нам ключ от апартаментов. Марк прекрасный хозяин, быстро отвечает на вопросы, дает полезные советы. Узкая лестница на 3 этаж (4-й, если считать с первого) без лифта. Подниматься и спускаться с багажом не удобно. Рассчитывайте свои силы.

• Gelozia (10/5): Amazing, memorable, kind, warm - total positivity that you always want to look back. - The room is very clean, nicely renovated with all the necessary amenities. Absolutely felt like home. Can't say enough how amazing the location was with all the city vibe and prettiness of the neighborhood. Very polite and helpful landlord. While check-in time is 5 pm, he allowed us to drop our bags at 12 pm and grab a key from the cleaning lady and we checked in at 3 pm due to our early arrival in the city which was very kind of him. The staircase was very narrow and the air was stifling there. In hot summer weather it was hard to walk up the stairs. But i would not complain about this, just a small discomfort.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Great place, great neighborhood, great host. - Marc is a top-notch communicator and responded quickly and fully to any little question or concern we had before and during our stay. The place was true to its listing and photos. The apartment is large, well-equipped, nicely-lit, and perfect for a long stay as a couple. Most importantly, the bed is very comfortable with good support. The street and neighborhood felt safe even at night and the building is well-secured. We could hear occasional footsteps and doors from the stairwell but it did not bother our sleep. The location is a quiet pedestrian street near the border of two bustling neighborhoods (Gracia and Eixample). There is an active and charming plaza (Plaça de Vila de Gracia) just a few blocks up the street and many more close by. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Grocery stores and metro stations are just a few minutes walk away and restaurants and bars abound. Although I'm glad we knew in advance, the stairs to the apartment were not a big deal even though I have some knee issues. The handrails are good. (We counted 76 steps.) We highly recommend this apartment and would be very happy to stay there again. Thank you, Marc! I really have nothing negative to say. A couple of additions to consider: An end table by the sofa for setting drinks. Labeled and color-coded waste receptacles that mirror the city's trash/recycling bins.
• Andrew (10/5): Great location for exploring Barcelona! - We stayed in Marco's 'Spacious luxe apartment Paseo de Gracia Diagonal' in January, and found it clean, warm, comfortable and secure, and in a great location - and it is spacious! Marco's a good bloke and will do his best to answer any questions. It's a great location, out of the tourist ruck but close enough for where you want to be. It's about 20 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia, and the Guadi houses on Gracia and the Rambla are mostly walkable or you can easily take the Metro for the more distant ones, likewise the cable car and Montjuïc Castle, and further on, the National Art Gallery. The Metro is cheap, easy and clean. You can buy tickets from the machines (with an option for an English screen). We bought a ten trip travel card each which got us mostly where we had to go. If you need to buy food, just exit the flat and turn right, walk up the road to the junction with Bonavista and look left, you''ll see Coaliment, a small supermarket - small, but has the basics and some surprisingly good quality stuff as well (better range of Belgian beer than my local supermarket in the UK). There's other supermarkets, and the brilliant district market (Mercat de la Llibertat, Plaça de la Llibertat, 27, Gràcia), 12 minutes walk, where you can shop. The apartment is quiet, it has a reasonably well equipped kitchen, and a nifty little balcony off the bedroom, not big enough for a table and chairs, but it would be a lovely place to sit on a summer evening. If you arrive by train (you can reach Barcelona in a day from London, changing in Paris), the apartment is a couple of stops on the metro, and it's an easy five or ten minutes walk from there to the apartment. The train to Barcelona runs through the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Natural Regional Park - when we took the trip, in January, the lagoons were graced by crowds of flamingos.
