• Inga (7/5): Квартира в хорошем районе в Брюсселе - Хорошее месторасположение,пешком до центра 30 минут, недалеко остановки метро и автобуса.Квартира достаточно комфортна для двух человек.Засление по коду,который хозяин прислал в день заселения. Мы специально искали жилье со стиральной машиной,в объявлении она указана.Машины не было и даже место для нее в квартире не предусмотрено.Нет ни одного крючка в ванной и прихожей.Чистота помещения не удовлетворительная.
• Terra (10/5): This place is a great budget option so you can spend more on your holiday. - This place is phenomenal for the price! The location was great. I walked to the train station half of my stay and that was twenty minutes. The reviews were harsh all things considered. It had everything I needed- a shower, bed, kitchen and a blowdryer. It was clean and the directions were easy to follow to get into the place. It even had an elevator! Nothing.

Very convenient Bad communication with tenants They didn’t provide toilet paper during 3 days and also taking a shower was a nightmare because water could not drain due to hair

• PGB asbl (6/5): situation intéressante, immeuble sécurisé et propre - ni volet, ni rideau ni stores aux fenêtres et meme si il parait que les fenetres sont teintées ce n'est pas confortable Pas de lampe de chevet a cote du lit, il faut sortir du lit pour éteindre et pour lire au lit c'est peu pratique pas de porte serviettes dans la salle de bain et tout est super basique

Quant à l'appartement, bien équipé et calme. Pour couronner le tout,un hôte très réactif et présent pour répondre en cas de soucis, merci beaucoup. Je suis restée une nuit mais je connais mon point de chute pour mes futurs séjours à Bruxelles! 🌸

Empfehlenswert ! - Sehr gepflegtes Haus, Ausstattung tadellos (auch Hausschuhe vorhanden), nicht hellhörig, nachts Schlafen mit offenem Fenster möglich, netter Kontakt , Rückfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Etwas abseits gelegen,aber mit Metro schnell erreichbar (nur ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt). Matratze nicht optimal, aber auch nicht wirklich unbequem.

• LINDSAY (6/5): Good location, simple flat! - Location is great! The flat was clean. There was a dump smell in the apartment, especially in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. Also, when I got to the property, I didn’t have the information to get the keys. I had to message the host to finally get the details.
• corinne (2/5): ORRENDO - la posizione Tutto. I codici per ritirare le chiavi ci sono stati dati con più di 30 minuti di ritardo e nessuno rispondeva alle nostre telefonate. L'appartamento sporco, pieno di polvere, le tazze e le pentole completamente incrostate così come il wc. L'impressione è che nessuno abbia pulito e tanto meno controllato se la pulizia è affidata a terzi. L'appartamento è un monolocale al 4° piano con due lucernari enormi per i quali non sono state pensate soluzioni per la luce che entra alle ore 5 del mattino ed essendo in ferie non fa piacere, si potevano organizzare tende o similari, in commercio ne esistono tante, anche economiche. Sicuramente esistono soluzioni economiche anche per appendere una giacca e gli asciugamani in bagno, a volte bastano dei ganci. Se i proprietari pensassero a rendere l'appartamento efficiente e mettessero meno vasi di fiori finti, che accumulano polvere non sarebbe sbagliato.

• Sarah (9/5): A nice little apartement that is within walking distance to a metro station and has a well organized key exchange - Well organised and comfortable bed, it was quite warm when I stayed here, so the fan was appreciated. Hangers for towels would be perfect :)

Close proximity to the city centre and the metro station No hair dryer, no kettle so you have to boil water for your tea in a pot, no bottle opener. No blinds so get ready to see your neighbours in the building across the street :)

If you are a woman and traveling alone on a business trip, this is probably the ideal place because it is difficult to feel safe in Brussels, but this area is super quiet and there are many shops and the metro nearby, as well as the train station and attractions. Thank you very much to the owner/hostess of the apartments. You are simply super hospitable and polite!😍🫶
• Yuliia (10/5): Exceptional - It's very convenient. Metro is a 5-minute walk away, bus is 1 minute. It's a very quiet area. The center is not far away - 15-17 minutes. The apartment is clean and cozy. The neighbors didn't make any noise. The owner is friendly.The apartment had everything you needed. The elevator didn't work.
