• Jennifer (1/5): Wouldn’t book again - The location was nice an hour from Brisbane All the cutlery was dirty we had to soak plates over night to actually get the food off. The apartment smelt and just was overall not a good experience.

Luke is very friendly and responsive. plenty of parking. internet, of course if you are on vacation, you don't need it. but we were working from there and poor network could be due to weather and provider issue as we had few issues with internet.
• Tracey (8/5): Enjoyable 2 night stop over on the Gold coast. - It was a nice, spacious, comfortable apartment. I was concerned having read some of the reviews about the cleanliness of the communal facilities but it was in a nice block and the pool area was ok too. 2 double beds in the same room was a little odd with 4 adults sharing. Some attention needs to be given to the basics as there were no tea towels or hand towels which are a necessity.

It dripped constantly and the water came mainly out of a couple of holes so very small spread of water. There were no rubbish bin liners in the bins. The glass ware had to be washed before I would use it as didn't appear clean. The remote for the TV was extremely difficult to figure out (I was never able to change the volume??)
• Natasha (1/5): Very disappointing stay - Location to Drs Appointment and the room was clean The pillows were terrible and had no pillow cases on the spare pillows. The shower was the worst shower I have ever used, no water pressure, a very dangerous tub my daughter had trouble getting in and out of, no plug so we couldn't use the bath and the shower dripped all night long. No bath mats or face cloths and the towels were so small they would barely go around you. The vanity was locked leaving no storage space. Both lights in the living room were blown and the one air con unit in the lounge room was not enough to cool the unit. There was a cheap locked cupboard in the lounge room that was not secured to the wall and is at risk of falling very dangerous. The pool area has bat poo everywhere and trying to reach the pool was a nightmare you had to go back through the underground carpark back up another lift not safe and not convenient. Someone's bra top was left in the bedroom drawer. This unit is not big enough for 2 double beds in one room it was not functional and very small. Although the room was mostly very clean the vent in the bathroom was a disgrace (see attached image). Anyone elderly or incapacitated would not be able to shower or bathe in this unit. Putting in a pretty lounge and a fancy chopping board does not hide the fact that this unit is not functional and overpriced. Very disappointing.

Couldn’t reach the owner when needed help with the check in details/ instruction. Lucky there was some ladies that helped me out.

• Hayley (6/5): Nice apartment, a little confusing to find. - Comfy beds. It was confusing not knowing the actual name of the apartment blocks. Weren't sure if we were in the correct location. The actual apartment had great ventilation but the air was stale in the corridors. We were excited to use the pool but unfortunately the smell was very unpleasant in that block and floor. We went to check it out, but didn't go back which was a big let down.
• Naomi (9/5): Good solid unit. Would definitely stay again if in the area for work. - Good , neat , clean unit close to any facilities you might need and especially for us working in Robina. Comfortable bed. Good communication with Luke. I didn’t like the position of the lock box to access the swipe cards. I am only 50 but even I found it a little difficult to access so low down and I don’t have the best eyesight. I imagine it could be difficult for older people.

• Jane (10/5): An exceptional property - one of the best we've stayed at - Exceptional property. The location is great and it's close to some great restaurants and cafes and a short drive to the beachfront. We loved the apartment as every little thing had been considered in terms of facilities and appliances which are all high end. There is lovely attention to detail even down to high end shampoo/conditioner and body wash! The apartment was spotless. The beds were super comfy and it is such a spacious area. The host was super communicative on check in and check out. We loved it and would definetly book again.
