• Carla (10/5): Estancia perfecta - Todo estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Zona y edificio muy tranquilos que permiten descansar. Nada.
• Teresa (10/5): Muy recomendable - El apartamento es más amplio de lo que pueda parecer en las fotos. Estaba impecable y contaba con varios detalles que hacían la estancia más cómoda, como todo lo necesario para cocinar y pasar unos días sin tener que comprar básicos. Parece una tontería pero contar con servilletas, tostador, tijeras, algo de café son cosas que no me he encontrado en muchos otros viajes. Cuenta también con lavaplatos y lavadora. Además, pusieron lo necesario para la comodidad de mi bebé (cuna, saco de dormir, bañerita...) El apartamento está muy cerquita del casco viejo, por lo que la mayoría de cosas que entran en tu itinerario se pueden hacer andando. Además, ante cualquier duda están María y Txus muy pendientes de tus necesidades. No solo si surge algún imprevisto, si no que también hacen detalladas recomendaciones según tus intereses. • Marta (10/5): - El trato inmejorable, María muy atenta durante toda la estancia y todo facilidades, muy pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. Muy bien ubicado en una calle tranquila y cerca del casco viejo, muy limpio y bien equipado

• TALIA (6/5): - La ubicación y la limpieza. La amabilidad y disponibilidad de la dueña No me gustó la humedad que se había. Influía que es un bajo, detalle que, por cierto, no se mencionaba en el anuncio. Menaje algo escaso si no se es usuario de microondas. Eché en falta también algún armario en las habitaciones donde poder colgar la ropa sin estar expuesta al polvo.

• Atmaca (10/5): Exceptional - It was a well decorated, cozy apartment in a great location. We asked Maria to give extra attention to the cleaning, especially the floors since we have a crawling baby. I can assure you that this was cleaner than our own home. I can actually tell that this was the cleanest apartment or even a hotel we ever stayed. We found a guide on the table that shows how we use the public transportation system, and a card that we can use any kind of transportation with the discounted rates. Maria helped us with any kind of situation and she was so kind. We will back to Bilbao soon and the first thing will be checking if the apartment is available for us again. • Nizzy_m (10/5): Lovely apartment near the old town! - Maria was so lovely and helpful. We stayed with our two daughters a 3 year old and a 5 month old baby. The apartment was very well equipped and even had a baby bath. The rooms are very spacious and it was a short walk to the old town and the tram that goes to all the sights. There was paid parking across the road from the apartment and a small supermarket nearby. I would happily stay here if I was coming to Bilbao again. Nothing
• Mirjam (10/5): Hospitality in the superlative - Clean and cosy apartment on ground floor level. One bedroom (queen bed) street side, normal city noise ( garbage truck early morning) and one bedroom (single bed) patio side. Soft bedlinnen and towels. Well equipped kitchen, coffee tea etc. Short (stairs) walk to old town and river. Very good location! Most special was the personal touch of host Maria. We arrived late and she offered to leave us something for a late dinner (freshly made tortilla) and placed some yogurt in the fridge for breakfast. Also very friendly WhatsApp communication and late check out was available; big plus! Feels more like a Superhost Airbnb than Booking.com.
• Malena (9/5): Superb - It's very clean. It has everything you would need. The hosts were very sweet and helpful. The location was great. The main bed was not very comfortable.
• Gallant (10/5): The apartment was brilliant and so was the weather would stay here again. - The location was great only minutes from the old town and river. The property was very clean with ample cutlery, plates etc. Very near the metro and bus services if needed. Nothing.

She was also very helpful with guiding us, and comming with recomendations, she also helped us with buying bus tickets to Donostia San Sebastián. The apartment is well placed, close to everything, it is cosy and very clean. We will stay here again. Nothing

• Susanna (10/5): Modern apartment close to Casco Viejo and a friendly host - It is a very nice and clean apartment with modern furniture/bathroom/kitchen with many appliances. Everything in the appartment worked well. Location is great, in a quiet street at just a 8 minute walk from Casco Viejo metro station. The host was friendly and very helpful. It is on the ground floor, so there are windows from the street. But there are blinds and the street is quiet.
