• Joanne (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Amazing apartment, exceptionally clean throughout, all the facilities you need, would definitely use again, only a few minutes walk to the strip, easy to communicate with the owner Slight downfall was the pool area, it could do with a paint job, paint flaking in places, but not a major issue

• Michelle (8/5): Lovely modern well equipped apartment, close to everything. - Good location close to the strip. Modern apartment and very well equipped, comfy bed, good shower, nice balcony, good instructions to access the property, very quiet. Nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom, inside eating space very small, in a residential block, pool was freezing.
• Emma (8/5): Lovely apartment, amazing location - Lovely modern apartment in a great location. 5 mins from both the beach and strip but also really quiet location. Equipped with everything needed, full cooking facilities and the hairdryer was amazing for someone travelling with hand luggage only. The balcony is such a sun trap! A great bonus. Lovely swimming pool but as mentioned by others some of the tiles around the pool need replacing but not the hosts fault. Great communication from the host when needed. To echo what others have said small things could be improved such as there were no hooks in the bathroom, no tea towel in the kitchen. No Toilet roll holder. The biggest issue was the noise from the neighbours at night. The tv was on from 8pm to midnight and is on the adjoining wall to the bedroom. The tv was on so loud it could be heard whilst in the lounge with ear plugs in. Luckily I could set up the sofa bed in the lounge and sleep there but unless you don’t want to sleep until after midnight I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for a restful nights sleep!

• Irish Lassie (10/5): - We loved the location and quietness of the area. Comfortable bed and the air con was a bonus. The pool area could do with a revamp, as their are broken tiles that need to be replaced. A curtain in the bedroom would be nice to block out the bright early sun.

• Inmaculada (8/5): Genial - El apartamento. Era pequeño pero cuco y coqueto, muy práctico. Las instalaciones de la piscina, esta algo descuidada, y el aparcamiento. A veces tenjamos que irnos calles atrás o adelante porque era complicado encontrar aparcamiento cerca.
• Howard (9/5): Superb. I would definitely love stay in the apartment again! - The place was perfect for the two of us. Clearly it had been renovated some time in the recent past so everything was clean and new. Air conditioning was a god-send, and worked perfectly. TV was great quality and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Clean tiled floors made it very light and airy; indeed everything was just great - excellent, overall! The apartment is in a nice quiet part of Puerto Del Carmen that we know well having stayed in the area numerous times and just a five minute walk to the beach and main area for bars, restaurants and shops - and indeed some of the best PDC has to offer. Would love to stay there again! Communication with the host could have been a just little better. Sometimes when I can't get hold of someone it puts me on edge. And it did! Coming from a management background, I do admit I am a stickler for comms, though! :-/ But once the details to obtain the keys came through, bang on the time advertised to gain entry, the instructions (and pictures) were very clear and precise.

• Paul (10/5): Highly recommend - The property is home from home with everything you need. 5 mins walk from the strip and a 2 minute walk from the local shop for all you need. A very nice English lady in the apartment below who is great for information if needed. Nothing.

Un apartamento que no le falta de nada, pequeñito, pero amplio, con mucha luz incluso en el baño, muy bien decorado, cocina muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario, y la terraza con vistas a la piscina, que me a dado mucha paz los 7 días, muy buena ubicación, 100 metros de la playa, conexión con autobuses, supermercados, me he sentido como en mi casa. Mis vacaciones, han sido de lujo! Nada que comentar, para mi, no a tenido ninguna pega.

The owner’s family responded to our request to locate the sun beds to use around the pool This has nothing to do with the owner. The residents are waiting for the pool area to have the tiles repaired and replaced around the pool

Apartment was very well equiped, towels, showergel, hand wash, all supplied also kitchen had everything you needed, also cloths, tea towels fairy liquid and a bottle of complimentary water on arrival. Nothing.

• Charlotte (9/5): Comfortable and clean apartment in a convenient location - The apartment is in a very quiet area, but easily accessible to the main beachfront and 30 minutes walk to the Old Town where we spent most of our time. The apartment was clean and spacious and it was easy to find a car parking space on the street outside. There is a small grocery shop around the corner which has all the essentials you need. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower had good water pressure. The swimming pool is a great little extra too. Some hooks in the bathroom, and by the front door would be very useful for towels and coats to be hung. Unfortunately the neighbour adjacent to the bedroom kept turning their television on at very high volumes late at night, but they turned it down when we asked.

Not sure if white marble is available on the island at all! Also very good air-conditioning and cozy terrace. Access to pool outsude, too. Host is a professional not disturbing guests whatsoever. Keys and codes provided upon arrival. Had nice stay in Lanzarote. Thank you! Nothing. Professional hotel serviceprobided.

• Carmel (10/5): Fantastic Apartment - We wanted a relaxing holiday and this private apartment and its location were fantastic. It was spotlessly clean and 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The pool water was kept very clean by the caretakers but the surrounding area could do with a refurb. This, however, is not the responsibility of the host. I definitely recommend this apartment and would return again. Supermarkets close by as well. Nothing to dislike.

• David (10/5): excellent - The apartment was clean, modern and in a good location. The TV was a good size and had English channels. The wifi was also good. There was only one toilet roll and one bin bag. The pool area needs some attention. It wasn't a problem for us as we prefer the beach which was a 5 min walk.

• Lynda (8/5): Lovely apartment, shame about the neighbours - Lovely modern, well equipped apartment. Everything was new. Ample cookware and utensils to self cater and had a large fridge freezer, hob and oven. There was even a dishwasher. Lovely south facing balcony Unfortunately the neighbouring property had a loud tv on until around midnight each night, in a room that adjoined the bedroom. Not the fault of the host but spoiled our stay.

We would recommend whole heartedly. - The apartment is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and has everything you would need and more for a restful holiday. It is close to the strip (just two streets back). South facing balcony so sun all day. We had an amazing time and would like to thank Tiaibin for her hospitality and great contact throughout our stay. We will be booking again for sure :-) Maggie and Stevie.
