• Amanda (8/5): Great location, excellent communication - Amazing location, quiet and convenient. The apartment had excellent facilities. Chris was very communicative and even put the aircon on for us as we arrived on a very hot day. The carpet wasn't very clean and bedside lamps hadn't be dusted. I like a top sheet on my bed (not just a duvet and cover), so I borrowed one from a friend.

• Craig (7/5): It suited to what I needed. Cannot complain about the distance from shopping areas - The location. The fact the towels were hidden. Normally, towels are on a bed. Couldn't find them until the next day.
• Robynne (9/5): Location location location - Great central location across the road from train and bus station and Chatswood’s many eateries. Very convenient and relatively quiet. A little run down this unit but clean. Can’t really open the windows as the restaurant below’s exhaust blows up.

Not equipped to cook - Fantastic location opposite to the railway station and bus stops just a short walk across the station to chatswood shops. Quiet enough for a nice sleep and the bed was comfortable.

• Nina (8/5): Very good - Chris was fantastic to deal with from the start and to the end. He's friendly, punctual, and helpful. We arrived late and Chris was contactable and made the check in easy Mantra staff aren't friendly and the maintenance need to be efficient

• Ramya (1/5): Hard to Survive in that place - The property smells very bad The property smells very bad . they don’t clean the floor properly due to which the carpet and the whole floor was smelling very bad we used to close our nose until we walk down the building. There is no proper bathroom when we bath the water flows all the way out of the bathroom and flows on to the carpet in the hall becomes wet and when you lock the door and leave the place the whole room smells disgusting. There is no proper Air Conditioning. The whole floor smells very bad and rooms are not worth for amount are too ugly 110% I don’t refer this to anyone.

We booked an apartment so we could prepare our meals but it was too dirty and we had to eat out. Smelt very stale in the apartment, sofa grubby.

• Bella (7/5): Good - Property was a great distance from the trains. House was very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Answered all questions I had in a timely manner. Aircon didn’t work properly in the bedroom so it was very hot whereabouts the lounge room was very cool. TVs could use updating as you can’t watch Netflix or stream from your phone. The stand in bath/shower needs a non slip mat as it is a pretty big step into the bath and is a slipping hazard.

• Daniel (8/5): The apartment is just walking distance to the railway station, it is very convenient and also aroun - There is no breakfast provided, however, since it is very close to the Chatswood train station, many choices to get our breakfast around this area. If shower curtain can be set up, it would be much better than no curtain as the water will be splashed out if no curtain there.

• Sandra (8/5): Fantastic location for this part of town - Fantastic Chatswood location - only a few minutes from the train station and Chatswood Chase shopping center. The apartment was spacious and clean. The host was super nice and maintained good contact with us about our arrival, parking etc The only criticism I have was that the sofa bed was not very comfortable. The springs seemed pretty worn out and made you roll in the middle of the bed. Also it would have been nice if there had been some coffee/ tea in the kitchen since a kettle was supplied.
• Frances (10/5): Fabulous - Great location, right beside the train station, restaurants, beer garden, Westfield and other shopping! Full kitchen and bath. Really helpful manager!! Will definitely come back! No tea or coffee, but not a big deal given shops right out the door.
