• Salituro (9/5): Caldo e centrale, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo monolocale a Rovaniemi e l'esperienza complessiva è stata molto positiva. È un monolocale ben organizzato che include un angolo cottura, un soggiorno con divano e due letti posizionati uno accanto all’altro Nonostante il bagno sia senza finestra l'aerazione è stata adeguata. La doccia pur non avendo il piatto doccia ma lo scarico direttamente a pavimento, si è rivelata comodissima. Non c’è stato alcun problema di allagamento o fuoriuscita d’acqua, e l’acqua calda è sempre stata disponibile. L'appartamento è caldissimo, con un impianto di eccellente (fondamentale per chi decide di soggiornaci in pieno inverno. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal centro e vicina a tutte le comodità. La cucina è super accessoriata con tutti gli utensili necessari e abbiamo trovato anche diversi prodotti per la pulizia a disposizione ma alcuni prodotti per cucinare. Vi è anche la lavastoviglie con annessi prodotti. Per quanto riguarda la spazzatura bisogna, al fine del soggiorno, riporla in uno spazio dedicato al di fuori del palazzo. Vi è anche un comodo ascensore per accedere all’appartamento, le istruzioni per l’accesso fornite dall’host sono davvero facili, difficile sbagliare. L’ingresso si trovo esattamente dentro il cancello che si vede dallo street view di google maps. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. È una soluzione pratica, calda e funzionale per chi vuole godersi Rovaniemi in totale comodità. Consigliato! Aspetti da migliorare L’unica piccola pecca riguarda l’ordine interno. Abbiamo trovato un po’ di confusione nella disposizione dei prodotti e delle tovaglie. Se si vuole utilizzare altre asciugamani oltre a quelle disponibili, che nel nostro caso erano solo due, bisogna pagarle. Inoltre, nel frigorifero, ma anche all’interno della cucina, erano presenti alcuni residui alimentari di chi ci ha preceduto (maionese, un pacco di pasta, una bottiglia di olio) a mio avviso, sarebbe stato meglio non trovare per garantire una maggiore sensazione di pulizia. Magari un consiglio per host e di far trovare qualche prodotto monouso.

• Mang (7/5): Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Ruhige Lage mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kurzer Weg zum Fluss. Klare Anweisungen zu Schlüsseln und Zugang der Wohnung. Sauber. Praktische Küche. Einfache Ausstattung, etwas veraltet. Großer Raum, aber nicht optimal ausgenutzt.

• Fiona (7/5): Average at best - It wasn't particularly clean, I received multiple messages about taking out the trash when I left but it wasn't even empty when I arrived and the dishwasher was full of dishes. Owner was meant to supply a photo of the key box to pick up the key, it never came so I had to try every box until I found the right one.

It was a little challenging to communicate with the host via Booking’s messaging system. It was fine once we switched to an alternative method of communication. To be specific, I was there for 3 nights and I didn’t get my check in message until the last night of my stay :/
