• Angela (8/5): Beautiful setting in a great location - The rooms were set in a beautiful garden lots of colourful plants, and a swimming pool. The pillows were large and hard totally uncomfortable. Breakfast choices were strange a selection of menu 1 menu 2 and menu 3 and they didn’t understand I only wanted the toast no egg or sausage so I got nothing!!

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a 2 cuadras de la plaza central, pero es lo justo y necesario como para estar tranquilo. Cumplen con todo lo visto en Booking. Si bien el desayuno estaba muy bien, muy rico, quizás le sumaría alguna variante. Sólo se podían elegir entre 3 opciones y para quien va por más de 3 días, tiene que repetir desayuno. Cambiar un poco las frutras, o esas opciones, harían que no resulte tan repetitivo todo :)

• Barbara (8/5): Nice, clean and easy - Interesting hotel close to the city. Very clean, with staff who are always available. A good choice. Breakfast is satisfactory, as only three menus are available. A buffet breakfast would raise the level of the overall offering.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly (even helped looking for sloths in the trees). Breakfast was simple but adequate. Convenient location, close to the town center and restaurants. Great place for wildlife—better sloth sightings than the tours we did. We saw a three-toed sloth family (mom, baby and dad) in the trees along the parking lot every day, plus a two-toed sloth family and even an anteater near reception. Sightings aren’t guaranteed, but we were very lucky. Nothing.

• Kristina (8/5): Ein schönes Hotel für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp! - Die Anlage ist sehr schön, fast wie ein kleiner botanischer Garten. Die Lage ist super , man ist in 5 Minuten direkt in der Stadt , bei Geschäften und Restaurants! Das Hotel hatte alles was man für zwei Nächte brauchte. Frühstück hatten wir schon mal besseres , aber alles ok.

• Evelyn (7/5): - El hotel tiene puntos muy altos: una ubicación céntrica, excelente para caminar a comercios, habitaciones cómodas, vistas increíbles al volcán y facilidades para el parqueo y el desayuno. Reservé este alojamiento para mis padres (adultos mayores) aclarando que yo no viajaría. Aunque puse mi tarjeta para el pago por adelantado como indicaba la reserva, nunca hicieron el cargo. Al llegar mis padres tras un viaje de 6 horas, hubo dificultades en el check-in, pues requerían mi tarjeta física. El trato fue poco cordial. Me llamaron diciendo que necesitaban mi tarjeta física para cobrar el 100%, lo cual contradice la facilidad de reservar en línea para terceros. Tuve que resolverlo enviando dinero a mis padres inmediatamente para evitar que se quedaran sin habitación.

• Alexander (9/5): Super Unterkunft La Fortuna - Sehr zentral in La Fortuna, freundliches Personal und komfortabele Zimmer mit bequemem Betten. Eigener Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Poollandschaft in nicht allzu groß und lädt insgesamt eher weniger zum verweilen ein. Das Frühstück war für uns völlig ausreichend, aber ein paar mehr Optionen wären schon schön.

Inna kwota w trakcie rezerwacji, inna na miejscu w trakcie płatności. Poza tym wszystko ok. Plus za lokalizację w centrum miasteczka, śniadanie i basen. W razie chęci skorzystania z hotelu warto zrobić screeny zamówienia, ponieważ booking nie uwzględnia skargi , a w systemie po płatności znika kwota rezerwacji i jest tylko widoczna kwota płatności.

Brilliant staff, great breakfast and couldn’t fault it - Great location at the end of a quiet residential street, a couple of minutes walk from the main La Fortuna shops and restaurants. Gardens and pool area were so lovely attracting lots of birds to watch. Nothing honestly we loved this place
