• SG LAI (7/5): Great location with MRT station, a nice Chanee massage nearby. - location next to MRT station Too many noisy tourists from China. Breakfast was very crowded with noisy, Chinese tourists are rushing and pushing around. Staff had a hard time maintain order.

First room door wasn't locking and staff immediately called maintenance who came within in minutes, couldn't be fixed so staff moved us to another room. All issues sorted quickly. TV didn't work in our room. Lifts are always full so often a long wait to get to ground floor. This is a 3 star property at best not 4. But clean and what we needed at short notice. Staff in small bar very nice, front desk staff not so friendly.

• Aarogya (9/5): Wonderful! Especially for a solo traveller. Very friendly staff and would definitely stay here again - I loved the breakfast buffet, had very tasty food with a wonderful and broad selection. I also loved the location of the hotel on how it was very close to MRT and BTS. I also loved how clean, comfy and elegant the rooms were on top of the fact that the air conditioning was very good. The noise coming from the traffic was a very small downside especially at night, luckily though it didnt really disturb me when I was trying to sleep.

• Pitchayapa (1/5): - Location and the design of the lobby. I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Bangkok. The toilet in our room was broken and kept running nonstop, making loud noise all night. Because of this, we couldn’t sleep properly, and the toilet also could not flush. We informed the staff about the issue and expected to be moved to another room, but instead they came several times to try to fix it. Unfortunately, none of the attempts worked, and it felt like they did not really care about resolving the problem. On top of that, the floor was dirty and had black stains that looked like paint, which made the room feel unhygienic.

We don’t mind paying for - The cleanliness, the location , close to everything one might need in a daily basis , just walking distances. Surrounded by different restaurants. And super beautiful hotel with hot water all the time. The staff that would want to claim the deposit money by saying things that don’t exist like removable marks on linen, yes the linen was stained but it’s a removable stain with normal soap water, why do you want to charge me for such ? 4000 Thai baht for that ? I found that unfair .

• 重症 (1/5): 誣賴外國觀光客坑錢的詐騙黑店 - 入住一間雙人房需要$1000押金,退房時櫃檯說我弄髒枕頭所以堅持扣$500押金,然而無法告知何時弄髒的,只印一張白底有黑點的A4圖片便說是我們房間的,根本無法看出相片時間地點,甚至事發時也無通知,彷彿隨意製作一張有黑點的照片就想賴給任何客人賺黑心錢,況且黑點看起來像發霉根本不可能入住一天就產生!看外國觀光客獨自前來語言及行程有所不便就想誣賴,無法舉證還用泰語嗆聲歡迎找警察來調閱監視器!印象極差的黑店,若在我自己國家遇到這種店絕對走司法程序

• Indrek (5/5): Don’t trust the star rating. - Bed was comfortable. When pool area is open then it’s nice. They selling as 5 star hotel but… I was booking it because of pool and gym. For some reason pool and gym was closed during 31st and 1st without any forehand notification. As well I was asking the reason but no answer. Check-in was extremely slow. One room was first with heavy smoke smell. 5 th floor has no wifi. During 4 nights one room didn’t had any cleaning, one had cleaning after we found cleaning lady and asked directly. Breakfast location is opposite side of market booths and breakfast looked and tasted below average, as well some cockroaches seen. I have been before in similar hotels but they don’t sell themselves like 5 star hotels.

Nella nostra stanza c’era un - Hotel esternamente e l’ingresso bellissimo , molto carino e enorme. Tutto il piano d’ingresso con i negozi e bar, ristoranti. Non è adatto per le persone che vogliono la tranquillità. Molto agglomerato, salire ai piani e scendere ci voleva un sacco di tempo per l’attesa del ascensore sempre occupato.Wi-Fi non funziona bene per niente . Le camere non vengono pulite, la biancheria non viene cambiata. Nella doccia è finito il bagnoschiuma e non è mai stato aggiunto. La colazione scarsa per le persone europee.

There was little or no variation to breakfast, mostly catering for Asian or Chinese guests, coffee was weak. The location was positioned about in the middle of the Hotel and difficult to reach by lift. There could have been more seating. The rooms were quite spacious and had a plasticy about them,but not of the standard that I expected of a 5 star Hotel. The swimming pool , which we wanted to use, was out of use for a couple of days of which we only informed of the day before.

The housekeeping was great It’s a fair value especially because it’s close to everything via grab. 7-eleven close by which is super convenient for foreigners especially. The hotel is nice too, good views The rooms could stand to be a little updated and maybe just a little cleaner in tougher areas especially like behind the bed. Breakfast should maybe be a little later

• suat (4/5): We dont stay again even if low rates . The only one staff named Mrs. Nittya was very helpful and very competent for prob - Only thing is hotel location. Very bad hotel management. Air conditioning units make too much noise in the room. But other side of the hotel rooms located so near highway. That’s why this side was also noisy. Safe box doesn’t work .
