- Mehul (10/5): - On a return visit to the Rove JBR (visited in June this year), this time with my two daughters and wife. We found everyone so polite and attentive. We were impressed with the restaurant staff Olex and Janet. Saheb, Chan, Anthony, Max and Chetan in reception seemed like old friends and we definitely look forward to coming back to our favourite hotel next time. This time we took advantage of the facilities at the family studio and the setting seemed perfect being so close to the Grandiose and the local shops. Covebeach as ever was fantastic with hot temperatures, cool waters and amazing surroundings in the prime JBR location.

The location, check-in staff, the cleaning staff and the overall service. They have an awesome breakfast options and very tastefully done. Special mention about Olex the restaurant manager, the chef and Nurjahan , who went out of their way to make our stay very special.

They somehow realized it was my birthday without me even telling them—and surprised me with a cake! It meant a lot, especially as a solo traveler celebrating on my own. I didn’t like the fact they mentioned on Expedia that they offer complimentary access to the cove beach but matter fact it’s who comes first gets in to the beach first very limited capacity!!!!! So if you plan to get access the beach you have to be the early and first in line at 10am to get access otherwise no beach. They have mentioned you get 2 complimentary drinks but Expedia vouchers are out of stock at the reception so no free drinks.

Its right on the Walk so location couldnt be better and given its a bit up the main strip, its quieter. The cove bach club which is offered as a perk given it is on another hotels property is a great place to go. Plenty of pools, beach and a lively atmosphere

Le personnel a été très aimable et serviable tout le séjour notamment au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre est spacieuse et grande. Il manque juste quelques articles de toilettes mais vous pouvez les demander. J’ai passé un agréable séjour grace au personnel sympathique. Je regrette que Hotels.com n’ai pas mentionné que l’accès à la plage et piscine du beach club sont soumis à disponibilité. En réalité, vous n’avez accès qu’à la plage. La piscine que hotels.com publie sur le site est payante. 1er arrivé, 1er servi. La piscine de l’hotel n’a rien à voir plus bas en description). Concernant le personnel du beach club, exécrable. Tres hautain et dédaigneux. Vous pouvez aller voir lire les commentaires du cove beach pour vous rendre compte. Nous y sommes allés juste parce que c’était compris avec l’hôtel. Vous ne pouvez pas apporter votre bouteille d’eau, alors que les personnes qui paient pour accéder ne se voient pas fouiller leur sac. Heureusement que l’hôtel etait sympa ainsi que son personnel.
- milan (10/5): - This is a great place to stay right on the main strip of the marina. First time staying here after enjoying many of the other hotels in the immediate area on previous trips. The staff are top notch, friendly and the enthusiastic service is outstanding. Take the breakfast option, you wont regret it. Theres a professional gym within a couple mintes walk included in the stay along with The Cove beach club, not much else you can ask for. Will definitely be staying again.
- Christian (8/5): - Location for this hotel cannot be beat. There are few things to consider before staying here. The hotel tower is located within a complex of long and short term rentals. During the days it could be loud and a bit crowded with young families and kids playing around. There were three of us sharing a room, the bed was pretty comfortable but the sofa bed wasn’t. The room we got was on the ground level right next to an entrance from the street, it got very loud during the day and the door kept constantly slamming and waking us up throughout the night. The pool in the building was nice and easy to access. The beach club access required you to make a reservation the day before, if you are into walking or going for a morning walk to the beach this is perfect, they also offer shuttle to the beach which is convenient for the hotter days, it’s worth mentioning the beach club is not entirely for hotel guests and it’s not attached to the hotel, they have a designated area at the beach only just for hotels guests and the rest is to daily visitors. The staff was amazing, they truly made the stay a lot more enjoyable and we always felt very welcomed. Would recommend staying here, just be mindful of the few things that I mentioned as it could make or break your stay.

- Victor (10/5): - Bodde 5 dagar på Rove JBR och trivdes väldigt bra, i sann Rove anda var allt nytt och rent, bra service och uppmärksam personal. Nära till allt vimmel i JBR. Bokningen inkluderar inträde till Cove Beach, beachclub som ligger på gångavstånd, alternativt 2 minuter med hotellets buggy. Upplägget var dock något oklart, när jag kom till Cove Beach visade det sig att varken pool eller solsängar vid poolen ingick i inträdet. Endast solsäng och parasoll på stranden.

- Elise (6/5): - Location of Rove JBR is good, vibrant busy area. Hotel is nice and clean however most of the accommodation is located in surrounding residential properties near by. Pool is shared with local residents- one half for Rove guest the other for residents, which causes confusion, swimming lessons take place in the afternoon for residents childrens and weekend very busy in a small pool. No views from balcony - some have a view of a building board right outside with building equipment stored behind. Rooms nice and clean and equipped well however air conditioning loud whether on or off. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant lovely, breakfast was great. Cove beach access good however only allowed in top pool (however the better) and allocated beds on the beach.
- Gordon (10/5): Zentrale Lage in JBR - Tolles Hotel in Zentraler Lage in JBR. Sehr freundlicher Service. Gute Frühstücksauswahl. Fussläufig zum Strand oder per Shuttle zum Cove Beach. Pool ist leider klein und im Nebengebäude. UFC Gym nebenan nutzbar. Zimmer groß und hell. Trinkasser gibt es jeden Tag frisch aufs Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

- Aaron (10/5): - Excellent stay – would highly recommend! We had a fantastic stay overall – the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was great. However, our ground floor room faced the street, and unfortunately, we experienced quite a bit of noise during the early hours, including car beeping and engine revving. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s worth considering if you’re a light sleeper – perhaps request a room away from the road.
- Soha (10/5): - Very nice hotel very clean we had a family room that was spacious and had everything we were looking for employees go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and happy Sahar at the reception was very nice he helped my son to deflate his basketball so we could take it on our flight we really enjoyed our stay

- Verified traveler (6/5): A week stay at rove - A very nice hotel with great location. However many mistake it for Marina Rove… which is on the other end of JBR. Breakfast is a very basic, and would not recommend, better to eat out. Access to Rove Beach is not clear, as they move all rove customers to the beach and not allowing them to be by the pool. They keep lying saying everything is occupied but it’s not. Very confusing and we saw many being mistreated because of this. Cove beach used to be an adult place, now it’s kids everywhere..
- Sabrina (8/5): - Appartement confortable à part le manque d’eau chaude sur les 2 derniers jours. personnel agréable, mention particulière pour Olex au restaurant. Petit déjeuner excellent. Emplacement de l’hôtel impeccable. Photo limite mensongère de la piscine. La piscine que l’on voit en bord de mer n’est pas celle de l’hôtel mais celle de la plage où les personnes du Rove peuvent se rendre. Le Cove Beach, très agréable de prime abord mais nous sommes fouillés à l’entrée par un molosse pour s’assurer que nous n’avons ni boisson ni nourriture. En effet ils tiennent à faire des ventes à 7,50€ le coca… gros bémol pour cet aspect du séjour.

It had a lovely intimate feel to it and the service received from the front desk, room service (Mohammed) & all the restaurant staff was second to none! The breakfast was also really good with a fair bit of choice. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were kind, helpful, and told me all about Dubai, and they had the most beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea and the Eye of Dubai in front of me. The concept here is different from others ROVE, I'll book again, it's something new I've never seen before

Every person we had dealings with from checking in at 3am to checking out on new years eve could not have been more friendly and going out their way to try help us, especially with finding solutions for return airport transport on new years eve when so many roads are closed and Dubai as a whole is very busy.

- Lana (2/5): No hot water for 3 days and rude staff - Every day they said they will fix the hot water - yet nothing. The staff were rude most the time. Property is otherwise nice but if you like hot showers I’d check if they got it fixed as it’s a new property and they are all over the place!
