• DIMITRIOS (9/5): Ήσυχη και άνετη διαμονή ! - Ήσυχο διαμέρισμα στο Cannaregio. Μακριά από τους πολλούς τουρίστες. Καθαριότητα. Μοντέρνα κουζίνα. Γρήγορο check in! Άνετος χώρος. Καλή επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες. Δεν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό.

• Tamar (7/5): Nice place. But disappointed with the service. - The apartment was nice and comfortable. Great location for us. Right near the Jewish community of Venice. Basic things were missing. There were no bath towels or hand towels left for us. We had to wait until 15:00 the following day for them to be brought over. There wasn't enough toilet paper. No paper towel, aluminum foil or fresh dish sponge in the kitchen. The washing machine didn't turn on either.

• Arquimedes (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment. Close to the train station. Can take boat/water taxi to the apartment. The provided apartment address cannot be found in Google Maps. We had to reach out to the property to get directions on how to find the place. Luckily we could find the place with management help.
• Hugh (7/5): Ok - Location, was clean and spacious Very warm apartment, we couldn't sleep in the room because of the heat so stayed on sofa bed as there was air conditioning in that room. Trail of ants running up the wall each night also
• Emir (9/5): Superb - It's in a very nice location, close to the train and bus station. It's in a quiet area with many locals and nice cafes and restaurants. And it's still not far from the city centre. The vaporetto stop right next to the house makes it easy to travel to any point of the city. The place was spacious and clean, with everything needed included. The host let us come earlier to drop the bags.
• Zakharov (9/5): Superb - It was a nice apartment on the main island of Venice. We had everything that we needed and received swift responses and help from the host. Air conditioning in the apartment was not really enough for hot July days. At least it could be turned on in advance before our arrival — because it took hours after AC starts before you can feel any temperature drop.

• Grace (10/5): Convenient, comfortable, highly recommend. - The location was a very easy walk from the bus station/train station. When visiting Venice there isn't really a need to be by the centre, but this was well located to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The place was very clean and had plenty of amenities (there's even a washing machine if you were to stay long-term). The hosts were very friendly. The apartment also has two double beds (the sofa is a pullout) so could sleep up to four. The instructions as to how to get to the apartment could have been clearer. The property is down the alleyway once you open the first door and off to the left. You are only told upon arrival the code for the lock box. It might just help people out a little bit more to provide clear instructions for upon arrival.

• Rodolfo (8/5): Great location, new and clean but NO Aircon - The property was new, clean and in a great location. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The pictures are accurate. The manager / owner was friendly and helpful The air conditioner was completely undersized for the property and provided absolutely no sufficient cooling. To make matters worse, the main bedroom had NO air conditioner. The bedroom was like a furnace and we could not sleep due to the heat. The address on booking.com was not the same address given by the owner/manager and we were walking for a long time before we had to come all the way back and spend a fortune with the water taxi to get back. Just need an update on the address to make sure next guests don’t walk around without finding it

• Pavla (5/5): Passable - I had intended to give full stars, as the appartment is well located, clean, new and well equipped. However I had received a message from the employee - Sara, who wrote that we left the appartment in bad conditions and that she will notify booking. I asked her for the photos. I don't understand what she means by "bad conditions". We spent very little time in the appartment. We just used the shower, slept in the beds and had breakfast. We followed all the instructions - we washed the used dishes and took out the garbage. There were no other rules for cleaning stated. And anyway we didn't even have time to make a mess in the appartment as we spent most of the time out in the city. So I find the accussation very offensive and unprofessional. We frequently travel as a family and this has never happened to us. We are respectful and follow the rules. I feel very offended by the unreasoned accusations that we had left the appartment in bad conditions. We followed all the rules. Either there is some misunderstanding or it is an intentional scheme to squeeze more cash from the guests. Shame on you. Also the location is a bit different from the one stated on booking. But it is quite easy to find so we didn't mind.

• Joy (8/5): A lovely apartment in a quiet residential part of Venice. - The apartment was spacious (particularly for Venice). It was well appointed with all necessary equipment provided and very clean. On the last evening the boiler stopped working. I contacted the owner who replied immediately but we were unable to resolve the problem. It did mean we had no heating/hot water for the last evening and morning.
• Gilhyun (3/5): Poor - location is only good. they need to keep clean up the accommodation and the laundry is not working. I can’t drain the water. so I asked host to treat it but she doesn’t care about it. toilet cover is broken. I felt like nightmare.

• Mia (7/5): Good - Host very communicative and helpful. They also made the sofa bed up for us so the kids could get straight into bed when we arrived in the evening. Very clean apart from some mould in the shower grouting and freezer door jambs, well equipped generally, nice renovation, great convenient location. And quiet and safe. No plug for the bath was a shame. Also not a lot of privacy from the windows so had to keep closed mostly which made it a bit dark and damp. Couldn't dry our things properly as the radiators were set to automatic and we couldn't override it.
• Kenneth (10/5): We recommend the stay definitely. The best restaurants are around the corner. - It was new renovated, clean, comfortable and quiet. we liked it a lot We weren’t prepared for the mosquitos in Venice as Venice is around water 😅 Bring your spray with you 😆
• Doinea (10/5): i would 100% recommed this stay. - location was very good for us. we were like 10 min apart from the train station which was very helpful. also, we had a water bus station right next to us and also a lot of restaurants. the apartment was clean and very cozy we didn’t have enough towels but that’s not a big deal
