Нам приходилось все время спрашивать, а у́ровень английского очень низкий. Если бы у нас была простейшая карта с указанием метро, основных достопримечательностей хотя бы в центре, мы бы больше увидели

• yin wah (9/5): - Bed is comfortable and clean. Location is next to Chungxi road, 15 min walk to metro station and Taikooli. Lots of eating places nearby. Direction given not clear from airport bus transfer and no staff respond if you arrive after 1am.

• Despina (8/5): - Very convenient location, comfortable bed, spacy room The bathroom could definitely get cleaned more often during the day and early morning when everyone is waking up! The receptionist should provide information about the common areas and also explain where these are! I missed reading it in the booking description and wasn’t advised there are any therefore I also thought there is no gathering area! That was just a shame, as I missed the opportunity of getting to know other people!

• Atsuhito (10/5): やっぱり中国の宿は背包十年青年ホテル！ - 中国各都市で展開されてるホテル。 西安で泊まった際、とても良かったので成都でも予約しました。 成都は、サッカーACLEの成都蓉城戦、アウェイ遠征での訪問です。 結論、西安の時同様にとても良かったです。良かった点を箇条書きに記します。 ・なんたって清潔。綺麗で最高です。 ・コスパ最高に良いです。これで1,000円/泊は凄すぎます。 ・水はペットボトルで1泊1本貰えます。タオルも大判で貸し出しありです。ドライヤーの性能も抜群にいいです。シャワーの水圧、温度も問題無しです。排水はややイマイチかもしれないです。笑 ・部屋やセキュリティボックスはカードキーです。安心。 ・布団も厚くてぬくぬく快適です。ベッドの大きめの棚が荷物を置けて便利です。 ・近くにローカルな飲食店やコンビニがあり、夜遅くまで営業しているので助かります。 ・今回の部屋の宿泊者の影響が大きいかもしれませんが、夜遅くまで電気つけて活動している方が多くて、帰るのが遅くなっても喧嘩にもならず良かったです。笑 ・春煕路駅は徒歩10分で少し遠いと感じますが、その分周りは静かです。色んな観光地への移動に便利です。寛窄巷子がとても良かったです。1時間くらいで見て回れますしスタバが最高におしゃれで居心地が良かったです。 ・成都ジャイアントパンダ繁殖研究基地へは春煕路駅から1本、そこからバスに乗り換えで行けます。バスもAlipayのQRかざせば支払いできます。パンダは昼以降は寝ているので8:00の開園までに行くと良いです。片道1時間を見ておいてください。チケットはTrip.comで事前購入です。月曜日は中国で1番人気のパンダがお休みの曜日なのでお気を付けて。日本に縁のある結浜とかがどこにいるか事前に調べて行ってくださいね。園内は広すぎるので全部歩いて見て回ると5,6時間かかります。 ・復路で成都双流空港8:00発の上海行きに乗るため、ホテルからタクシーを利用しましたが、45元40分くらいでした。5:20くらいに出発しました。 ・往路は地下鉄1回乗り換えでした。太平園駅で乗り換えすると目の前の乗り場で乗り換えできるので楽です。荷物の多さでタクシーとどちらにするか選択されると良いと思います。 そこまでマイナスポイントではないですが、トイレ、シャワー、洗面台の室内が湿気溜まりすぎていて、窓全開で除湿する必要がありました(笑) 湿度で壁など湿っているので、シャワー中、服やタオルをかけているの濡れてしまいます。袋など必須です(笑)

• Hosne (9/5): Desti has become a reliable chain to stay in China for me and I’m a big fan of their youthful and helpful vibe. - I liked the Chengdu hostel the best amongst all the Desti hostels I stayed at (4 locations). Easy luggage carrying, elevator access, the location, the staff all made my short stay super comfortable! As they have 2 locations in Chengdu and the location in this property is inaccurate, I went to the main store. But desk managers Yuki and Chouchu helped me out to sort the situation and they even booked me to the right place for free! Really appreciate the support! Desti has two stores in Chengdu and the TaikooLi one doesn’t show up correctly on the maps. They are trying to fix it though.

Всё необходимое в комнатах есть, спальные места удобнык и просторные, оборудованы светилтниками, розетками. Даже на одну ночь выдают белое пушистое полотенце! Прекрасный выбор! -

• Yew Tuck (6/5): Bitter sweet - Near to famous shopping spot but hard to find as the Desti logo is not visible enough. The bed got bed bugs and receptionist is not helpful.
• Marta (1/5): Hotel Staff entered in my room and robbed me. - We had our first problem when we arrived at the hotel, where they gave us the wrong room number. Since we couldn't open the door, they gave us a master key, which we used to open the deadbolt door, where some guests were already sleeping. This proves that anyone with a key can open doors even if the lock is on. I travel frequently and always leave my valuables hidden among my things; it's the first thing I do when I arrive. When I packed my bags to go to the airport, my AirPods weren't where I left them, among my belongings. More over, I left the “the not disturb” sign to avoid anyone entering and they entered (they confirmed they did). Find my iPhone located the headphones on a street near the hotel where I hadn't been. Despite reporting this to the hotel, they didn't take responsibility for the theft, and certainly didn't apologize. They only mockingly encouraged me to go to the police, saying they'd be happy to help. Later that day I saw on Find My iPhone that the AirPods had moved. The facts of the case are indisputable. Since the theft, I have been tracking the headphones, and the location data confirms they have been moved to a new location in the city until yesterday morning that they seemed to have been reset. This irrefutable evidence proves that they were not misplaced but were stolen from my room. I find it unbearable that not only is the hotel refusing to take any action, but there has also been no apology for this serious breach of security and the inconvenience it has caused. Your lack of accountability and empathy is truly disappointing.
• Barbora (9/5): Super Lage aber nicht ideal für den Chinastart - Man bekommt im voraus eine detaillierte Anleitung, wie man das Hostel erreicht, an allen möglichen Wegen, was super hilfreich war für den Anfang. Es ist alles sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind groß. Am besten ist die Lage, es gibt so viele gute Nudelshops in der Nähe und generell ist es sehr zentral. Das Personal wirkte jedes Mal extrem genervt, wenn ich nach etwas gefragt habe. Die haben zwar immer geholfen, aber es fühlte sich jedes Mal so an, als würde ich sie nerven und ich war überrascht wie wenig Wissen sie gegenüber ausländischen Touristen hatten. Also Fragen zum VPN etc. Von den drei Destis, die ich bis jetzt besucht habe, war hier das Personal am schlechtesten. Wenn ihr Glück habt, ist der Manager da, der hat mir am meisten geholfen.

At night it’s nice and quiet, the beds are comfortable and private with curtains. There are two Desti hostels within 1km of each other in Chengdu. I initially arrived at the wrong one, few of the guests had done the same. I think more details could be included in the description to make guests aware. The bathroom sinks most of the time were soaking, maybe they could be dried more frequently. Overall it’s a nice hostel, I wouldn’t have extended my stay if I didn’t like it there.

• Amanda (8/5): Great for value - The location is fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and they have amenities at the bathroom, you get a towel, slippers and a bottle of water everyday. Depending on the time that you go shower, it can be crowded and dirty. I booked with breakfast included, but only could eat at the first day. On the next day they told me that the rules have changed and only the people that booked private or double room could take the breakfast. I’ve never saw that happened anywhere before, but what can one do.

• Minyang915 (10/5): Wonderful Room - Stayed at 3 diff Desti hostels in this trip. As a standard, they provide super thick towels and a bottle of mineral water for each day of stay. This branch probably has the best room quality. More spacious and come with big locked luggage storage (other branches I have been can only store a small backpack in the lockers). Also the common area is clean and play a movie every night.
