• Anja (8/5): Well equipped apartment. - The apartment is very well equipped and quite spacious for Japan. I would really love to give a better review, but unfortunately a deep clean is necessary. The corners, balcony, and air conditioning system were very dusty.

C'est très froid et impersonnel. Cela contraste énormément avec l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel dans les autres établissements où nous avons pu aller.

• Kyle (9/5): Our Stay was FANTASTIC. - Great Location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, everything was clean and neat on arrival, comfortable beds. A/C worked perfectly… literally Perfect. NOTHING!!!
• Danielle (9/5): - The space was much bigger than other places we stayed. It was nice to have enough of an area to open our suitcases. We also made use of the washer and drying line on the balcony. Our clothes mostly dried overnight in the current weather.

• Hannah (8/5): - Very convenient location. Super close to train station and 20 min walk to Dotonbori. Apartment is spacious and clean. There is an awesome Ramen place close by too. It was hands down the best food I had the entire trip. If it has a wall of cash from around the world above the dinning table then you're in the right place. The pillows are pretty uncomfortable, but other than that it was perfect for what we needed for 3 people.

• Mark James (9/5): Very pleased with the facilities and location. - Excellent location, with plenty of access to public transport and grocery stores etc. The apartment had everything we could possibly want for our stay, with a decently-sized bathroom featuring a washer/dryer. The kitchen was also fully stocked with all we would need to make quick meals.

• Stephen (10/5): Excellent property in a fairly convenient location for those with a family or friends. - The included amenities (electronics chargers, toiletries, curling iron/straightener, washing machine, fan/air purifier) were a really nice touch. The property was very spacious, especially for a large Japan city. Everything was in really good condition and maintained. The weren't enough electrical outlets and they were in inconvenient locations (except for the one beside). Depending on what you prefer, the location of the property was in the middle of the neighborhood so it's more calm and quiet but you have too walk a little further to public transportation. The property does not have any staff, so everything is self serve (luggage storage, cleaning/replenishment of consumables, finding shops/restaurants/calling taxis).

• Taygan (10/5): Fabulous modern apartment with everything you need. - Very clean, modern and surprisingly spacious for an apartment in Japan. Great access to public transport, restaurants and konbinis. We walked everywhere including to Shinsaibashi shopping trip with no issues. Staff were responsive through booking.com app messages. Apartment had everything we needed for a family with young kids, would highly recommend! Loved everything. The pillows were a bit hard but we got used to them.

• Aleisha (7/5): Good location a little disappointed about the very short pull out couch. - I liked the location very convenient for travel. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom and washing machine was very good. I was very disappointed with the pull out couch that was very short. I paid for three adults and felt annoyed about having to sleep diagonally across my bed just to keep my feet from falling off which didn’t help much.

It was very accommodating to our kids too. I’m glad we found this place. The only things we did not like was that (1) the apartment felt slightly dusty. And (2) the kids were quite hard, and uncomfortable.

• Adrien (8/5): Grand appartement calme et bien situé à Osaka - Appartement bien situé, confortable et calme, avec beaucoup d'espace pour deux personnes. Possède de nombreux équipements (plaques, frigo, lave-linge...). Aucun souci avec le self checkin. Un peu moins beau en vrai que sur les photos. L'espace mériterait d'être plus optimisé et mieux pensé (manque une table et des chaises, des étagères et des crochets, notamment dans la salle de bain). Grand tapis pas très propre (cheveux).

• Catherine (10/5): - Having large western style king size beds, spacious for 3 people. Great location very short 10-15 min walk to main hub of Dotobori. Heaps of convenience stores near apartment. This is our 3rd time staying in the apartments and is perfect 👌 Maybe some softer sleeping bed pillows, but it wouldn't stop me booking the apartments again.

• Nina (8/5): Good value for money. - Quite spacious for family of four. Lots of convenient stores nearby, and not far from train station There is only washing machine but no dryer. Most of electrical appliances are a little dated. Wifi is unstable sometimes.

There are restaurants, konbini, and a laundromat nearby. We would definitely stay here again. The location was a bit off for where we wanted to go but it’s still just 6 blocks or so from a subway station.

• Anna (9/5): A gem of an apartment in the heart of Osaka - The hosts have everything you need for a comfortable stay (including detergent, hair straightener, olive oil, spare charger). The apartment is spotless. It is also well laid out and spacious by Japanese standards. The host is very responsive. There are loads of nice restaurants around and easy access to other areas of Osaka

Loved it. - The property is spacious, comfortable and has all amenities you need for a long or short stay. The staff is wonderful to deal with and couldn’t have responded better. Could be a little closer to public transport or the Main Street, but it was quite an easy walk to the nearest public transport.

• CHIA HSING (8/5): 住宿前都會給須知及大門與住宿登記密碼，讓人非常的安心。且入住手續簡單易懂，有任何問題也會快速回答，周邊的超商及超市也很多是一件非常優質的住宿 - 空間非常的大，且還附捲髮棒、充電器、體重計、餐具用品等等之類的用品，非常的貼心 洗手台那邊會有點味道，但不太影響
• Coralie (8/5): Très bel appart sécurisé avec tous les équipements - L'enregistrement et l'arrivée sont très bien expliquée, tout en autonomie. Et la porte fonctionne avec un code, système sécurisé, très bien. On peut laisser les bagages dans l'entrée avant le check in c'est très appréciable. Les équipements sont très bien. Le canapé lit est un peu dur pour dormir plusieurs nuit.

• McKoy (10/5): Convenient and Clean - I liked the communication and how convenient everything was. It was away from the hectic downtown but only a 20 minute walk. It was near the train which was also a huge plus. The unit itself was spacious and had a lot of amenities. You can wash your clothes in the washing machine and dry them on the balcony or in the shower room. The hot water is great and the water pressure was so good. I miss this place already. There were times when I didn’t want to leave the unit. The orange couch had some questionable stains but overall this place was fantastic.

Many things can be visited on foot, and there are also several different metro lines nearby. I have been there multiple times and have only had good experiences so far. • Fleener (10/5): A spacious and well-equipped stay with great amenities, though the lack of housekeeping and front desk support made it s - I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, which made it feel so comfortable and relaxing from the moment we walked in. It never felt cramped, and there was plenty of room to settle in and truly enjoy the space. One thing I really appreciated was how well everything was provided for. The room had all the essentials (and more), which made the stay so convenient and stress-free. It felt like every little detail had been thought of, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The amenities were also fantastic and worked perfectly throughout my stay. They provide a washing machine, hair dryers, curling irons, soaps, etc. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and easy to use, which really elevated the overall experience. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped place to stay! I didn’t love that we were expected to clean up after ourselves during the stay because there’s no housekeeping. It would have been nice to have that extra level of service, especially for a longer stay. Additionally, the lack of front desk presence made things a little more difficult at times when we had questions or needed assistance but overall not a big deal

Beds were comfortable. Having 2 separate bedrooms was lovely (and not easy to come by in Japan). The location was central and close to transportation, but on a quiet street. We wouldn’t change a thing!
