- Jacqueline Denise (8/5): - I have stayed at this particular building 4 times now, unfortunately it will be my last. The property is awesome, it is close to everything and really has so many great attributes BUT the horrible, frightening, hardly ever working, ridiculously slow elevator has put me over the edge. Paid much more money to stay here for the pool and convenience… did not go to the pool because it was too difficult to get to and did not want to risk more elevator rides that necessary. The elevator completely broke down twice (that we are aware of) and fire department had to called to help / people were stuck. Also heard several citations for safety and maintenance were handed out. The was extremely disappointing

- Eileen (8/5): Not a hotel - We were unaware until we arrived that this property was not a hotel, but some kind of residential building. There was no ‘receptionist’ in the lobby and we were confused as to how to check in (admittedly we arrived early). The security guard told us we were not on their list. It wasn’t until later that I received a text from someone giving us check in instructions. After that, all was fine, but the unit did not have supplies like tissues, for example, that would normally be found in a hotel room. There also wasn’t anything like a ‘sundry shop’ on the premises to get a snack, and no instructions on how to use the TV. The location however was perfect for our itinerary!

Walking distance to everything. I would suggest to have a cozy blanket on the living room. I didn’t ask for one, my fault for not asking, and probably it would be provided! Anyway, I would recommend the place and would rent again

Check in and out was easy, communication was great, and the view was unbelievable. Everything we needed was in the immediate area and shopping was an easily accessible by Uber. We would not hesitate to stay here again. 10/10 rating for sure!

- Karen (8/5): - Pros- excellent location, clean condo Cons- trying to contact host is difficult We are seniors, condo living is new to us. That being said, we were on the 35 th floor. No fire instructions should there be a fire. No land line for emergencies (not every senior has a cell phone. No complimentary tea or coffee. No welcome note or thank you for renting the condo. That being said I would probably stay in one of the hotels in the area in the future.
- Alyssa (8/5): - the experience was overall pretty decent. the check in and out process was very smooth. very smooth communication and easy access when needed clarification. most of the amenities listed where included. the starbucks right next to the building was a bonus for early morning snack and coffee runs. the area is the main factor because it's close to good food and shopping options. i was nervous because of the other review under this listening but it was overall satisfactory. areas of improvement include: when we arrived the sink was clogged which my boyfriend had to fix. additionally the water pressure in the shower is just overall unsatisfying. we also came here in the winter so coming in and out with wet shoes and no mat was kinda messy. overall i think the place could use a little bit of maintenance just for simple things due to wear and tear.

The view from our balcony was south and east so we had lake and CN Tower views which was spectacular on a cold December night. Great value for what you get in a pretty prime Toronto location.

I was upgraded at no charge to what was called “The Presidential suite,” which had amazing views of the city from every room, including of the lake and CN tower. The sunset from the apartment was spectacular. The location could not be better. It’s right across from the Roger’s Center and CN tower and walkable to everything.else. I highly recommend this place.
