• Baxter (6/5): - It was a convenient location for my trip, close to amenities and public transport to get around. Room was fine for my needs. The place could do with a bit of maintenance, paint etc. It wasn't as clean as it should have been, particularly the bathroom, some mould in the shower etc. The washing machine was broken, I mentioned it and it wasn't fixed or any feedback provided. The self contained kitchen was missing some items, I had some pot lids but no pots, plates but no bowls, no knives. Would have been nice to have a microwave and a toaster.

• Maria Belen (4/5): - The hotel facilities are very good, just like in the photos: pool, game room, and gym. Although you’re in a local area and it’s not the nicest, the location is good—close to shopping centers and train stations. Here you are hiring a private person who sublets a hotel room. As soon as we arrived, we were told we had to call a number for someone to come and meet us, but they didn’t provide Wi-Fi or any solution at the hotel reception—pretty frustrating when you’ve just arrived. They ask for a 100 deposit in cash, in local currency only. For check-out, you also have to contact them via WhatsApp to return the keys and get your deposit back—it’s not like a regular hotel where you can just leave whenever you want. They only give you one key, which you need to use the elevator and open any door, so you always have to go everywhere together.
• Eliska (10/5): - There is so much sun in the room! We missed some kitchen equipment, and the host bought it for us the same day we told him. The place is very clean and has a great view of the twin towers! Also the light is perfect, especially the warm lamps by the bed that make it cozy. They don't clean windows entirely from the outside.

• Marouf (8/5): It’s my spot now in KL ill comeback one day. and I’ll recommend it to my friends without hesitation - It feels like a home so cozy , it has all the equipment needed for the stay. So clean So calm The restaurant in the ground makes awesome breakfasts I love it. Near by metro few minutes walking to discover the city There is mosquitoes, which needs a pest control.

We arrived at that hotel and the manager came to us. he took us to the room and when we had to pay, he asked for twice as much money as what was written on the booking. Of course we refused, they ask for an additional deposit, the price from the booking and so much more for "fees". Of course, this all takes place in the room and not at the reception. You also don't get any confirmation that you made a deposit…. They will send you home rules only through a message on Wa

Not suitable for smokers and those who value cleanliness. - Not very far from the center, Large room, allowed check out 30 minutes late, soft pillows and was good price. The listing stated a terrace, which is what pushed me to book a room. As a smoker, this was important to me! However, there was no terrace. The room had not seen paint or a general cleaning for a long time! The walls and towels are stained, the bed linen looks very old, there is no internet access in the lobby.

• Ewa (7/5): Spacious room in a good location - Good communication with the host via Whatsapp, easy check-in, spacious studio room with a kitchenette, good wifi in the room. There even was a washing machine (and a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board). Access to a swimming pool and gym. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to LRT and also monorail. A bath mat and a dishcloth would be nice additions.
