• Gregorio (4/5): Condiciones regulares - La ubicación del apartamento Al ser un bajo que coincide con la parte externa del edificio, se traduce el mucho ruido de noche, de los portales, de la gente y los vehículos pasando y servicio de recogida de residuos y demás En el apartamento olía bastante a cañería de los bajantes y matamos una cucaracha en el dormitorio esta misma mañana

The apartment is in a wonderful location, just a short distance from the sea, cathedral and the market, and the set-up is excellent. The hosts were very helpful and came to help me when needed. The house itself is very nice. The heaters were very good for warmth. The apartment is located on a narrow street and, during my stay, felt quite cold and slightly humid, with very little natural sunlight. I can imagine this being pleasant in the hotter months, but in March it was somewhat uncomfortable. I would recommend bringing slippers, warm socks, and a sweater to stay comfortable indoors. The neighbourhood itself is peaceful, but it’s worth noting that there is a trash collection around 2 a.m., which is quite loud and takes place right outside the bedroom window. Additionally, it would improve the stay to provide some basic kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and matches.

Il y avait un grand placard dans la chambre et des cintres c’est formidable pour les vêtements moto…..appartement très bien éclairé ! La salle de bain est un peu exiguë , bien que fonctionnel !

• SEBASTIANA (10/5): Muy contenta - El apartamento era muy cómodo, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La cama y las almohadas también eran muy confortables. Está muy bien situado en pleno centro y a mano de todos los recursos turísticos de Cádiz. Estoy muy satisfecha

• Carla (1/5): - Foi horrível, não consigo arranjar nada bom para dizer. O isolamento da casa é terrível. Todos os dias quando chegamos a casa tínhamos baratas no quarto. A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar tivemos que lavar a loiça toda pois a mesma estava cheia de gordura Tivemos que terminar a nossa estadia antes do previsto pois estou grávida e todos os dias a encontrar baratas dentro de casa é completamente impensável Toda a gente sabe que é um risco para a saúde pública quanto mais para uma grávida. Segundo o próprietario nunca tinha acontecido antes o que é certo é que havia um remédio para as baratas guardado debaixo do lava louça. E a primeira coisa que nos disse para fazer foi colocar esse remédio. Imensas desculpas que vêm da rua e nós tinhamos as janelas fechadas. Enfim foi mesmo horrível Fotos do alojamento nada a ver com a realidade a casa está muito degradada.

• Ernesto (6/5): Non sempre il Paradiso è perfetto - Posizione ottima, in pieno centro Cadice vicino Cattedrale, appartamento bello dotato di ogni confort, anche lavatrice, tranne tazzine da caffè 😃 Bagno e camera da letto un po' strette, ma il vero problema è stato che l appartamento al piano terra si affacciava sul vicolo di passaggio di gente fino a tarda ora (1:30), con schiamazzi che ti tengono sveglio e aggiunta del maleodore di fogna e pipì che anche dopo il passaggio della nettezza urbana resta, va via lentamente Almeno la stanza dove ero io, Porta A

• Filipa (7/5): Great location, needs maintenance - Very central, you can walk everywhere The street the apartment is in is always very dirty. Many people walk their dogs there, so it’s always smelly. The apartment floor is in very bad condition and it was well cleaned when I got there. I contacted the landlord and they came and cleaned it properly immediately, which was good.

• Joy (8/5): Very good - Location near the Mercado Municipal and central district. There is a Carrefour supermarket close by. About 15 minutes walk from the train station, slightly longer to the bus station. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Just a short walk to the major tourist sights. The flat was slightly shabby in part (flooring) but otherwise well maintained and equipped. The staff were very helpful over arranging check in and extremely pleasant to deal with. The bed was comfortable. The small space heaters provided did a good job of warming the flat in the evening and early morning. Nothing to dislike. I enjoyed my stay.
• Geniuslevel5 (8/5): Very good - - I Like the digital keys so much!!! - Comfy beds - Easy communication with the host even though she is not there. -cleaning and maintenance could be better. -What I see as a bigger problem is the soundproofing as others had already mentioned, sometimes I felt the sound is super close that someone is in the room while sleeping. Light sleepers would be tough to sleep in such a condition. And there is no heating, I don’t know why it is advertised on booking, please be aware when booking.

• Colette (7/5): Good - well equipped, comfortable apartment. Helpful staff when the remote access didn't work first time. We stayed on a Friday night, and as the apartment is on the ground level, it was noisy overnight. Bring earplugs, other than that, no issues at all!
• Jelena (7/5): Good - Good location. Very clean. The flat is big enough. Easy to find. Super convenient self check in. Complimentary water, tea and coffee. Very close to the food market, few supermarkets and a bunch of restaurants. The flat A is on the first floor next to the entrance. In the bedroom you can hear the doors opening into the house. It's very loud. The doors are iron. We were even scared the first time we heard it. Also, every day between 4 and 5 in the morning, city services take out the garbage. For about 10 minutes, you can hear a loud noise from the street.
