• Aleksandra (1/5): - The only good thing about this apartment is the location. Everything else is a disaster. You should be ashamed to rent out a place like this and still charge so much for it. If you are planning to book this accommodation, arm yourself with a lot of patience. The door is almost impossible to unlock, and the bed in the living room is unusable. If I could, I would give it 0!

• Alexis (2/5): - Ubicación, es lo único que tiene bueno Ruidoso, viejo, instalaciones deterioradas e incómodas, dice que es apto para 4 personas pero es bastante pequeño para 4. No estaba limpio, desagüe bañera atascado, la luz deterioradas la escalera entra en el salón y no se puede dormir. Únicamente se alquila por la problemática que tiene Barcelona con el alojamiento porque en otras circunstancias no sería buena opción

• billie (2/5): RDA - Las fotos están hechas con IA y no se corresponden con la realidad. Muy antiguo. No caben más de dos personas, el sofá cama no se hace cama. En Barcelona se aprovechan hasta por dormir en un banco.
• Santo (4/5): If you’re after a quite night without the outside noise then this isn’t for you. - Location to tourist sites Basic facilities were supplied Windows and doors are poorly insulated so lots of street noise kept us awake. Property in need of a revamp as door glass had cracks which could become a hazard.

• Bianca (6/5): Barcelona so and so - The apartment is nice, the location is fine, Gracia is a cool place to stay and for visiting the city you can rent a bike or use the metro. The main problem is that the property is quite old (windows can’t close, wc and shower don’t work very well) and is very dirty. I think for what is worth it should cost less.

• Charalampos (4/5): Disappointing - The only things that were as described is the bathroom and the location which is very near to most sightseeing and metro station and also is safe/secure area. The apartment was not the one that is shown in the pictures . It seems that the owner has another new-redecorated apartment and shows this. Rusty washing machine, damaged tiles in balcony , very old and damaged window-doors frames, exposed electric box!!!
• Kitanovic (1/5): Not worth that money - It’s not like in the photos, it’s very small, and not comfortable, it’s dirty, it’s not worth that money, there is no shampoo, no clean towels, terrace is looking right at someone’s room, the TV was broken.

• Iavor (4/5): Great host but small and poor apartment. - The host was incredibly kind and the location was perfect for my needs. The apartment's size was quite disappointing, as it had been advertised as 45m2 but felt more like 25-30m2. Additionally, there was only one large towel provided for a booking intended for three people, which was inconvenient. The kitchen and cabinets appeared to be quite outdated. Furthermore, the lack of window insulation became evident during a stormy night when it felt like we were exposed to the elements. The building itself seemed quite old, with windows and doors that were in such poor condition that they couldn't even be properly closed.
