• Dhmhtrhs (10/5): - Πολύ καθαρό και σε κεντρικό σημείο όλα ήταν υπέροχα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ήταν ότι δεν είχε κουρτίνα στο σαλόνι και θα ήταν χρήσιμη μια Εστία ματιών καθώς είχαμε Παιδιά και δεν είχαμε κάπου να ζεστάνουμε το γάλα

• Rodolfo (8/5): - Posto veramente molto centrale, si arrivava a piedi quasi dappertutto, negozi e fermate molto vicine, quartiere molto tranquillo si camminava sicuro anche di notte.

• Liza (9/5): Ηταν πολύ ωραία επιλογή για τετραμελή οικογένεια. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο και με εύκολη πρόσβαση στους κεντρικούς δρ - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία . Εύκολα και γρήγορα είσαι στο κέντρο και γύρω από το κατάλυμα υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καλό . Χρειάζεται μικρές βελτιώσεις όπως black out κουρτίνα στο υπνοδωμάτιο και να παρέχει χαρτί υγείας , shower gel , shampoo

• Kostas Pikoulas (7/5): Μέτρια διαμονή - Όμορφο διαμέρισμα, σχετικά καθαρό και καλή τοποθεσία. Το διαμέρισμα δεν διέθετε σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο, το σαπούνι για τα χέρια είχε τελειώσει, είχε λίγα χαρτιά υγείας και αναγκαστήκαμε να πάμε να τα αγοράσουμε όλα αυτά. Επίσης δεν είχε σακούλες για το καλαθάκι της τουαλέτας και δεν είχε άλλον κάδο για γενικά σκουπίδια. Δεν είχε σφουγγαράκι για τα πιάτα και τα πιάτα και τα ποτήρια ήταν λερωμένα. Στο δωμάτιο είχε χαλάσει το χερούλι του παραθύρου και δεν κλείδωνε το παράθυρο, αλλά λειτουργούσε μόνο για την ανάκλιση. Επίσης το πρωί έμπαινε φως γιατί η κουρτίνα δεν έκανε συσκότιση, αλλά ήταν μια απλή κουρτίνα και δεν υπήρχε ούτε παντζούρι. Επίσης, υπήρχε πολύς θόρυβος και εντός της πολυκατοικίας, αλλά και από έξω λόγω έργων, αν και δε φταίει ο ιδιοκτήτης για αυτό.
• Da Min (2/5): Location is great but staff needs to be more active. - The location is great and close to everything you need. The staff were slow and didn’t care. They don’t even bother to message us about our check in. No toilet tissue in apartment.

• Nadezda (6/5): - Central location and clean flat. With a small effort, it could be really great. I had to call the host twice, in order to send me the info for the check in. It was in a building with offices and stores, dark in the night. One of the bedrooms had a frosted glass door to the building corridor. Several issues in the apartment. No hand soap, no shampoo, no garbage bin, burnt living room lamp, no coffee capsules or french press for the filter coffee., broken toilet seat, only two toilet paper rolls, not working the rain shower, no black out curtains or blinds, broken side table.

• benedicte (8/5): Appartement spacieux - Très bien situé, à 10 mn du métro . L'appartement à été rénové récemment. Très bonne literie. Les fenêtres donnent sur l'arrière du bâtiment et donc très calme Très grandes chambres Les détails pour prendre possession des clés n'étaient pas notées dans la réservation et l'hote ne répond pas aux messages écrits. Il faut donc l'appeler sur WhatsApp pour avoir les infos. Pas de fenêtre dans la seconde chambre. ..
• Chusa (6/5): Apartamento adecuado si no vas a cocinar - La ubicación es buena y céntrica aunque tenga esa entrada tan peculiar. Los dos dormitorios son espaciosos. El piso es bonito y las tres habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. Las fotos muestran el piso tal y como es. El baño necesita mantenimiento. La ducha arriba estaba rota y el agua del desagüe del lavabo se salía. No había fregona a la vista para recoger el agua, pero finalmente la encontramos escondida detrás del sofá. No había papel higiénico (la primera vez en mi vida que encuentro un alojamiento sin papel higiénico). La cocina no sirve para cocinar, si acaso para calentar algo, ya que es una placa pequeña eléctrica guardada en el armario que hay que enchufar. No hay microondas ni horno ni espacio para cocinar. La bombilla de una lámpara del cuarto de estar estaba fundida. No hubo manera de recibir las indicaciones para entrar antes de llegar allí porque no contestaban ni por la plataforma ni por Wassap. Nos plantamos en la puerta y tampoco respondían al teléfono. Al cabo de un rato nos contestaron y nos dijeron cómo acceder. Deberían darse cuenta de que esta manera de actuar estresa un poco al que va a llegar.

• ΓΙΩΡΓΟΣ13 (1/5): Χρειάζεται πολύ βελτίωση για να διαμένει άνθρωπος αξιοπρεπώς . - Μόνο η τοποθεσία. Ανάψαμε τα a/c και πνιγήκαμε στην σκόνη, άνοιξα να καθαρίσω τα φίλτρα και έτρεχε το χώμα πάνω μου ,υπολογίζω πάνω από χρόνο να καθαριστούν.... ακαθάριστο από σκούπισμα και σφογγάρισμα,όλοι οι χώροι σκονισμένοι,χαλασμένο το λάστιχο για τα νερά του νιπτήρα με αποτέλεσμα να γεμίζει ο χώρος γύρω από ντους και αποχωρητήριο,το διαμέρισμα χωρίς πόρτα ασφαλείας και πολύ εύκολα παραβιάζεται,χωρίς επαρκή εξαερισμό και μύριζε κυρίως σκόνη, χωρίς κουρτίνες και άνετα σε έβλεπαν οι απέναντι πολυκατοικίες ακόμα και στο υπνοδωμάτιο..
• Panagiota (7/5): Good place for family - I liked the location as far as bars, restaurants and shops were concerned. I liked the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the rooms. I appreciated that there was Netflix! There was a kettle, espresso machine and mini fridge which was helpful. The host allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment until later as we had a late night flight which was really thoughtful. Although a great location, bear in mind that the building has mostly offices so it’s quite dark at abandoned at night which may be shady for some. However there isn’t any homelessness in the area so it’s just that the area is a bit dark and empty as is the building wheee the apartments are in. The door was difficult to open, and the living room light bulb was out. Also the bathroom shower and sink faucet was faulty. Also, an extra toilet roll or two would be good. 😊

• Maureen (10/5): - Incredible location, walking distance to all the cool shops, restaurants and Acropolis. Air con in every room. A real plus in 39 degree Athens weather. Host was easily contactable. Was a superb stay, would stay again.

• Yigit (7/5): Good - + Ives: clean, location, price, good communicated host -‘ives: no electric plug in bathroom! Noisy during the day, renovated but old front door good for money, but needs improvements.
• Stefani (8/5): Very good - Good Location, clean and minimal design. There was no toiletries. Also there was no curtains on the living room and very thing curtains in one id the bedrooms
• Qin (9/5): Superb - Great location close to shops and attractions. Spacious. its in a mixed commercial building but we generally didnt notice much noise. The shutters are closed after hours and you have to use a small side door.
• Greta (9/5): Superb - Clean and quiet. Minimalistic design. Close to center. Close to metro. Just some practical things. Like socket in the bathroom or some shelf to put your shampoo and shower gel on.

• Constance (10/5): good location, clean and Constantinos was very helpful - location and cleanliness of the apartment the entrance to the block was a little run down but the apartment was newly refurbished
• Ben (9/5): Two days in Athens - A great little apartment in the city centre, the two double bedrooms are huge so plenty of storage. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, iron, hairdryer wifi etc! Costas the host was great and enjoyed meeting him The location of how to find this is very challenging, make sure you contact the host first and arrange a time to meet otherwise you will never find it. Costas was great though and came to meet us as soon as we got there

• Nick (10/5): Perfect - The apartment is perfect. Rooms are spacious. Very clean and also functional accommodation. The location is fantastic. It is in the middle of the restaurant and cafe’s area, minutes walk to acropolis and with excellent public transport possibilities. Costantinos(the manager) is very responsive and helpful., helped us with the luggage, provided us with everything we needed and all with a big smile!!! Nothing
