• Vaibhav (1/5): Not worth the money they charged - Its near to tourist destinations . We had 3 rooms . In 2 bed rooms we had ac which was barely working . In livining room ac is at such spot thats its of no use . Power kept on triping . Washroom Door handles where broken . Bed frames are old . I will need pages if i keep write about my stay in this aparment .

• Evgeny (4/5): Terrible .. - The location is great. Santa Maria del Fiore is a 15-minute walk away along the streets full of cafes and shops. A great fresh food market and Carrefour are a 5-minute walk away. The place is really noisy, there is always shouting in the bar under the windows. The apartment is large, on the 3nd floor, without an elevator. It is not comfortable to live in it. There are 2 toilets listed. One toilet is large, and the other is 1m square, which contains a 50 x 70 cm shower, all the water flows onto the floor. Only a baby can move there. But that is not the most important thing. The main thing is that the boiler does not work. First you have to drain the water so that it becomes warm water, and then suddenly, when you are in a lather, it starts pouring ice-cold from the hot tap!!! We wrote to the owner. A day later, a repairman came, tweaked something, the water in the tap became warmer, but the heating turned off, and it was 0 degrees outside!! The air conditioner did not work for heating. As a result, we got sick and spent 3 days in bed in an ice-cold room! The bed linen and towels were clean, BUT! On a 2-bed bed (and these are just 2 narrow beds next to each other) in a large duvet cover there is a small blanket, and it is enough to reach the knee! The pillows were wooden, you can’t sleep on them. It turned out that these were pillows from the sofa in the living room! Is it really impossible to buy a normal blanket and pillows for 100€ for the 2500€ we paid for 7 nights?! Maybe the owner wants to return the money for 2 nights and pay the checks for the medicine? I have never seen such greed! Visitors, avoid this place and owner!
