• byrne (10/5): Truely a luxurious experience with excellent food and staff along with clean and spacious rooms. - The amenities were exceptional with a spacious rooms and bathrooms. We arrived late on check in and were still greeted with lovely staff which helped us up to the room and provided a lot of assistance. I couldn’t be happier with my stay here if I ever find myself being in Hanoi I will most certainly be returning to this hotel. I have no negatives for this accommodation nor about the staff or services.

The check in was so special, they brought out treats and a towel while I waited for around 2 min for my room despite booking same day due to an emergency. The laundry service was great as well. They washed all my colors separately which was nice of them and it was all folded so perfectly. Thanh was so attentive at the breakfast buffet. I was feeling sick and he brought me some plain white rice and ginger tea. So kind and lovely.

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Rooftopbar sowie das Restaurant bieten einen wunderbaren Blick über den Hoan Kiem See. Da wir früh abreisen mussten, konnten wir das Frühstück bereits eine halbe Stunde vor der eigentlichen Eröffnung des Buffets zu uns nehmen. Ich würde dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Nichts.
