- Rosa (9/5): Onsen! Retreat from the hussle areas. - Onsen on top floor with an outdoor pool option! Quiet area away from busy street. 15 min walk to shopping area, 8 min walk to restaurant area, close to large park. Small lobby.

- Durden (5/5): For the price we paid, it was not worth it. - The onsen was a nice perk We had a room with 2 twin beds for 3 people. The twin bed was way too small for 2 people. Overall, the room was too small and there was no room in the bathroom to put anything.

- Šimon (8/5): Great value for money - Great location, close to Osaka Umeda, Temma station & Tenjinbashi shopping street, where you can find some great restaurants. The room was very clean and the onsen was a great perk after a long day of walking. The bed is a bit small for 2 people and the bathroom and especially the toilet was a bit small even for me and I'm a small person.

- Chan (9/5): 很貼心的酒店 - 1. 服務態度非常好+貼心 我訂購了三大箱手辦 還有把一個29吋的行李箱寄過去 他們也願意接收 真的感動萬分 （之後還有幫手丟掉大箱 大箱大概都是差不多29吋行李箱的的尺寸或者更大） 看到我一個女生 很貼心的詢問是否需要幫忙拿上去11樓 還幫忙推到房間裏面 後來買了雪糕 房間的冰箱沒有辦法儲存 他們就幫我儲存了2天 我拿回去的時候時還詢問我是否需要吃雪糕的餐具 2. 房間床頭的位置可以調燈光的光暗 不用特地走去門的位置關燈 可以直接在床頭那邊充電 有浴缸 廁所有一點小 房間的位置也有一點小（把行李箱打開了通道就很難走了）

- Tania (8/5): Hotel correcto con buena relación calidad-precio - Está bastante bien ubicado y comunicado con varias líneas de metro. Caminando, está a unos veinte/treinta minutos de Osaka Station, lo que viene genial para las excursiones El baño era un poco antiguo y hay que poner el extractor un rato de la que llegas cada día para eliminar olores. Las lavadoras no están mal, pero las secadoras podrían ser mejores, con dos ciclos de secado parte de nuestra ropa seguía húmeda.

I would like some more english translations in there as I could view some foreigners not faimiliar with perhaps the Sauna mat or the cold bath. Also to uphold clealiness it would be great for all.

- John (9/5): - The hotel location is good. Though it is one subway stop from Umeda, it is near a shopping street with restaurants/cafes and in the old style, quiet neighborhood of Nakazakicho. My single room was clean and spacious with the hotel offering an eco-friendly accommodation service. The public bath on the top floor was most welcome after a day's walk. There's a self-checkin facility and staff readily assist those unfamiliar with it. Location is one subway stop on Tanimachi Line (from Higashi Umeda) which can easily be walked, but strenuous to push wheeled luggage. Umeda City Life is reasonably close. The best approach to the hotel from Nakazakicho Station is to exit at the start of shopping street (near 7-11), walk along it about 100 metres then turn right, walking under the Osaka Loopline track.

- HIROMI (10/5): お世話になりました。 - 天然温泉のあるこちらのホテル、ずっと宿泊してみたいと思っており、今回お得だったので利用させて頂きました。残念ながら都合が合わなくなり大浴場は利用できませんでしたが、お部屋にもユニットバスがあったので安心しました。立地も良くメトロ駅は直ぐ近く、JR駅だと徒歩10分程ですが大阪梅田駅方面に行く場合は大阪駅経由で行くよりも歩いて向かった方が早いと思います。 特にありません。

- Itaru (3/5): 価格に見合った施設ではない - 温泉が利用出来たこと 主要駅からの移動が不便 朝食が弁当だったことが残念 トイレが狭い フロントへの連絡が取れる内線電話が無く、自分の携帯で連絡しなければならなかった

- Yuko (4/5): お風呂がぬるい - ２名なのに４人部屋が用意されていて広々使えた 冬なので温泉のあるホテルにしたのに湯船がぬるかった。 フロントに言いに行くと、湯抜きをしたところなので温度が上がってくるとのこと。 それでも15時には温まってないとおかしいのではないか？ その後もぬるいままで変わらず。 温度管理はどうなっているのか？

- 弘毅 (7/5): コスパ抜群でした。 - 自動チェックイン機で名前を入力ししても「予約がありません」となり手続きができなかったが、フロントの方で担当がきちんとチェックインをやってくれた。 お風呂が広くてサウナ、露天風呂もあり気持ちよかった。 早い飛行機だってので、通常朝渡される時間（午前6時～）より少し早かったが、お弁当（おにぎり・おかずとお茶）を渡してくれた。 予約時の名前の読み方が間違っていたため、自動チェックイン機で手続きができなかった。 それ以外は全く問題ありませんでした。
