The place is in a safe ish area and has a super good restaurant around the corner The neighbours were non stop having bundabunda all the time screaming like maniacs. It didn’t matter we asked the people in charge to please ask them to be respectful and more quiet, nobody did anything. After many hours not being able to sleep, we had to go knock on their room multiple times for them to stop, leading with them continuing a minute after when we got back in bed. Imagine there were kids 🥲

• Jorge (8/5): - Un espacio muy fresco, siento que no era necesario escoger una habitación con aire acondicionado, el clima de Ibagué es fresco. Al personal del hotel le hace falta mejorar la atención con los huéspedes.

• May (7/5): Good value for money - Helpful and friendly receptionist. I could do laundry straight after arrival in the evening, to a very fair price, which was great. We we're 3 people in a 6 bed dorm, which felt comfortable. I found the bed a bit hard (I could feel the wooden board below the matress). The board of the top bunk was visably bent (sagging). There are only mixed dorms and no curtains around the beds. No sign outside the hostel, just a small card (and a mural of a beautiful bird) - so not that obvious to find when arriving.
