JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
Keep the property clean and tidy.
Washing up before check-out is kindly required, while stripping the beds would be appreciated but is by no means expected.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building.
Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:
Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.
Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. JOIVY will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid.
The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Şimşek (1/5): DISASTER! 1) While the temperature in Milan was 32 degrees, I experienced a temperature of 35 degrees in a penthouse apa - DISASTER! 1) While the temperature in Milan was 32 degrees, I experienced a temperature of 35 degrees in a penthouse apartment for 10 days. AND THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING. What's more frustrating is that even though I said many times that I had high blood pressure, it took 9 days for me to receive a concrete response on this issue. (During this time, I opened all the windows on opposite sides and tried to create air circulation in the house. Leaving all the windows open throughout the night was a security breach. I slept uneasily every night.) At the end of 9 days, they came to repair the air conditioner. HOWEVER, I could not use the air conditioner effectively, whose operating panel was incredibly difficult to understand, even after the repair. Only the house had reached a temperature where I could breathe and it was not cooling. I was now living at 27 degrees at 32 degrees. I have no information about a house I entered for the first time and they did not guide me on how to operate the air conditioner. 2) They said that they could provide a fan after the 3rd day when the air conditioner was not working. (Thank you very much!!!) Since I had my personal belongings at home, I did not want anyone to enter the house without my control and I insisted that I did not want this. I asked them to leave the fan they brought in front of the door of the house. When I came home, the fan was plugged into my bedroom... 3) We were 2 people at home. We specifically chose this house, which has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, so that we could be comfortable for 2 people, BUT the bed of the 2nd room was not suitable for someone to sleep on, when the bed was opened, the middle of the bed fell down, and it was broken. We spent 12 days as 2 people sharing the same room. 4) There are plates, pots and pans in the kitchen, but do not forget to bring your spoon and fork with you. Because everything is there, but the most basic need is not! - Punitkumar (1/5): Bad - It was not at at all easy to check-in. I didn't have international roaming but still I had to call the number and then after lot of effort, I could check-in. Nobody was taking care of guest to see, how they will check-in. There was central AC but during my stay it was not at all working. I complained and called many times but no body attended. It was horrible summer and can not stay without AC. While I repeatedly called, that person was telling nothing is going to happen if you keep on calling. "Keep the windows open" and let air blow!!! I spent two horrible night in this apartment!!

- Ramzi (5/5): Until all is corrected I don't advise anyone to go through what we went through - The apartment was spotless, spacey and well furnished The location was good The checkin and checkout procedures and access to apartment were very complicated and not friendly at all The contact person did not offer any help The kitchen was not well-equipped, missing essentials
