• Olena (10/5): Рекомендую хозяйке предупреждать заранее что при включение духовки больше ничего не включать и вообще её лучше заменить - Понравилось расположение апартаментов, большой балкон, удобные кровати, много разной посуды . Бассейн подогреваемый и с морской водой . Нас не предупредили что когда включаешь духовку, больше никакие приборы не должны быть включены , поэтому у нас выключился свет, хороший что я была с мужем и он все починил. Комплекс хороший, но старый и многие лежаки у бассейна сломаны , разбито стекло в входную дверь в комплекс. И нам не повезло , так как во время нашего визита был ремонт в соседних двух апартаментах и было очень шумно и летела пыль

• Emyr Gwyn Hughes (2/5): Great complex - very disappointing property. - Location is great and the pool area at the complex was excellent, being clean and well maintained. This is a 1 Bed Studio, not the advertised 1 Bed Apartment. The Studio seriously needs an upgrade, as it is very "tired". This is also the least clean apartment we have stayed at.
• Amanda (7/5): Great location but apartment in desperate need of some TLC - - Great location - Lovely clean complex with two pools, one of which was heated - Lovely view from large balcony of the pool area and the sea - 5 ltr bottle of water in fridge on arrival (much appreciated) - Washing machine - Flat screen smart TV - Apartment very dated and furniture shabby - Coffee table pushed up against TV unit as TV unit doors would not stay closed - Uncomfortable sofa - Old mattress with a hole where one of the springs was poking through (caught leg on more than one occasion) - Bedding and towels smelled stale on arrival (had to wash them before use) - Microwave working but did not 'count down' (would have stayed on forever!) - Apartment backed on to bins - woken every morning at around 3.30am and 6.30am

• Lisa (10/5): Clean, comfortable seafront accommodation in a perfect location close to bars, beaches, and restaurants. - I had a lovely stay at the Seafront Royal Garden Mile in Playa de las Américas. The location is excellent — right by the seafront and within easy walking distance of bars, beaches, and plenty of great restaurants. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, which made the stay very relaxing. Perfect if you want to be close to everything while still having a pleasant place to unwind. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the area.

Great location with plenty of bars and restaurants in easy reach Close to beach for my morning walk and swim Nowhere to store luggage if you arrive on an early flight like we did, but they did manage to get the apartment ready 2 hours earlier than they told us originally.

• Mattias (8/5): - The location is perfect, it really is... close to the beach with a nice pool for the kids and family. We like to have a kitchen and its Walking distance to a grocery shop. Small things like we both would have liked some bigger pillows in the beds... Apart from small things like that, everything was really nice and you get what you see on the pictures. we had a very nice stay!!

• keith (10/5): - The apartment is in a great position, just off the Golden mile , and has a seaview. Everything in the apartment was brand new, as it had just had a refurbishment. Kathe was extremely helpful. Will definitely be coming back.
• Martin (3/5): Avoid - Air con was good Very rude host, the main door lock code was changed and I wasn’t told this. I ended up missing a show I booked because of this. The towels are cheap, kitchen cupboard doors falling off.

• Barry (10/5): What an Amazing stay. !!! - Lovely spacious apartment with huge terrace. All emanates included and the host was very good and left all directions sent to my phone. So close to the beach only minute walk away and the pool area was amazing There was nothing I didn’t like and will absolutely use this apartment in my future visits to Tenerife. The only thing I could say is there are no sun umbrellas around the pool area but there is a shaded area, but this is nothing to do with the apartment.

• Mariusz (9/5): Całkiem fajne miejsce w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji! - Lokalizacja - blisko oceanu i najlepszej plaży w tej okolicy oraz restauracji, sklepów i ścisłego centrum miejscowości, jednakże trochę na uboczu, co daje komfort Strefa basenowa - wszystko poza „rezerwacjami” leżaków ręcznikami Cena - dobra relacja ceny zwłaszcza w kontekście lokalizacji Wyposażenie - było w zasadzie wszystko co potrzebne (w tym ręczniki i parasole plażowe, a także rzeczy mniej istotne jak żelazko czy suszarka) Duszno w aneksie sypialnym (niewystarczająca cyrkulacja powietrza i brak zasięgu klimatyzacji), słaby odpływ wody pod prysznicem, mieszkanie jest znacznie mniejsze niż wskazano w opisie (ma ok 35m2 a nie 50m2)

• Yann (7/5): Appartement bien mais ATTENTION avec un problème de sécurité (voir mon commentaire) - L'appartement était agréable et propre. Petites attentions à l'arrivée du propriétaire. Le logement était bien équipé et bien placé. ATTENTION : Le fait que le propriétaire ne répare pas son appartement. Le côté gauche des deux baies vitrées (chambre + pièce principale) ne peuvent être verrouillées car elles sont cassées (il y a du scotch à l'intérieur et de l'extérieur il suffit de pousser les baies vitrées pour pénétrer dans l'appartement ,(cela ne se voit pas a l'intérieur car c'est derrière le rideau).Il est très facile de passer d'une terrasse à une autre (juste en enjambant un petit parapet) et la porte avec code en bas est quasiment toujours bloquée en position ouverte par une société qui a ses locaux ici. La location n'est pas donnée et le bien doIt pouvoir être fermée. En cas de vol ce n'est pas le propriétaire qui nous remboursera. Il m'a dit que la résidence était safe, pas de problème (avec une désinvolture !!!) mais tous les appartements à côté sont des appartements avec boîte à clefs, donc les personnes changent en permanence. J'ai été raisonnable sur la notation car l'appartement était bien, mais je ne l'aurai pas loué si j'avais connu ce problème. Je pousse les prochains locataires a baisser peu a peu la note si le proprio ne répare pas, le prix fait que l'on doit pouvoir laisser des affaires sensibles dans le logement. Si le propriétaire ne veut pas le faire réparer, il doit préciser ce problème dans son annonce pour que les gens qui louent sache a quoi s'attendre

• Nataliia (10/5): I highly recommend this hotel. - It was an amazing experience! The apartment was perfect, big rooms with huge terrace. I had a feeling like I was in a separate house. The double bed was huge and we had the comfortable single bed for our daughter. The pillows were comfortable. The location is the best, across the road is a sea, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. I would like to pay special attention to the beach. The beach here is amazing , the sand is very nice. This apartment in real more better than on the photos. We will definitely come here again ! Also, you can use an Uber taxi or others to get to the airport, it’s so convenient just 20 minutes. Or you can use a bus as well. Nothing.

The appartement, although a bit on the small side, is fine, nice terrace overlooking pool and sea, sun all day! We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked fine. We were with 1 adult and 3 children (10, 13, 13). There is one queen bed, unfortunately there are no 2 separate matrasses; the bed in the living room is small for two (small) teenagers. Every night at 2, glass is being collected, making quite some noise; not something the owner can do anything about, but it can be disrupting, depending how deep you sleep or not

No door into bedroom so our child was in the room with us even though the booking said one bedroom apartment and the AC was not great - we had to request an additional fan which was provided.
• Inez (8/5): Great - Location is great, Apartment has everything you need. Host kindly left some lovely coffee pods and water for us with was much appreciated. Lots of really good restaurants nearby (our favourite was "Friends" just around the corner, breakfast at Buzz was good too) all good, if I had to pick anything I would have prefer nicer bed linen but that's just being picky. Location is the most important thing and the apartment is in a great spot. Near shops, beach and restaurants

Whats app her for her to meet us she came in 10 minutes. Text her while was their for some information and she replied very quickly and answered our question. Overall excellent stay. • Bernie (10/5): Will be back! - Location-beside beach/town centre/pool/restaurants/shops...yet peaceful at night. Apartment had so much, so clean, extras like towels/pillows/coffee pods/complimentary biscuits and bottled water...a real home from home. My husband has poor mobility but the Apartment was very accessible with a grab rail in the shower, ramps in and out of the building for a mobility scooter, close to the accessible part of the beach where the lifeguards made sure my husband got a sea swim! Kathe was at the end of the phone and very attentive. Thank you, Kathe. Lift was a bit temperamental but worked most of the time. Otherwise everything was great.

Apartment had everything we needed. It could do with a little updating of the furniture. Smart television was great. The views were good. As I said above the furniture could do with a little updating. Linen was ok but again could do with renewing. Over all very good.

When we had a question, she answered immediately, and we couldn't have asked for more. There was no air conditioning at all. We really needed it at night. This was our only negative point.

It is such a lovely Quiet area to relax and situated in a good location for a nice walk along the beach to both Las Americas and Los Cristanos.. The special touches of snacks ,drinks, and Pool/Beach towels was a lovely gesture from the owner. I will definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends and will definitely be returning for another relaxing holiday.

She agreed to come fix it monday but never showed up so never had a working safe for the whole holiday. The AC was also difficult to work but eventually got it.
