• Parajdi (7/5): Kellemes volt,leszámítva a hangzavart. - A lakás szép helyen helyezkedett el,elsőre csendesnek is tűnt.Tiszta,mindennel felszerelt szobák voltak,közel 2 metrómegállóhoz,üzletekhez. A lakás nem jól szigetelt,alattunk ment el a földalatti így esténként ezek dübörgése megnehezítette a pihenést,valamint a felső szomszéd folyamatos járkálása is hallatszott a lakásba.
• JAVIER (9/5): - La ubicación, en una zona muy bonita, a poca distancia de Kensington gardens y Kensington Palace. Cercana a metro y supermecado. Me gusto lo bien aprovechado que está el apartamento. Buena la atención del dueño, que estuvo pendiente tanto a nuestra llegada, como en el momento de la partida, ofreciéndonos facilitar el desplazamiento a el aeropuerto. La cercanía a la estación de metro.

• Betül Eylül (9/5): It was a lovely experience in a very beautiful neighborhood. - The flat was very beautiful and clean. I stayed with my mother and it was perfect for us. Watching the trains pass by from the kitchen window was surprisingly delightful. The neighborhood was lovely as well. Being located between two tube stations made it very easy to get anywhere we needed. Highly recommended. The only issue was that it got a bit cold at night, but since we were out all day and only came back to sleep, it wasn’t a big problem for us. We didn’t request any additional help because the duvets were enough to manage.
• Leigh (8/5): I would stay here again but it'd be good for a few things to be improved. - Good location. Nice apartment with a good amount of space and a lovely, walk-in type of shower. Some nice touches like plenty of coffee sachets for the machine. Some of the amenities could have been better. For example, there were no oven gloves, tea towels etc... We had to use a towel for the former. Also, the bath towels were too small to be used for that really.

• peter (2/5): avoid this place - VERY noisy, trains run under floor. none of the 3 wall-mounted radiators worked and only one of the two supplementary radiations. Bathroom radiatior didn't work - was freezing in there.
• sylvia (8/5): We are retired, we wake up early but not good for the night owls - Location, clean, ground floor The trains run below this apt. Next door MAJOR renovations. Workers arrived around 7:30 am and from then it was very loud banging and screeching etc

• Nancy (5/5): Quality of place very low, location and property manager saved the day. - Location, kitchen was well equipped. Pete the property manager was fabulous- brought us fans and figured out how to put something over the window cause the curtain was broken and sun was blaring into the living room making it even hotter. Beds were horrible, sheets, towels and pillow extremely low quality for the price I paid. No useful fans on first night there. No curtain on big window in living room making it hotter, and sun coming in hard to sleep. Overall very disappointed
• Hannah (10/5): A perfect stay for a family in London - It was in a perfect location! Charming Kensington, close to PT, restaurants and Hyde park. It was spacious, quiet, clean and welcoming. Nothing!
• Ana (6/5): Unhappy - Location is in a good area , close to central London Under the property is the underground line, and the noise is inconvenient,we barely could sleep. Were ant in all the rooms and bathroom, and heating didn't work ( we had to use the other type of devices.
• Nancy (8/5): Very good - The apartment was perfect and its location is very convenient to get around. It's close to the train tracks and I could hear the trains in the evening. Also I could hear the neighbors upstairs in the morning and evening. It was a problem to sleep.
• Justina (7/5): Good - Close to the museums, metro, buses. Easy to reach everything. From the first sight flat is equiped with everything you might need. Do not recomend if traveling in winter, as doors are seethrough, windows not changed, flors is cold as ice, especially in the bathroom. Heating was working, but not efficiently, it was very cold even with two additional radiators. The bathroom needs renovations, its neither a bath nor a pool, very difficult to get in. If You do not like metro, You also should not stay there as the flat is over the metro line and You can hear and feel it.

• Michelle (6/5): Cost vs location vs comfort were about average. - We loved the location for easy access to several tube stations. The area was quiet and sits at a dead end street. We were happy to have 2 spaces for sleeping even though one was a couch pull out. The area of Kensington around there is lovely, the local pub and bakery is delicious . The mattress in the bedroom was not very comfortable at all. The couch bed also was hard, but more expected. If you are a light sleeper, the train runs often and exactly behind the property, and it is loud. We honestly only slept there, our days were full leaving at 9AM and returning late evening.

• Zainab (10/5): A delightful, spotless place with a fantastic host! - The neighborhood is super charming, and the location is perfect—right near Hyde Park and super convenient for all the work I needed to do. Highly recommend this spot for its convenience and lovely setting! Plus, the place was spotless, which made my stay even better. The host was also fantastic with communication, making sure everything went smoothly. The nearby tube was a bit noisy and there was some mold on the bathroom mirror. These didn’t significantly affect my stay, but a little upkeep would make this place nearly perfect.

• Paula (7/5): We loved the location. Being above the train line didn't bother any of us as we were out most days. - The location was perfect for us. And we could easily walk and have breakfast/dinner etc Would definitely stay again. The apartment could have been cleaner. My feet got dirty from the floors. The inside doors were very grubby where all the hands had been touching them. Would be easy to clean. The stretch to get across the bath and into the shower would be tricky for some. We managed ok.
• Michael (8/5): Great location, good value, recommended - Wonderful location. Quiet street. Close to transport and walking distance to many popular sights. Close to parks. Good communication from the hosts. The flat is clean, well appointed with a good sized living area and separate bedroom. There is some noise from the trains running under the building but it is not annoying or uncomfortable. The flat is at street level so privacy could be an issue for some but it is in a quiet cul-de-sac so we didn’t find it a problem. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom so this might be a problem for more than a single or couple. We were a party of three and it worked okay.
• S (8/5): Great Location, easy access, lovely neighborhood - Great Location, safe neighborhood, ease of access to central London. Well stocked tea, coffee and milk. Ease of use of appliances and adequate cookware. Clean and neat bedsheets & towels. It's a lovely stay in a lovely neighborhood and a just a quick walk to the nearest bus stand & station to commute around. Walking distance to nearby museums and parks. Toiletries can be improved upon, as well as the bit of mold in the bathroom can be addressed. The place is listed as air conditioned, but there is availability of a pedestal fan, which is inadequate for two rooms in summer heat.
• Carolyn (9/5): Fantastic location and clean apartment - Great location near Hyde Park. Beautiful and clean interior. Roomy apartment no one felt underfoot. Wasn’t disclosed it was right above a train line so the noise from the train would keep up light sleepers. Otherwise it was fantastic.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Clean, cute, affordable - Clean, cute, spacious, in an uncrowded neighborhood that felt safe. Host bought a fan and had it delivered to us very quickly after we arrived. Host was friendly and welcoming. The room included wifi, hair dryer, refrigerator, coffee pot, and towel warmer. Check in was easy as the key was in a lock box by the door. Listing said unit had air conditioning but there was only heat. With windows open it's nice, but there's a noisy train that goes by frequently. Host uses WhatsApp, so make sure you download that before you go (couldn't get it to verify/download while I was there). Just minor things - overall would recommend.

• Martina (8/5): Nice apartment in a nice location, would stay again for a short trip - Nice location, clean apartment, spacious enough for family of 5 (3 little kids), clear instructions about checkin and checkout, quick communication, nothing to really complain about ( and enough extra heating in case you were cold), coffee machine with pods, kitchen equipped enough for basic cooking, things for cleaning and washing up available; helpful with the checkout and our luggage could be left for a little longer - which was really useful with little kids Small fridge/ equipment of the kitchen - for longer stay of 4 people if they cook more then just heating up food - it´s not enough cuttlery, plates and cups for 4 - if you do not wash up after every meal, also the cooker is just for 2 pots, the saucepans and pans are all nonsticking cover - which is of course damaged when a lot of guests are using it (not talking about the toxicity) - shame they do not have at least stainless steal pots which cannot be scratched so easily. And no tray in the oven. But these are not really complaints, just the things to be ready for and maybe could be improved Also the bathroom is getting mouldy in some parts so this could be taken care of - and cleaned more properly And last thing that is not stated anywhere (but you can see if you check it on the map) - it is straight above underground tunnel, so for some people it might be noisy, for our kids it was a great attraction :), and it wasn too bad, for light sleepers it might be a problem :)

• Mclane (9/5): Great Location, comfortable setting, great price! - The Mews Apartment in Kensington was clean and well appointed. We made use of the coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The Mews Apartment was in a great location for our purpose of walking to the Museum of Natural History. We also enjoyed walking to High Kensington st Being new to London it was a little confusing finding the exact location of the apartment. A kind neighbor pointed us in the right direction. I wish I had received specific information on how to get into the apartment before we arrived. I called the contact number after we arrived. Ronnie was very informative and we got in!
