• Ilona (2/5): Super Lage, aber schlaflose Nächte - Die Lage ist sehr zentral und fußläufig zum Trevi Brunnen und der spanischen Treppe. Bei der Ankunft gab es kleine Schwierigkeiten bis wir den Schlüssel erhalten haben, weil ein anderer Gast unseren ausversehen aus dem Schließfach genommen hat. Vor Ort war leider niemand da und so mussten wir per WhatsApp das klären. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und wir konnten nachts nicht schlafen aufgrund des Lärms - Fenster haben leider nicht gegen den Straßenlärm standgehalten und Wände nicht gegen den vom Aufzug. Ab 2 h starteten die Straßenräumungen und es wurden Glascontainer geleert.

• greta (9/5): The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was very responsive, - I loved the comfortable apartment - everything was just like in the photos. It was very clean, and the host was attentive and responsive. The check-in process was smooth. The street noise was a bit disturbing at night and made it hard to sleep.

• Maria (9/5): Superb - Easy check in. Host was accommodating when we requested extra pillows, they provided it right away. Location is near trevi fountain. On our 2nd stay, we got into the room without electricity. That was around 8-9pm. So we called the host and there was a problem with the electricity provider. We were asked to transfer to another apartment for the mean time. We opted to stay overnight without electricity. At the same time, he got his technician to fix the problem which took.a while. In the end, it was fixed and we didnt need to transfer. I also didnt like the smell of the elevator.

• Robert (9/5): Superb - A huge apartment with two large bedrooms and a huge living room and two bathrooms, everything is clean
• Shun (6/5): convenient and clean - location very good a bit noisy early morning with garbage disposal work downstairs
• Jane (8/5): Very convenient and spacious, with luxury of an extra bathroom. - Spacious and clean. 2 large bathrooms are a real luxury in Europe. The huge fluffy towels were even more luxurious. While the washing machine was broken, the host arranged for our laundry to be done for us. The front bedroom was a bit noisier, but the back one was very quiet. Kitchen larger with large appliances and dishwasher. Located by itself on the 4th floor but with a reliable lift and very secure door and locks. The location was excellent. Steps from a dozen restaurants and a grocery store and pharmacy as well as close to the Piazza Barberini hop on hop off bus tour stop. A lovely walk to the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. It was also interesting to discover that the building was a former home to a saint. Washing machine wasn’t functioning (but host arranged for laundry to be done) and an espresso machine and toaster would have been nice - but cafes literally outside the door.
