• Jakub77 (5/5): - Large house, fully equipped kitchen, etc. Free parking space for the car. Close to the metro station and with easy access to the city center. Since check-in, there was a problem with the heating and the temperature in the house was between 14–18 degrees. Only small heaters were available, which could warm up the bedroom a bit but not the whole house. During the 5-day stay, the issue was not fixed.
• Vjačeslavs (1/5): The worst experience ever! - There was absolutely nothing to like in that place This place is horrible - messy, cluttered, smelly and dirty. The closets are full of personal dirty worn underwear and bedding. Upstairs the room is cluttered with broken furniture and old stuff. The place is cold and is shared with noisy next-room neighbors, separated by a thin door. It was very cold with heating not properly working, we were not given any bedding for the 5th person on our reservation, we had to leave the place because it was not suitable for family holiday. After this we were literally robbed by the owners, making us pay for the cleaning as a punishment for cancelled reservation. Do not fall for this place - the pictures do not show the mess and clutter and do not convey the smell and noise. Zero stars!

• Markus (10/5): Grosses Haus mit Garten in ruhigem Quartier - Sehr geräumiges Haus über drei Stockwerke in einem ruhigen Quartier. Parkplatz gratis in der Strasse vor dem Haus. Sitzplatz und Lounge im Garten. Am ersten Tag hat es stark nach indischem Essen gerochen. Über der Küche ist eine andere Wohnung von der man jeden Tritt hört. In der Nachbarschaft wird gebaut aber keine Angst vor der Kirche. Diese ist nicht mehr in Betrieb. Der Garten ist nicht gepflegt.
• Gabor (3/5): Achtung Mehrkosten! Vermieter ist nicht ehrlich. - Das Haus ist grundsätzlich ok. Öffentliche Ladestation für Elektroauto direkt vor dem Haus (Langsam). Quartier ist ruhig & sicher. Der Vermieter verlangt eine Kaution über Truvi, was auf jeden Fall Mehrkosten ergibt, die nicht transparent ausgewiesen werden. Die Info ist ganz unten in der Beschreibung versteckt. Nach der Buchung kriegt man auf einmal Mails mit einem Link. Wir mussten 50 Pfund mehr bezahlen, als Booking angegeben hat! Und das über Truvi, eine dubiose Website mit einer miserablen Trustpilot Bewertung. Das ist schlichtweg Betrug. Booking Kundendienst war keine Hilfe. Vermieter taucht nie auf, weder für Checkin noch für Checkout. Er verlangt also eine Kaution, gibt einem aber keine Gelegenheit, das Haus beim Checkout kontrollieren zu lassen. Man muss sich darauf verlassen, dass nicht im Nachhinein Forderungen gestellt werden wegen angeblicher Schäden. Er traut also den Gästen nicht, aber die Gäste müssen ihm vertrauen. Check-in ist ab 15:00 Uhr, wir mussten aber bis 19:00 warten, weil noch nicht fertig geputzt war! Keine Entschädigung dafür, nur ständige Drohungen mit Mehrkosten, zB. falls man die Küche nicht sauber putzen würde. In der haben wir übrigens nicht eine saubere Pfanne gefunden und haben es daher vorgezogen, auswärts zu essen. Das Haus ist im Normalfall offenbar von einer Familie bewohnt, die wohl in den Ferien war. Nicht alle Zimmer sind zugänglich, diverse Schränke mit persönlichem Inhalt wurden aber vergessen abzuschliessen. Fühlt sich etwas komisch an. Die nächsten U-Bahn Stationen sind ziemlich weit weg, 20min Fussmarsch oder 3 Busstationen. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.
