• Ana (10/5): - It rarely happens that an apartment turns out to be better than what is presented in the photos and description. First of all, we easily agreed on both the check-in and check-out. The apartment has everything needed for an optimal stay, including an iron and ironing board, laundry detergent capsules, trash bags, cleaning and hygiene products, and we were even welcomed with two bottles of water. The terrace, although small, is more than sufficient. The apartment is exceptionally clean, and the furniture is new. Since we explored a large part of Athens, we concluded that this neighborhood is the best as a base and has an incredible vibe. Across the street there are great bars for going out, supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, which is more than worth the money. P.S. We’re sorry we didn’t think to take photos — it looks like we’ll have to come back ASAP 🤣 -

• Lohla (9/5): Wonderful place to stay in Athens. - The property was clean and close to grocery/convenience stores in the area. The acropolis was not that far of a walk either. We thought the assortment of dishes and cooking utensils was odd. We also couldn’t find a baking sheet for the oven, but this did not affect our thoughts on the stay!
• Lucía belen (9/5): Lindo departamento, bien ubicado. Ideal 2 personas. - La ubicación fantástica. El anfitrión muy atento y amable, respondía rápido a todas nuestras inquietudes. Eramos 3 personas y sentimos que estaba un poco chico, para 2 personas puede funcionar mejor. El colchón de la cama para 2 estaba bastante hundido en el centro y el del sillón-cama era bastante delgado (por eso también pienso que no es muy cómodo para 3 personas).

• Roghaiyeh (4/5): I wouldn't recommend it. - It was clean. We rented for three people. It was advertised as 1 full bed and one double bed. However, there was a double bed and one convertible, non comfortable bed. From the mattress, you could feel the metal because the mattress was so tin. The double bed was making noise in every turn, so you had to avoid moving. Otherwise, the noise was making others awake. We rented for three people but the place is not suitable and big enough for three people. Even they had only 2 spoons, 2 tea cups, 2 chairs, etc. It's not a place for 3 people. We arrived a bit later than we expected due to flight delay, it was about 4 am we arrived. I was confused with the code to open the box where keys were kept. The reason was that I had received a picture with a code and a message with a different code. It was my mistake to forget about the code in the massage, and I was trying the code from the picture. we couldn’t open the door. We had to call the owner, he was super angry why we were calling him at that time of the morning, no freindly or supportive at all. The room has a small balcony, which it is the only light source of the room, and you have to turn on the light even during the day. Even though there was a mosquito net, I had no idea how mosquito kept coming in and finally no smoth sleeping.

• Teresa (10/5): Exceptional - Antonis has been very helpful since day one... always available to help with anything he can, and he helped me a lot! The area is a little more than 1km from downtown. I choose so I can find parking. In March is easy to find parking...but I am afraid isn't that easy on summertime. I was surprised to see the attentions to details. I definitely recommend the studios.

• Dawid (9/5): Superb - Great modern mini apartament, small but well planned. Great shower with lots of space. Helpful caretaker In march it was challanging to find a parking spot but localisation compensates it. Big bed too soft. There could be more bedding

The owner is welcoming and helpful, was always in touch. He brought me several new blankets when it got cold outside and helped with a courier. Thank you
