• Katharina (1/5): - Die Lage ist gut. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sporadisch eingerichtet. Alles ist Fleckig. Also am Bett und auf den Teppichen sond Flecken. Am Bettzeig waren lange schwarze Haare. Im Bad war lediglich ein Duschvorhang als Duschantrennung der geschimmelt hat. Nach einer Beschwerde beim Vermieter und Booking werde der Duschvorhang entfernt. Das war alles, sauber gemacht wurde nicht. Wir haben die Unterkunft nach einer Nacht verlassen. Es gab keine Einsicht vom Vermieter und keine Unterstützung von Booking. Sehr enttäuschend.

• Bettinelli (10/5): Sono molto soddisfatta del soggiorno. - Era in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere tante zone della città. Inoltre è un bellissimo appartamento esattamente come in foto. La pulizia era buona ma non ottima, mancavano stoviglie e il bagno non ha alcuna areazione.
• Bianca (10/5): We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in dit appartement. Qua locatie en voorzieningen een aanrader! - De locatie was heel centraal, dichtbij de supermarkt, winkels en restaurantjes en ook dichtbij alle verzamelpunten voor de diverse activiteiten. N.v.t.

• Yasmina (6/5): - La ubicación, muy próximo al centro comercial y restaurantes. Éramos 7 pero para una estancia corta no está mal de espacio, eran dos habitaciones y sofá cama. El check-in es a partir de las 16.00h pero pudimos dejar las maletas en la oficina pagando una cuota. El mobiliario está un poco antiguo y las puertas de los armarios parece que van a romper cuando las abres. No había suficiente menaje en la cocina para 7 personas y el lavavajillas no funcionaba bien. Tuvimos que ir a la oficina para que nos explicaran cómo ponerlo en marcha pero aún así no se disuelve la pastilla del jabón y los platos no quedan bien limpios. La cortina de la ducha tenía moho.

• Alycia (6/5): Great location and large enough for a family of five. - Great location, walking distance to city centre and all tour companies offices. Very central and easy to get transport. Property was very dated, facilities were average. Kitchen didn’t have all necessary cooking tools or basic staples provided. There was no laundry facility.

• Martijn (9/5): Very nice, spacious appartment at great location right next to the center of Rovaniemi. - Spacious appartment: double en-suite bedroom + another double bedroom + a small single bed room + sleeping sofa in the living room. Would advise for companies of two adults and/or families of max 5. Dishwasher present, fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location - right across the street from the city center. Key was to be fetched at 'Book Lapland' - 5m walking distance. Good Wifi, big TV in living room, towels & bedlinnen all taken care off. Heating was already on when arriving, very comfortable. It wasn't very clear how/where to fetch the keys until we found the 'Booklapland' office. Then things went fine.

• Ewan (2/5): Stay marred by false advertising bordering on fraud. - The apartment was fine - superb location, OK furnishing, good support. It was advertised and booked on the basis of having 3 bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room and this is a LIE - it is a 2 bedroom apartment.
• Lovell (9/5): Great location and spacious place right in the city centre. - Great location, right next to the main street, restaurants and supermarkets. We were 5 adults and 3 kids, and the space was enough for the all of us.
