• Dominika (9/5): Dobre miejsce blisko plaży na krótki pobyt wakacyjny. - Lokalizacja 10 minut spacerem do plaży Malvarossa. Niedaleko sklepy, restauracje. Apartament dobrze wyposazony na krótki pobyt. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. W apartamencie klimatyzacja, grzejnik łazienkowy (na wysuszenie kostiumów kąpielowych) oraz wiatrak w części sypialnianej. Dzięki temu można przeżyć, ponieważ apartament bardzo szybko się nagrzewa w ciągu dnia. Podobało nam się również wyjście bezpośrednio na plac zabaw (byliśmy z dziećmi). Prysznic walk in - woda wylewała się na podłogę przy każdym wzięciu prysznica.

• Lorna (8/5): This is a great place to stay. Location, convenience and clean. - Location and simplicity. I only needed a place to sleep. Amenities were sparse. But my stay didn’t need them. There weren’t extra towels for bathroom or for kitchen. And there were no paper towels-a convenient option for the lack of towels.
• Robert (10/5): - Me and my girlfriend, were spending in the apartment 11 nights. Apartment is nice, bed is comfy, owners prepared everything: towels, capsules for coffee, laundry gel, shower gel and shampoo - we couldnt complain on anything. It was not noisy neighourhood, comunication to the center is really good - 3mins walking to bus 92 (going to north of center) and 31 (goin to south of center). Walking to beach (especially to spot where U could play beachvolleball - which was the most important for Us) was 15mins walking. Communication with owners was also without problem. We totally recommend the apartment

• Angelika (10/5): Świetny, przytulny apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji blisko plaży. - Apartament jest bardzo przytulny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony – w środku znajduje się wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu (np. suszarka do włosów, suszarka na ubrania, ręczniki, żelazko). Lokalizacja jest dużym atutem, ponieważ mieszkanie znajduje się blisko plaży Malvarrosa oraz w urokliwej dzielnicy Cabañal, gdzie można poczuć prawdziwy klimat Walencji. Okolica jest spokojna. Do plaży można dojść w kilka minut spacerem, co sprawia, że to idealne miejsce zarówno na relaks, jak i zwiedzanie miasta. Spora ilość autobusów (kilka przystanków w okolicy apartamentu), kawiarnie, sklepy spożywcze. Kontakt z gospodarzem był bardzo dobry – wszystko przebiegło sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce osobom, które chcą spędzić miły pobyt w Walencji, blisko morza i w komfortowych warunkach.

• Parra (9/5): tranquila y armoniosa - la comodidad y facilidades del loft. te hacen sentir casi que como en casa! Cuenta con todo lo necesario para poder vivir. Lo unico que no me gusto es el tema de los zancudos, no se como pero cada día seguian apareciendo. no tiene nada que ver con el loft, pero como recomendación para que la gente que se aloje ahí compre un repelente o un spray para los zancudos!

The communication for check-in was excellent, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, which was very convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The apartment offers great value for the price - Area you need to walk towards beach is bit sketchy. - No Window in room
