- Rangana (7/5): - Not bad. It is good Need to keep a broom, bin bags and clean some places.
- Sharon (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing Place was filthy, cupboard doors hanging off, carpets were disgusting, windows couldn't be locked properly, tap and shower were broken. Stunk of smoke, windows were filthy. I have asked for a full refund, as I booked this for my husband and our best friend, over here visiting from NZ. It was not acceptable accommodation at all, but there was nothing left to move them too, as it was so late in the day. Would not recommend this place at all.
- Jason (3/5): It's a bed. However, I shoud have read the reviews. Book the caravan park next time - The rubbish in the garden, the collapsed fence, the stolen TV, the broken AC, the washing (Bed sheets & towels) still in the washing machine, the broken kitchen cupboards Just spend a couple thousand dollars cleaning up the rubbish, the garden, the collapsed fence, a lick of paint, new curtains and a good clean & the reviews would be so much better. Take some pride in what you are offering
- Bryan (1/5): Very poor for what I paid for 2 nights - Nothing Broken appliances, broken tiles throughout the house
Rubbish bins were overflowing which I tidied up myself
False advertising on the entire property
Saved 20 plus photos of evidence to my iCloud
- Flynne (1/5): Poorly maintained - Air con worked Brocken cupboard doors and knobs loose. Not enough pillows.towels.spoons.chairs. light globes not working.dirty entrance.brocken fans.
- Mac Geraghty (1/5): Probably the worst place I have stayed - Bathroom and toilet were clean. Upon arrival, dirty dishes in the sink.Doors missing or hanging off the kitchen cabinets. Found old food in the oven & the bin wasn’t empty.

- Katrina (9/5): -
- Stefano Pepe (7/5): - Location They keep double booking rooms and manager impossible to cintact
- Catherine (4/5): Not worth it - The location was okay because it was in residential area. No complimentary breakfast. The unit property is not well cleaned in and out. Microwave is not safe to use it is rusty. Utensils, plates, and cups are inside a dusty cupboard. Washing pad is worned out and old. Not safe to use. Stained carpets and beds. Soiled bed sheet are inside the cabinet. Washed towels are left unhang in the washine machine. Property owner unreachable.
- Corrine (1/5): Extremely disappointed. - Property was close to everything Arrived late with both front doors wide open. Had to sleep in dirty sheets, beds unmade, 2 towels for 6 of us. Nothing clean, could not cook with rusty saucepans and frypan. One small roll of toilet paper, absolutely nothing supplied. Contacted owner, said she’d contact me back but never did.
- Anna (2/5): Very unhappy with the cleanliness of the house for the price we paid. No wifi either. - nothing Carpets were stained and smelt like vomit. Very untidy. Bathroom tap was broken. Not a good experience.
- Teena (3/5): disappointing - the fact i could cook and do my washing when needed the fact that i was broken into a couple of times and had food and clothing stolen, squatters coming in while i was at work, coming home to the smell of poo everyday
- Asharia (10/5): -
- Zanders (5/5): Could of been better - The main bed was probably the comfortable part Ants everywhere,we couldn't leave a packet of biscuits open on the bench, the fridge had ants in the inside of it, the fridge/freezer leaked water all over the floor almost slipped over, the cupboard door wore broken, the flyscreens and front/back doors need better locking systems.for over 200 a night wifi would be good, there was no yard/area for kids to play as overgrown weeds and not a tidy front area, and the lamp in main room was broken if I didn't walk in my child could of cut themselves on it

- Colbung (4/5): - Bedroom 2 mattress bottom bunk bed is old and has urine and blood stains on it. The mattress is too thin and my son's a FIFO worker hardly got any sleep. Front and back yards are filthy, need a gardener /landscaper. The air conditioner keeps cutting off, needs maintenance and only one pedestal fan the other is broken out by the recycling bin. Bins were full and back/front yard rubbish all over the ground. Only one toilet roll for three days, only one spare bin liner for 3-days. The freezer was dirty and there were 3-coke bottles in the freezer looked like they had been there for a couple of months. You need to employ a better Cleaner. It is a quiet location. You just need to change the mattress, fix the airconditioner and keep cutting out. Kalgoorlie is a hot place and not good for FIFO workers, fatigue is a major factor in mining. Safety comes first.

- Jan (5/5): Lucky it was just a stop over whilst travelling - Location was ok Booked for 3 Adults,3 kids. 2 towels which were questionable to use. Rubbish in front and back court yard.
- Meghan (1/5): See above - Breakfast not included. Location ok, a little out of centre of town. At 3pm when we arrived the cleaner was still there - kept waiting for 20 minutes. Only 3 towels and pillows for 4 people, no teatowels or dishwashing detergent, filthy pillowcase on 1 bed, no iron, 2 drinking glasses, no wine glasses or bowls. Also, the carpets in the bedrooms were absolutely putrid...covered with stains. I spoke to the owner as very disappointed and she actually sent someone around with everything except the iron the next day.
- Mark (7/5): - Hot water and kitchen Cleaner had not checked the microwave, had a TV dinner in there
- Jeffery (8/5): - It's an older style house that's been converted into units, but it has plenty of room with 2 bedrooms with double beds and the front room having a sleepout with a single bed. Looks can be deceiving, and in this case, the outside doesn't depict the quality of the room. If I ever need a place to stay in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, this will be the first choice.
- Willhemina (4/5): Still waiting for a response to our refund We had to leave early If we hadn’t had a death in the family - Location facilities No towels to travel four hours dirty and waiting for towels the next morning we had to use a pillow case to go to bed clean
- Eddy (3/5): - Location was good. Broken electrical items stored in wardrobe. Uncomfortable bed, not enough bedding for the amount of beds. Loose headboard. Stained carpets. Broken ice tray in freezer.
- Louise (7/5): Spacious and comfortable and clean.great for the night - Very spacious and nicely set up Instructions needed for the front door pin pad. Couldn’t lock the door upon exiting. The gardens and outdoor areas could do with some tlc. Beds might need new mattresses as the couch was comfier.
- Alison (8/5): -
- Gellatly (4/5): - The price, it was cheap, the lounges were comfortable Green bin was full upon arrival, tap in bathroom broken almost (could still use water though), fridge was dirty and there was a burger in there still from previous guests, microwave was dirty, stains on carpets. 1 towel, there was 5 of us. No toiletries
- Cochrane (2/5): -
- Mark (7/5): Good - Would have been nice to have a few teabags / coffee in kitchen
- Christina (9/5): Very easy and convenient - Convenient
- Winifred (7/5): Good - Comfortable and clean. Good parking A bit tired and needs a little maintenance
- Bucad (8/5): cheers and we enjoyed our overnight stay :) - location, set up and size. the house is nice and very spacious comfy inside and had a good sleep. definitely will come back again. wifi not connecting and the main door lock needs attention as we can’t lock it from the inside at least a deadbolt will do.
- Aaron (2/5): cheap and nasty is all i can say. - The place was run down and dirty, the main bedrooms carpet looked like someone had been murdered, we had booked for 4 people and only had 3 towels also no tea towels or dish cloths.
- Khushnaz (1/5): I didn’t stay and was told for refund but didn’t get refund - I was not allowed in the property and was told that booking was done by mistake and my money will be refunded but still I am being charged and never got any refund not good I need my refund
- Tarleesha (8/5): Very good -
- Marlon (6/5): Pleasant - Need new couch. kitchen need a bit love need to fix cabinet doors and drawer...
Smell someone smoking inside the rooms..
- Nigel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wellman (9/5): Superb - Good communication Last minute change of program
- Tosha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gail (6/5): Overnight pet friendly - Was reasonable, but in need of maintenance. Left 1 bath towel for 3 people. No bowls for breakfast. Fridge making funny high pitch noises. Cupboard doors x3 off hinges. Only 1 tea towel left soaking wet. Carpets in main bedroom need replacing badly stained.
- Zayne (8/5): Very good -
- Michelle (2/5): Cheap and nasty! - At first, place appeared well presented, the lounge/kitchen area was clean and tidy and fresh looking. After inspecting the bedrooms, totally different! The bedrooms were not clean at all and they stunk!! Not sure what the smell was, but was not nice and did not spend any time in the second bedroom. There were clothes still in drawers and on the back of the door. The bathroom had other people's soap and shower scrubber left there. Did not want to use the towel as there was only 1 supplied for 3 adults and 1 hanging in the bathroom but not sure if clean or not. The area was very unsafe, no street lights and quite far from the city centre. The place needs a good clean and new carpet is a must! Would not recommend!
- Michelle (7/5): The place is very nice at the price point it is. Just a few finishing touches and it will be great. - It was spacious and easy to find. It is obvious the owners are doing it up slowly, and the price reflected this.
Unfortunately, the beds were just too soft and we ended up with sore backs. Nothing a good egg-topper couldn't fix until better mattresses could be bought.
We would have also liked the option of harder/fuller pillows, as the ones provided were very thin.
- Hoai (1/5): DO NOT BOOK!!!!!! Unit stinks of urine!!!!!!!!!! - Nothing. That I could find alternate accommodation last minute. Absolutely stinks of urine to the point of your nose burning. Don't bother contacting management because they'll ignore you since they just wanted a quick buck. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
- Brett (7/5): Nice place and quiet area. - The layout and the laundry The distance from the town centre
- Diane (8/5): Not too shabby - I appreciated the flexibility Air con in the main room, and the cleaner must have dozed off was a little dusty but not a problem as I unpacked I also dusted swept and wiped the place down, and cleaned before I left
- Jill (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rickie (10/5): Exceptional - Well looked after
- Marnie (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and cool Dog next door barking and couple of roaches in loungeroom
- Angela (3/5): Very disappointed. - Keys in box I sent a msg to hosts via booking.com and didn’t receive a reply re check in.
1 towel for 4 people, no toilet paper, wet tea towel left in kitchen sink, horribly stained carpet and bad smell.
Can’t believe booking.com would allow such a property to be rented through them, does nothing for your reputation - won’t use your service again.
- Pin (1/5): A very uncomfortable stay. - Nothing I think the place shouldn’t be a stay in booking.com. It was a rundown, badly maintained house. The windows cannot be properly secured, can be easily broken in from outside. There isn’t air conditioner in the bedroom, refrigerator has food stains and dirty, microwave is dirty and limited crockery.
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good -
- Carolyn (7/5): Good - Pet friendly, close to everything, had most amenities There was no toilet paper, the fan in 1 room didn't work, floor was sopping wet when we arrived and the bed head in the main bedroom was loose
- Michell (3/5): Need a better bed but still thankful for having a place to stay in - Straightforward instructions. clean apartment. Close to grocery. Bed on the Master's bedroom is very uncomfortable. Headboard and bed keeps moving. We were not able to sleep because of this at all.
The neighbour was fighting in the middle of the night and we felt unsafe.
- Christopher (8/5): Very good - Affordable and clean enough. Bedsheets were brand new, everything worked. The issues in previous reviews seem to have improved.
It's not the Ritz Carlton and isn't priced like it is, so overall... yes, I'd book again.
- Montana (7/5): Good -
- Margaret (1/5): Disgusting. Fooling around with the opersite sex. So disgraceful. We traveled a long way. - Nothing It's Desgusting. Do not recommend to nobody I know. I never got my refund.
- Grosette (2/5): Very poor - None Toilet is blocked when we arrived
We are total of 5 guest but they only provided 1 towel
The other room doesnt have a proper blankets and pillows
Items for cooking are dirty
- Zayne (6/5): Pleasant - location was good. bed had hairs in it. unsure if it had been changed.
only half a roll of toilet paper, we left a spare for the next traveller.
floor was wet.
some lights didn't work, some bulbs missing.
carpet in room wasn't the clean
- Andrea (9/5): Superb - Self-contained, pet friendly, parking at the doorstep, quiet location, and easy to commute to town and sites.
- Daniele (2/5): Very poor -
- Henco (4/5): Disappointing - The house wasnt clean and the bedding and towels were dirty, the bathroom was filthy with the previous people who lived there hairs were all through the shower and toilet
