• Flavio (5/5): Despite nice place - disappointed with operation in variuos of your departments - Building and Room The stay in Breakfast Room was my worst ever: the noise from Kitchen-Ventilstion is terrible loud all accross the big room, only topped by the very loud and low-quality musik speaker system. If for me as guest, than how bad and unhealthy must it be for your employees ?? The Loundry service was not professional: 1) Form wrong and unclear about return timing 2) Needed and ticked "folded" clothes but go them on hanger. 3) Partly not really clean ! Upon arrival realized booked wrongly at Marriot KL and despite asking for refunding till today not received answer !

• Liza (10/5): Over all we enjoyed our short stay. Our room was uograded to a corner room with foyer with big windows. The buffet break - The hotel staff are all helpful, courteous and will make their way to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Its quite far from the city center.

Very appreciated Drinking water tap was placed in the toilet. We feel that it was not very hygienic. If you can shift to pantry area it will be nice.

• Lee (10/5): Short and sweet stay - Super clean and it had all the amenities needed. I was also able to check-in early which is a bonus, and there is a mall beside the hotel which makes it convenient if we run out of food or if we need something to do! -

• Jessie (9/5): Wonderful stay, just a little more to score a 10.0 - I received a free upgrade. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The breakfast was good too! The pool was too cold, because it never faces the sun. It's too much of a hassle to get the complimentary parking. I ended up paying myself a few times.

• Yuga (9/5): Great hotel that needs to improve on their room maintenance. - Excellent breakfast with ample of vegetarian options. Comfy rooms. Lobby staff are great. Room service was not done multiple times. Trash was not cleared at least 6 times out of the 8 days I stayed. Had to call for reminders to get the room cleaned and trash cleared. Floor was not mopped or vacuumed a few times because the food spilled by my kids was still there when we returned. We left in the morning and came back in the evenings to a messy and dirty room filled with trash. The room service staff allocated on our floor kept asking us if we were checking out every single day. Seemed like he kept asking this because he assumed he didn’t have to clean. Everytime we reminded him to clean the room, he would ask…. Err check out? Not sure why he did not have this information and had to ask us this every day. Other than than this, the rest of the staff were great and service was exceptional. Hotel was also great other than having to remind them to clean it all the time.
